Sofia's Unilateral Decision

Akira enters Dimas' room, shocked by Sofia's presence.

"It's good to see you here Ira." Said Sofia suddenly being nice to Akira.

Astonished by Sofia's attitude, Akira replied with a forced smile.

Sofia then smiled as she fixed her slightly messy hair. Afterwards he took the powder and lipstick from inside his bag and started smearing himself for a few minutes.

Akira feels that there is something Sofia wants from him.

Sofia looked at Akira so fixedly and led him out of Dimas' room. "I will be in this city for a few days to look after my brother. But with a city this big, it's really hard for me to find a comfortable hotel."

"Continue?" Akira asked curious about what Sofia wanted from him.

Sofia walked over to Akira.

"Can I ask for your help? I want to stay at your house for just a few days. You know I won't make much trouble." Sofia.

Akira tried to contain his irritation.

"My house is not a comfortable place to rest for someone like you who is a perfectionist like you. My house is still a mess, there is still a lot to renovate. Especially the guest room was still very messy. I'm not sure you'll be at home." Reply Akira.

"It's okay, because there's no place that suits my taste in this town." Sofia.

'What's wrong with Akira, just a few days. After that he will go with Dimas as well. You won't see it again after that Akira said in his heart.

"OK fine. Take your things and we'll go to my house." Akira finally said.

Akira opens the front door of his house, then brings in a large bag belonging to Sofia.

Sofia's eyes begin to look at every corner of Akira's house. On the terrace of Akira's house there are some broken ceramics. The walls of the house that some parts have chipped paint.

"Everything needs improvement" said Akira, "but I like the model of this house that is vintage style and has good air circulation." Akira.

"It has to do a lot of renovations as well." Reply Sofia.

"I like to renovate my own house. I can renovate it according to the hang I want." Akira.

Sofia's view is set in such a large living room. There is only a table and a long sofa and a tv theater set.

"It's a very big room." Sofia.

Akira then invites Sofia to show around the house. Except the guest room, because there are still some items left by the previous owner of the house.

Afterwards, Sofia goes to Akira's room to take a bath and clean herself up. Meanwhile, Akira prepares food for Sofia. He cooks fried rice with potluck ingredients in his small refrigerator.

Sofia accompanies Akira in the kitchen, sitting at the dining table while looking at Akira who is cooking.

"It's so, it's just this. But guaranteed good." Akira said a plate of fried rice to Sofia.

"I already know it must be delicious, because I used to eat your cooking often." Reply Sofia.

The two then began to eat voraciously. In the midst of feeding her food, Sofia began to speak, "do you know, Dimas asked me to find her a place to do therapy. I've been going around a few places, but none of them fit, because they're all on average creepy places."

"Curbs?" Said Akira with eyebrows interlocked.

"It's creepy, because there are a lot of weird and creepy people. I thought, it's not good for Dimas to be in a place like that."

Akira agreed with what Sofia said. It was not good for Dimas to live in a place filled with the same people as himself. Being in the hospital alone has greatly tormented Dimas. Especially if you live in a rehabilitation facility like that.

"I agree with you. Why don't you just arrange for him to do outpatient or therapy at his house or at your house." Akira's advice.

"He can't stay at his house. He'll be lonely and alone." Reply Sofia.

"What about your house?"

"I can't, there's a lot of work to do. I also have two kids to look after. I can't deal with sick people at least."

"Maybe it's best for him Akira, being in this town means he can be close to his Doctor." Sofia.

"Not in your city are there many competent doctors."

"But Doctor Jerry is the best. I checked it out.

Akira thinks the money thing is the same, that Doctor Jerry is indeed the right person to take care of Dimas.

"Everything will not be the same, he will just be in the living room. You won't even be bothered by his presence, because he'll just lie down."

'So Dimas wants to stay with me?'

Akira's heart was pounding.

"But Sofia, I have a business to run, I have my own life as well. I can't take care of Dimas." Akira.

"He's your husband, and you have to support him."

"I can't take care of him."

"You don't need to take care of him, I'll hire a nurse to take care of him. And one person who would cook for him too. Since I'm sure you'll help your husband, then I've arranged everything. Therapist will come in tomorrow set up all the tools Dimas needs. All you have to do is watch their work. That's not too hard, is it?"

"He's right, I'm calm because I did something good for Dimas" Akira replied.
