“Hehe great youth.” Unaware by Xu Feng, the figure turned its face and looked at the back of Xu Feng who was already away, there was a sense of surprise in his voice.

Several robed figures sat on various chairs, mostly sitting alone and only one or two people were sitting together and whispering low to each other.

Xu Feng's arrival attracted their attention. After all not many people were in that place, the arrival of one person, especially if it was a newcomer would definitely attract the attention of these veterans.

They need to recognize each member as much as possible in order to avoid unintentional conflict in the future.

Noticing the many eyes that were fixed on him, Xu Feng did not budge, the auras of these people were mostly at the Third Stage who were unable to affect him except for a few people with thick killing intent, Xu Feng stared back at those people with a deep frown.

They targeted the wrong people and underestimated this newcomer.

“Know your place.”

Xu Feng gave a low tone warning before pulling back his aura and walking towards one corner of the room, a place where a large board was located that was filled by various photos of the target and his name.

Xu Feng searched for a while and found it difficult to find a mission that matched his rank, there were very few missions that allowed the Crow Medal to participate.

The officer then wrote Xu Feng's name on a thick book, next to him was written the mission he had taken.

“When the mission is completed, come back here for confirmation. Don't forget to bring target proof for identification.” The officer gave a reminder while keeping the mission letter into a drawer and giving another paper to Xu Feng, the paper was filled with information about the location where the target often appeared as well as other important data.

He did not elaborate further that for newcomers, taking on more than one mission was actually prohibited by the Shadow House. But given the strength that Xu Feng had displayed earlier, the attendant did not mind treating him differently, these three missions were only trivial matters to a Fourth Stage master.

“Good.” Xu Feng nodded in understanding and was about to leave when the attendant threw a cloth bag at him. Xu Feng was immediately confused by it.

“Do not think, this is how the Shadow House welcomes new members.” The officer explained simply.

Xu Feng stood still for a moment, he was surprised by the generosity of this group. He knew the pouch thrown by the attendant contained a Spiritual Stone, the energy radiated from within the pouch could not escape Xu Feng's perspeci so he immediately noticed it.

Xu Feng thanked him before leaving the room through the path he had passed before. He met the doorman earlier and only nodded to him before leaving the dark passageway.

“My decision to join seems right.” Xu Feng laughed softly as he opened the cloth bag and counting the seven Spiritual Stones inside, he finally realized how big the resources the Shadow House had.

“In order to be able to deliver Spiritual Stones so easily, how rich is Shadow House really?” Xu Feng clicked his tongue as he walked into the forest and hid before changing his clothes back to normal.

Xu Feng naturally had to be careful as he did not want his true identity to be recognized by the Shadow House so Xu Feng needed to find a safe place before changing his clothes.

Who knew if there were any spies from the Shadow House who might be staring at him right now. He needs to be vigilant.

After changing clothes, Xu Feng did not return to the main road but instead chose to walk through the forest and take a shortcut towards Tan Village.

On the way, he absorbed seven Spiritual Stones and his energy unit immediately rose to 16.

Xu Feng thought for a while before deciding to focus on the Body Lightening Technique first, he needed another technique that he could use when becoming a murderer under the guise of a Ghost.

The Shadow Step Technique was too conspicuous, one might be able to connect a Ghost killer with himself if he used that technique during a fight.

There was also her hair that was silver in color, there were too many people with such hair color, no one would think about it.
