Chapter 13
For ten minutes, Jane's gaze had not moved the focus of a pair of clear eyes of a tiny figure in her arms. The curve on Jane's face increased the level of her beauty, and doubled as a small laugh flowed from her lips as Aiden's tiny hand played on her dangling strands of brown hair. The little baby also blinked her eyelids a few times as Jane's hair brushed across her face. How adorable.
Unwilling to let the baby slip, Jane flicked her mane behind her ear, making Aiden link his own two hands because he lost a toy. Ah, it feels like Jane will not get bored even though for hours just pay attention to Aiden's funny behavior. Even the flat screen that aired her favorite television show was not able to steal Jane's attention for a second.
“Aiden,” called him softly while touching Aiden's nose with his index finger, making the baby blink a few times.
“Aah.”
The situation instantly changed by one hundred and eighty degrees. Now a pair of eyes of Jane who blinked, guessing if he turned out to be wrong heard. Since he was starting to think, had Aiden just responded to his call?
“Aiden..” Jane called Aiden's name again to make sure. And sure enough, the next split second sounded the same cry accompanied by Aiden's gaze centered on Jane's face.
Jane doesn't know what happened to her. Clearly, in his chest right now there were thousands of flowers blooming and hundreds of butterflies filling his stomach. His lips could not bear not smiling. She is not Aiden's biological mother, but Aiden can be likened to Jane's heart a second after he saw her face when he first met. He wanted to see for himself every stage of growth and development that Aiden went through.
However, inexplicably tucked a sense of disappointment in Jane's heart given her status which is a career woman. It certainly took a lot of time together with Aiden. Jane wished she was just an ordinary mother who could spend twenty-four hours of her time with her baby. But it seems he can not, considering that now he has a family. Jane gasped a bit as her phone shook, which suddenly scattered all the shadows that were raging in her mind. Jane quickly straightened her back and reached out to the table. Box with the name ‘Seena’ plastered on the screen of his phone.
“Halo.” Seena's voice came from across.

“I've found the baby sitter that you asked for, Miss Jane.”
“Baby sitter?”

Jane refelks lowered her head because she heard Aiden's voice blabbering softly. The baby's clear eyes looked straight at Jane, leaving Jane pensive for a moment. Little did Aiden's mouth open again and the baby came back babbling and even laughing happily. His reddish gums were visible and his eyes were smiling to form a crescent moon. It was funny and able to make Jane not put indifference to the words of Seena until....
“Nona Jane? You still there?” the girl who was his assistant exclaimed from across.
“Ah, yes. Sorry, I'm still here, kok.”
“How so? Do I just tell you to go to your apartment, or Miss wants to come here to see him first?” ask Seena.

Somehow the atmosphere became boisterous as they talked about the child. However, Felix managed to survive in his quiet mode so that his friends could not dig deeper information about Aiden. Indeed, having children is a euphoria in itself for Henry who has just become a father, Paul with his one-year-old son and also for Felix himself.
“Eh, wait, wait a minute,” Paul who was just given one by Henry raised his palm to stop him while one hand attached the phone to the ear. Turns out there was a call coming into his phone.
“Halo, Stella, what's up?”
“But I'm having an event.”

Paul turned off his call after speaking in a sweet tone to someone who had just called him. Looking up, Paul only realized that he was the center of attention of his friends. Instead of explaining who he was talking to just now, the young man immediately got up from his chair. He patted Daniel and Felix on the shoulder alternately. “I first, yes.”
“Where to?” Henry asked.
Paul grimaced a little, showing a worried look. “I have to pick up Sandy or Stella's lawyer mother will kill me.” Paul then passed in a hurry. “See you soon, guys!”
“Be careful sir lawyer!” exclaim Mark. The five men at the table laughed after Paul's death. They laugh at Paul who apparently forgot to pick up his son so scolded by his wife.

Life bothered until the time to get together just did not have time,” said Henry who is more worthy of being called outpouring of heart. “I, Paul, and now Felix are also married. There are only three of our friends who are still alone,” he continued while glancing at Daniel, Mark and Steven.
“Ah, if Steven is too young,” he said again while taking his eyes off Steven. “Hey Daniel, where's your girlfriend? I've never seen you close to a woman. Paul who is your age already has one child.”
Daniel could only comment on a faint smile in response to Henry's innuendo. It's true what Henry said, when his peers already had one child, he didn't have a girlfriend.
“In the office is busy, where had I thought to date.”
“Already. I think Daniel is young, but Paul is getting married faster. You and I also got married when you were twenty-four years old and above.” Somehow Felix who had just been silent, now even raise his voice to defend Daniel. And Henry could not refute further because what Felix said was true.
“If you are, Mark?”
Mark who was sipping his espresso almost choked on hearing Henry's question. It seemed like it was her turn to be interrogated by Henry.
“Hey, doctor sir, until when do you want to be at home celibate, huh?”

Felix hitchhiked in Daniel's car because the direction they lived in was the same. In addition, there are also some things that Felix wants to ask personally to the young man who is three years younger than him.
While wearing his seatbelt, Felix started a conversation. “Daniel...someone I want to ask.”.
Without shifting his focus from the streets, the young man nodded at a glance and replied. “Yes, what do you want to ask?”
“Is Jane always very busy when there is an office?”
