MARANTI (FOOD OF THE DEAD)
EPISODE 5: MISS NISA

Isya Bu Nisa feels stomach pain. He hurriedly ran to the river.

"Where are you going, brother?" greet her husband while drawing a house plan that he will build.

"Astomach pain, Mas. Can it be anterin, right?" said Ms. Nisa.

"Whoa. Usually go alone!" sahut.

"I'm afraid, Mas if someone new dies," forced Ms. Nisa.

"I'm bothered to draw, brother. Tomorrow the results have to be deposited to the one who has a home. You ask to take Riki with you," refused her husband.

"Riki again watching tivi at Bu Reni's house, Mas," woo Bu Nisa.

Her husband did not answer and was engrossed in her work. Ms. Nisa while grumbling left for the river alone.

"Very well, tonight ask for rations, not back!"

To get to the river, Bu Nisa had to go through a path of two hundred meters. The land along the path is still mostly a moor planted with banana trees and other trees by the owner.

For lighting, people around the hamlet of Pomegranate deliberately install lights at several points. For the flow of electricity, taken from some of the residents' houses closest to the river. The majority of the Pomegranate hamlet community still uses the river as a place to wash clothes, bathe, and throw away.

There are several river points used by residents as MCK places. Miss Nisa picked the closest one. Actually there is a location close to the house of the residents, but Bu Nisa did not go there because it was a bit far away and Bu Nisa had to pass in front of the house Laras to get there.

For some reason, all the way to the river Bu Nisa did not cross paths with one neighbor. The quiet atmosphere and the dim light of the lights made Bu Nisa horrified. But, the pain in his stomach made the woman had to ventured to go to the river alone.

Ms. Nisa circulated the view to all corners of the river before she went downstairs. He wanted to make sure that there was nothing that harmed him like a snake or a ghost. Using her husband's small flashlight, Ms. Nisa illuminated the path she was about to cross. After he was sure the situation was safe, he went down and jacked up in the river.

When Bu Nisa was hanging out in the river, Bu Nisa again remembered the Laras who was just buried this afternoon. Bu Nisa's feeling became uneasy at that moment. His eyes wandered all over the river, worried that Laras was a ghost and suddenly appeared in front of him.

"*J*baby branch!! Uh, sampean, Ma?" sapa Bu Nisa was surprised by the appearance of one of her neighbors, Bu Reni who suddenly sat on the bank of the river.

Ms. Reni did not say. Ms. Reni is notoriously unfriendly to neighbors. Ms. Nisa understood that, especially Riki, her son often hitchhiked to watch television at Bu Reni's house.

"Nothing is disowned. At least I'm not alone in this river."

Bu Nisa also completed her wish more calmly because there was Bu Reni waiting for her on the bank. After finishing, Miss Nisa also went up to the riverbank. Surprisingly, on the bull Bu Nisa did not see the presence of Bu Reni. Fragrant flowers are smelled by the nose of Bu Nisa.

"Mrs Reni?" call Miss Nisa.

But, there is no lawfulness. Bu Nisa directs the flashlight around her to look for the whereabouts of Bu Reni. It turned out that Bu Reni had moved to sit on the edge of the acid tree.

"Well, that's where it turns out, Miss Reni," shouted Bu Nisa as she walked towards Bu Reni.

Ms. Reni did not say. He looked down like he was picking up something below.

"Sampean nyari tamarind tah fruit, Miss Reni? Tomorrow if you want to go. Not good nights under the acid," reprimanded Bu Reni while standing behind Bu Reni.

"Say old people first. That acid tree has a lot of spies on it, Ms. Reni. Oh, ja. I'm done shitting. Monggo if Bu Reni wants to shirk too, I wait back," said Bu Nisa again.

Bu Reni was still silent while looking down.

"Mrs Reni!!!" call Bu Nisa while wiggling Bu Reni's arm.

Ms. Reni still did not reply. The fragrant fragrance of flowers is increasingly fragrant smelled by the nose of Bu Nisa. The feathers of Bu Nisa bristled at that time. Bu Nisa starts to feel the strangeness of Bu Reni's behavior. He also pulled Bu Reni's arm closer towards him with the intention that he could speak directly in front of Bu Reni's face.

Unfortunately, Miss Nisa had to scream loudly at that time because the one in front of her was not Bu Reni, but Laras with a very scary face.

"Tolooooooooooonggg!!!!!" shouted Bu Nisa while running away from the river to her house. So afraid, the sandalnya released no longer cared for by the woman.

Miss Nisa was really scared back then. He had to run alone within two hundred meters with the ghostly shadow of Laras as if he were chasing him.

The husband and neighbors who live near the house of Bu Nisa were shocked to hear the screams of Bu Nisa who was quite loud.

"What's up, Brother?" mom Nisa's husband shouted as soon as he heard his wife's scream.

There were some neighbors who came out of the house to find out the cause of the mosesabab shouted Bu Nisa.

"D-in the river there was a ghost Laras, Mas!" ma Nisa replied with trembling and fear.

"Ah, at most it's just your feelings, sister," her husband denied.

"This guy doesn't believe it, does he? See for yourself in the river. Under the acid tree. The barrel bothered me by resembling Bu Reni, "the muscle of Bu Nisa.

The male neighbor who heard Bu Nisa's words was two people who went to the river to check. Ms. Nisa's husband remains at her home for fear of leaving Ms. Nisa. Mothers who live around the house of Bu Nisa are equally frightened to hear the story of Bu Nisa.

"What's the ghost, Miss Nisa?" ask Bu Jefri who lives right next to Bu Nisa.

"Such a look on her face, ma'am," replied Ms. Nisa while shivering.

"Kok, Miss Nisa's sure it's Laras' ghost?" ask Miss Dimas.

"His face looks a lot like Laras, ma'am. But serem pokonya. Amit-Amit if until I experience like me," replied Ms. Nisa.

Five minutes later, the men checking in the river came. Mothers also crowded them with questions.

"Where, sir? Is there a ghost?" asked Bu Jefri curious.

"Nothing, ma'am," replied one of the fathers.

"But it does smell of flowers there" he replied again.
