Dimas woke up to hear the sound of bells that sounded deafening. Akira's footsteps rang out into the living room to open the door.
Shortly after, Akira walks into the living room with a woman carrying a large bag.
"Good morning Mr. Dimas, I'm your nurse Susan. I will help you do your daily activities. Including bathing and changing your clothes.
Dimas's fur shuddered in horror, imagining that he should be bathed by a woman.
'If Akira had bathed me, I would have been more at home and not uncomfortable.' thought Dimas.
Soon a fat woman came with a few bags.
'It looks like he will stay here.' thought Akira who saw the arrival of the woman named Tuti.
The woman immediately took over Akira's kitchen. He started cooking for the breakfast menu.
The same day the therapist came, asked Dimas a few questions, checked his vital organs, told Dimas how his muscles were growing.
The man named Rama looks the same age as Dimas. Dimas realized that he had been doing therapy for hours according to instructions from Rama. Dimas's chance to recover depends on the skill of his therapist, Rama.
Dimas felt his stomach cramp. He hoped Rama would know what he was doing.
'I hope this Rama doesn't try to kill me.'
Akira comes to see Dimas do the therapy. Dimas, who was feeling the pain of his stomach, tried to cover it up by greeting Akira.
"Hi..." Sapa Dimas's.
Rama greeted Akira. After that, Rama still asked Dimas to continue his therapy by hanging his arm on the sign and Dimas had to try to lift his arm. It's very hard for Dimas to do it. It was as if he was lifting a barbell weighing three kilograms.
While Rama, he is seen conversing with Akira while keeping an eye on Dimas.
'What the fuck? Why did he take my wife for a chat. Don't tell me she likes my wife .... Why am I, Akira is not my wife anymore.'
Dimas closed his eyes and shook his head slowly.
"What's up Dim?" Ask Akira to worry. "Is your head hurting?"
Rama looked at Dimas with a flat face.
"Ah, there's nothing. I just. mmmmm that there was a mosquito." Reply Dimas.
"Mosquito?" Akira's forehead shriveled.
Rama again asked Dimas to do his therapy.
'Damn it, why is it so hard.' The Rutuk Dimas in the heart.
After a while, Rama asked Dimas to rest. He then explained to Dimas about the muscle exercises he did and what the benefits were for Dimas.
"I want you to hold my hand. Grip as hard and as long as you can." Rama.
Akira sat beside Dimas' bed, trying to give him some encouragement.
Dimas began to stare at his hand, ordering his hand muscles to move. He held his breath as his fingers moved slowly, trying as hard as he could until he felt sweat begin to drench on his upper lip. Desperate, Dimas swears,
"Damn!" while releasing his hand.
"Let's relax Dim" said Akira. "It's not a National race that demands you to hurry Dim. It's just rehab, therapy for you."
"I have no power." Reply Dimas.
"You're stronger than you think. You can hold, that's a good sign for your recovery. You can also move your arms slowly. It is also another sign of healing. I can help you."
"How much longer?" Ask Dimas.
"I can't promise you how long the process will take. I can only help you." Reply Rama. "We need to keep training your muscles. It's not an easy thing. And I will always help you and support you. Someday you'll want to give up, but I won't let you give up." Rama's voice was soft and quiet, but also firm.
"So, do you like to challenge your patients?" Ask Akira.
"Not everything, Miss Akira. But he is, of course." Rama smiled confidently towards Dimas. "And it'll work, because I'm sure you don't like being challenged."
Dimas smiled, "you're right. I don't like being challenged by anyone. I won't give up until you give up. I'll show you."
Dimas stared at Akira with a sharp look, "i'll prove it to you too," without waiting for Akira's response, Dimas looked back at Rama. "Let's get started."
"I'm going to leave you two to finish your business gentlemen, and I'm going to do my own job." Akira said to the two of them.
Rama looked at Akira who was walking away, and when Akira was far away, Rama commented, "A very beautiful woman. Is he your family?"
"You must be kidding."
"No." Reply Dimas.
Rama was silent for a while, then commented again. "Why didn't you ever say it? I can order you a bigger bed."
"No, thank you." Reply Dimas.
"Listen bro, if you've ever had impotence, emmmm...... That's usually not a long-term problem with GBS. Your chance to recover from impotence is to try to have that relationship with your wife."
Dimas felt uncomfortable when discussing the activities of husband and wife with Rama. Dimas doubts himself, will he still be able to have sexual intercourse or not because of the verdict that the Doctor said about him experiencing impotence.
And the other most important thing Dimas thought about was, how he felt about Akira.
But Rama did not give up easily, he continued to discuss about it.
"We've separated. I could be here because of the circumstances that forced me to be here." Dimas assured Rama.
"You'll be all right." Reply Rama.
Impressed by Rama's hospitality towards Dimas, Akira eventually leaves Dimas to go to his boutique.
Akira and Oma Lidia, as well as their other employees, continue their work that is increasingly pursued by time.
"How many percent have finished?" Akira asked Lola, one of his employees.
"It's seventy percent ma'am." Reply Lola.
"Well, we only have a week left. I hope we can finish everything in time. If you need to, I want you guys to overtime. And take it easy, I'll add your overtime." Akira.
Lola and the other two employees smiled happily and began to resume their work again.
While Akira looks busy with money files strewn across his desk.
"How's the power pole doing?" Ask Oma Lydia who is sitting in front of Akira.
Akira laughed, because what Oma Lydia meant was Dimas. Since Akira first introduced Dimas to Oma Lydia first, Oma Lydia immediately called Dimas with the title of electric pole, because Dimas' body posture is very high.
If Akira stood in front of Dimas, then Akira's height only reached Dimas' chest. Imagine how short Oma Lydia would be if it stood side by side with Dimas. Because if standing with Akira alone, the height of Oma Lydia only up to Akira's shoulder.
"Name is Dimas, Oma." Akira.
"Yes-yes... How's that Dimas doing."
"He's good, now he's getting more and more able to move his hands. I'm sure he'll be cured soon. Even last night we had a chance to play chess."
"Chessian? Do you have to trouble yourself to bring chess to the hospital?" Ask Oma Lydia while sipping tea that Akira made.
"Now he lives in my house." Akira replied hesitantly.
"Pruuff.... What's?" Shouted Oma Lydia who spouted the warm tea she had just drank.
Akira smiled wryly.
"Oma had expected. You can't be consistent in your stance when it comes to the power pole. You said you wouldn't get involved with him any further, but now...."
"Omm.... I feel sorry for him because...."
"It's Akira, Oma just wants to remind you of one thing." Cut Oma Lydia. "Remember when you decided to leave him alone because of his attitude that you know how to do."
"I-iya Oma, I promise I won't be involved in any further emotional relationship with Dimas anymore." Akira said bowed.
"Don't promise if your heart doubts whether you can keep it or not. Nor does Oma blame you completely. Any woman, it would be difficult to resist the charm of the electric pole's good looks, including Oma too."
Akira was stunned to hear Oma's words.
"Saran Oma, take good care of your heart so as not to be hurt a second time. Whatever happens, Oma will always support whatever it is, as long as you're happy." Oma Lydia.
The overwhelmed Akira, directly approached Oma Lydia and hugged her.
"Thank you Oma. Oma is the best."
"Dear, stay happy." Reply Oma Lydia.
