CHAPTER 44: BLACK
I was surprised by the mysterious figure. I immediately shouted to warn Mas Diki about the suspicious figure behind him. Mas Diki who heard my screams intended to look back. I also tried to start the car and it turned out that the engine could turn on. The black figure paused for a moment the action as soon as he saw the engine of this car on. Mas Diki was still stuck on the hood of the car with his feet touching the ground. I thought, if I advance this car most likely I will hit his body, but if I rewind this car will be safer for the safety of Mas Diki.
I pulled the car back slowly. Mas Diki's body remained on the hood of the car. I thought I could save Mas Diki, but my guess was wrong. As soon as he saw the car successfully pulled back, the black figure even pulled the collar of Mas Diki's shirt on the back. Furthermore, Mas Diki was already in the grip of the black figure. Mas Diki squirmed weakly. The black figure deliberately brandished Mas Diki's body. He seemed to say that if I left, he would kill Mas Diki.

I heaved a sigh of relief as soon as I saw the black figure lying on the ground. Now I was thinking of escaping immediately of course by bringing Mas Diki as well. Therefore I opened the car door and slowly walked up to Mas Diki who was lying on the road.
My eyes continued to stare towards the black figure, afraid that he would just faint and suddenly wake up. After making sure the condition is safe, I also tried to carry my husband's body with all my strength. After much effort I was finally able to bring my husband's body to the front seat of the car. I closed the car door from outside. After that I ran to the other side of the car and immediately went inside.
After being in the car I began to breathe a sigh of relief, we were finally able to escape the threat of the black figure. I was getting ready to run the car, but suddenly the black figure was not in his position.
"Where did the black figure go?" I asked myself.
Anxiety re-entered my mind. I looked around to find the black figure. However, I did not find any clues.
"Foolish with that black figure. What matters is that me and Mas Diki are safe now. I must immediately go to Ms. Ning's house to help Ms. Ning and also seek help for Mas Diki," I said in my heart.
There's a sharp object pressing on my neck. And someone appeared from behind the seat I was sitting on.
"Right turn!" he shouted while slightly emphasizing the sharp object that was tightly stuck to my neck.
"D-g-ye!" answer me with fear.
From the glass dashboard I can tell that he is a black figure that had disappeared in the coffee garden. Somehow he could be in this car. Mas Diki who was next to me was unable to do anything because his body was injured.
I kept driving in the car under threat of the black figure. The car I was driving continued to drive north, leaving the residential area to the hilly area that was far from the reach of the people until we reached a river.
"Stop! Turn off the engine!" the command of the all-black-clothed figure with the mask covering his face was.
"Wait, why does this guy have to cover his face? Is he someone we know? If not, why should he hide his identity? From his voice, I don't think I know him. But, he could have deliberately changed his way of speaking to outwit me," I thought inwardly.

A black figure suddenly fitted the handcuffs for both of my hands. Of course it surprised me a lot because I was already planning to attack this black figure all of a sudden. But, handcuffed like this certainly makes it a bit difficult for me to attack him.
"Let's get off!" threatened again.
I obeyed the command of the black figure with a feeling of fear even though this time there was no longer any sharp object affixed to my neck. But, in such a quiet place I was afraid that he would do something that would hurt me or Mas Diki.
