Early in the morning, Felix drove his car to the park. This Sunday morning Felix and Jane will spend some time exercising together.
Jane got out of the car and circled her eyes. This is his first time to this park even though the distance is not so far from the apartment he occupied six months ago with Felix.
After turning off the engine and locking the car, Felix walked over to Jane. Subconsciously her eyes scanned Jane's appearance from toe to head. His wife looked fresh that morning in a black sport jacket over a white shirt and long black leggings. His long hair was just ponytailed and somehow Felix really liked it when his wife tied hair like this. Jane's white skin looks charming even though there is not a little make-up that coats the skin of her face. Immediately a curve was created in the face of Felix, amazed by the natural beauty of his wife.
“Felix, I didn't know the park was this big. Wow, there are so many people.”
Instead of responding to Jane's remarks, Felix's gaze instead fell on her tiny legs wrapped in white sports shoes with unattached straps. Jane turned her head because Felix did not answer her and found the young man kneeling in front of her to tie his shoelaces back.
Jane smiled at the small attention from her husband. Next to her hand touched the top of Felix's head and combed the man's short hair. Feeling Jane's touch, Felix looked up and gave her eyesmile to Jane.
Oh, my God, it's a good thing there's no Aiden here. Because if not Jane must be confused to choose which one is more cute, Aiden or Felix. It seems that the mood of the two is good this morning after spending all day together yesterday.
Their sports activities began with a warm-up jogging around the park for fifteen minutes, then Felix borrowed a basketball from a boy and played it with Jane.
Jane raised her hand, she was completely unable to play one-on-one with Felix. Jane did not know that her husband was very good at playing basketball. And if not wrong, Felix had to return a football belonging to a stray young man into the middle of the basketball court. Felix kicked the ball smoothly into the football field, where the youngster was. Judging from the kick, it looks like Felix is also very good with the sport that one.
After making the last lay up, Felix picked up his basketball and approached the owner who had been very enthusiastic watching the game with Jane from the sidelines. Jane walked towards the part of the garden covered in green grass and flopped there. He noticed Felix who appeared to be rubbing his head and pinching the boy's cheek before returning to step towards him. A big smile still clearly appeared on the young man's face, completely typical of Felix when he had met a child.
Jane slid her exhausted body on the grass, followed by Felix lying next to her. A moment of silence and the sound of mutual roaring breaths enveloped them.
Jane closed her eyes, feeling the warmth of the sunlight hitting her beautiful face. When he finally opened his eyes and turned to Felix next to him, the man seemed to be resting his black hair that was already soaked in sweat. A few seconds later Felix turned his head, making his gaze meet and they smiled at each other.
“So, you agree that every Sunday we exercise together like this?” felix asked as he folded his arms behind his head.
“Hmm, yes I agree,” Jane replied.
Felix turned his head. His eyes narrowed due to the scorching light of the sun that was now hitting his face. “Not bad right. I have not exercised for a long time.”
“But I miss Aiden,” said Jane who immediately made Felix turn to him again.
“But you're happy to be alone with me?” the man said with a prickly grin on his face.
“Hmm... yes... that's it...,” Jane suddenly gago because Felix somehow since when to look more handsome with wet hair and sweaty circles that flow up to the temple.
Jane recalls how she spent the whole day yesterday with Felix because early in the morning her papa had come to kidnap their baby boy from the apartment.
From now on, every Saturday Aiden will be at his grandparents' house. At first they both just spend time doing homework, but at the end of the day, Felix vented all his longings on Jane this past week because they were busy working and taking care of Aiden. They spent the night lovingly and decided to go to bed earlier than usual.
Jane's cheeks suddenly felt hot. Still stuck in his memory how the soft touches of Felix that night. Even Jane could still feel Felix's kisses left on his nape. Gentle friction and soft suction of the man's lips that made him tickle as if there were hundreds of butterflies tickling his abdomen. It's a lie that Jane says she doesn't enjoy it. Even if Jane can be honest, she really likes it when Felix does–
“I'm thirsty,” complained Felix suddenly disperse daydream Jane.
“Hmm? O-oh, it seems like I forgot to bring drinking water,” Jane replied reflexively then started to slowly hit her head. ‘What did you just think, Jane? Since when did your mind become this common?’ inner Jane.
“Jane, you why? Your face is red, ” Felix who noticed the change in his wife reached out and touched Jane's cheek. “What is due to too long exposure to the sun?” ask her later, more to herself. He was a bit worried about taking Jane who rarely went out to sunbathe for too long.
“No, coke. I'm fine,” Jane hurriedly brushed off Felix's hand before the young man realized the real reason behind his face that might now be as red as a tomato.
“Then you wait here, let me buy a drink first,” Felix said before then getting up. Just as Felix was about to leave, Jane called him.
“Felix,” call Jane while sticking out her hands. Understanding Jane's intentions, Felix immediately pulled Jane's hand. But Jane was surprised when Felix stole the opportunity to kiss her cheek as her body stood up. Jane who felt unprepared gasped, but Felix had walked away as if nothing had happened.
“Felix!” jane shouted annoyed.
“You just wait on that bench,” Felix turned around and pointed at the green painted park bench that was not far from Jane, indifferent to the protest of his wife.
Jane muttered in annoyance as she walked to the park bench that Felix was referring to, and at that moment she realized that there was an old woman sitting there. Jane covered her face with one hand, embarrassed that the old woman might have seen what Felix did to her.
“You sweet lover,” said the old woman while smiling kindly at Jane.
“Iya?” Jane looked at the woman. “Ah, no, Grandma. We are married,” continued Jane while smiling back clumsy.
“Yes, we are married,” Jane replied still with her clumsy smile.
“You're the newlyweds?” ask the old woman again.
“No, we already have one child.” Answer Jane.
The big eyes of the old woman who still looked beautiful despite being decorated with wrinkles around her were sparkling to hear Jane's words. “Really? How old is he?”
Jane quickly took the phone in her jacket pocket and showed the wallpaper using Aiden's photo to the old woman. “This is my baby boy. She is only six months old, and her name is Aiden.”
“Wah, funny,” said the old woman while smiling widely. A smile is immediately contagious to Jane. Jane bowed her head respectfully.
“Thank you, Nek.”
“She is really very similar to her papa, yes.” comments the old woman, still while paying attention to Aiden's photo.
“Hmm, yes, it seems so,” Jane smiled doubtfully considering Felix is not Aiden's biological father.
“If he grows up, he will be a handsome man. His father was very handsome, and his mother was very beautiful like you,” the old woman said again while glaring ignorantly at Jane. The girl could only smile back and lost her awkwardness towards this old woman. Sometimes it feels good to talk to people we don't know.
“May you always be a happy family, yes." Continue the woman.
Jane smiled widely, “Iya, thank you very much, Nek.”
Along with the end of Jane and the old woman's conversation, Felix's voice called out to him from afar. Jane turned her head towards Felix, then looked back at the old woman beside him.
“My husband has called. Excuse me first yes, Nek.”
The old woman followed Jane's gaze, finding Felix not far from the park bench, who seemed to be smiling kindly at her. Jane stood up immediately. “Nice to meet you, Nek.”
Not forgetting Jane bowed her head respectfully to the old woman before then running after Felix.
“What did you buy?” jane asked Felix who immediately greeted Felix with a drink box with a wrap with a picture of a cartoon character.
“Gammy drink,” Felix replied briefly.
“Hah? Are you a kid? Why buy jelly drinks?” ask Jane with a frown.
“Again want to,” Felix replied lightly while sucking his jelly drink.
“But we're running out of sport. Besides I'm thirsty, instead of drinking jelly,” Jane protested. But finally he also plugged straws in his jelly drink.
“Already, just drink. I only wanted to buy one,” Felix said with a ignorant smile.
“What?” Jane looked at Felix in annoyance.
“One who sports without bringing drinking water.” Syndical Felix.
“I told you I forgot,” said Jane was getting upset.
“You don't want to drink the jellies? Yes, for me,” said Felix then holding a jelly drink Jane from the right side of the girl and suck it.
“Felix!” Jane elbowed the young man's stomach, making him move backwards and complain of pain. Jane looked at her drink which had started to lighten.
“I don't want to know, you have to buy me a new drink,” Jane said as she glanced at the cynical Felix.
The old woman who was still sitting on the park bench smiled at the behavior of a young married couple who now began to walk away while embracing.
