MARANTI (FOOD OF THE DEAD)

MARANTI (FOOD OF THE DEAD)
EPISODE 109: DIGDAYA

Jatmiko immediately refocused his attention after escaping the influence of the spirit of Laras. Both of his eyes were able to see clearly. Without waiting for more time the man immediately ran towards the door of his house that was open while still carrying a small man named Revan who was propped up on his shoulders.

Jatmiko was already very sure that at that time the spirit of Laras did not realize that he had escaped from the blockade of sight built by the spirit of the incarnation of Laras. However, the man's guess was wrong. When he and Revan were almost at the door, the sinister figure of Laras' spirit reappeared before Jatmiko while showing her face more sinister than before.

“Wuaaaaaaaaa!!” jatmiko screamed loudly as her neutrals suddenly caught the figure of a subtle creature blocking her steps.

“Hi hi hi hi hi hi ..” The woman laughed with a shrill voice in Jatmiko's ears.

“No! This time I can't give up on that woman's spirit! I have to fight it. Didn't you also teach me spells to deal with creatures like her?” Jatmiko spoke to herself.

The real Jatmiko was ready to pull away from colliding with the spirit of Laras, apparently to stop his running.   The man prefers to face his fear by casting spells that his mother once taught him.

“Sun ajian smelter sukma ..” Thus the only child of the ritual husband and wife couple Ki Santo and Grandma Galuh also continued his steps to hit the spirit of Laras.

The spirit of Laras who was giggling did not expect that Jatmiko would be determined to face him. When he saw Jatmiko did not turn around after seeing it, the woman was surprised and tried to scare Jatmiko with more horror. Unfortunately, the spirit of the woman was too late. Jatmiko had already spat at him after chanting the spell taught by her mother. The spirit of Laras was too late to realize it so that the spit released by Jatmiko was able to penetrate the veil between the real and supernatural realms, so that the saliva released by Jatmiko also landed on the face of the spirit of Laras and it inflicts tremendous pain on the spirit of the Laras.

“Aduuuuu! Sakiiiiiiit!!!” shouted the spirit of Laras with a very deafening voice anyone who heard it.

The spirit of Laras who had originally tried to block Jatmiko with his very scary appearance was thrown into the door hard. After touching the door, the female spirit was bounced back to the front quite hard. Perhaps it was the spell of Grandma Galuh in the house that caused the spirit of Laras unable to enter the house millik Jatmiko and her mother.

“Aaaaaaaargh! Pekik Jatmiko while still carrying Revan on her shoulders.

This time Jatmiko has broken through the defense of the spirit of Laras. He had managed to bring Revan into the house without worrying about being attacked again by the spirit of Laras because the spirit of Laras could not possibly enter the heritage house of Jatmiko's father and mother.

“Thank God! I can finally save Revan. I have to wake this child from his stupor,” said Jatmiko while bringing Revan to the front room.

Jatmiko put Revan on the bed. After that, he looked for wind oil around the room for a tool for him to wake Revan who was fainting. Thankfully, he found wind oil in the room because Ms. Nisa was among those who always carried wind oil wherever she went just in case.

After finding the wind oil in the room, the man immediately rubbed the wind oil into Revan's nose while trying to shake the child's body and call his name to wake up. Unfortunately, the call was not immediately made by the little boy.

“Revaaaaan!!! Wake, Son!” call Jatmiko while shaking Revan's body.

“Revan, how cold are your legs, son! I'm afraid of you why-why, son! Come, bangu, Son!” jatmiko said with a murmur.

After being called three times, there was a reaction from Revan.

“Ehhhhh ...,” the sound that came out of Revan's mouth while wriggling his body.

“Revan! Come on, wake up, boy!” call Jatmiko again.

“Ooooom Jatmiko!” revan shouted as his eyes opened perfectly, but his voice was very weak to be heard by Jatmiko.

Revan hugged Jatmiko tightly. Jatmiko returned Revan's embrace while crying.

“Om, Revan scared!” the voice that sounded from Revan's small mouth that made Jatmiko's heart as if teiris.

“Quiet, Revan. There's Om Jatmiko here. Fear not! No one will bother you now. You are safe in this room,” whispered Jatmiko to Revan's ear.

“Om, where are you and mom?,” asked Revan to Jatmiko.

Naturally he asked Jatmiko because he fainted first in the bathroom when disturbed by the spirit of Laras. Jatmiko took a deep breath to answer the little boy's question.

“Revan, your father and mother are still outside. Om saved Revan first because he was told by your father,” replied Jatmiko with a feeling of unworthiness.

“Om, will father and mother be okay?” ask Revan again.

“No, Revan! They have to be saved also into this house because the ghost that disturbed Revan was unable to enter this house. He can only harm the three of you if it is outside the house,” replied Jatmiko.

“Om, help my mom and dad, Om? Revan does not want them to be harmed by the ghost,” replied Revan.

“If that's your wish, fine! Om will save your father and mother, but there are conditions. Revan should dare to be left here. How?” Jatmiko.

“But, Om, Revan is afraid he's coming here to bother Revan again,” Revan replied innocently.

“No, Revan. As long as you are in this house you will be safe. I have the same advice as you. You hide in a blanket and cover your ears! Don't look towards the window. When you hear any sound, ignore it! Remember that! As long as you are in this house you will be safe. How?” ask Jatmiko.

“But, Revan is scared, Om,” replied Revan.

“Revan dear, right, same father and mother? If Revan loves the two of them, Revan must want to do Om's orders, so Om can help them both,” Jatmiko rayu.

Revan looked into Jatmiko's eyes with a fixation. It seems he was thinking at the time. And after staring for a few seconds, he said to his father's friend.

“Iya, Om. Reva wants to be left alone here. Please save your father and mother, yes?” revan answered with confidence.
