MARANTI (FOOD OF THE DEAD)
PART 19: STUCK

Mas Diki was surprised, we who were nearby were also no less surprised.

"Open the door, Sister Sinta. It's me, Siti" cried the voice more clearly than ever.

"Siti???" I screamed loudly. Immediately I pulled the doorknob and I tried to open the door. Turns out right, the door suit was open I saw Siti inside with a frightened look on her face.

"Well, you're in Yu Darmi's room?" ask husband.

"I don't know, Mom. It seems like my illness has recurred again" replied Siti.

"Sleeping sickness while walking, Mas. I haven't slept while walking in a long time. Last time was still Junior High, somehow now relapse again. As I remember I slept in Yuli's room, waking up was already in this room. I opened the door from the inside apparently could not because the handle inside I broke so frantically earlier," replied Siti.

"Ah, you're all there, Siti .." I said.

"I'm sorry, Ma'am. It has made trouble early in the morning," said Siti.

"There is still time, a little bit more time" I said as I walked to the kitchen to make tea.

"Yes, Mother. Thank you" Siti replied as she wandered into the kitchen as well as towards the bathroom.

Turn on the kitchen lights. I was a little surprised when I saw at first glance that someone was sitting in the amben, but when I sharpened my vision, the mysterious figure was no longer there.

"Maybe just an optical illusion ...,"

Some time later, when I heated the water on the gas stove, Siti turned around in the bathroom and walked over to me.

"Sir, last night I had a strange dream" he said.

"Already, pray the dawn there first. Just come here again" I said.

"Yes, Mommy." Siti answered.

I also continued cooking water, my tail was fixed on the amben which some time ago had caused an optical illusion. Imagining that optical illusion actually happened, somehow making my hair stand up. The smell of Yu Darmi's soap came back on my nose, my neck stiffened suddenly. A few seconds later, I heard footsteps behind me, the footsteps stopped right behind me. And a touch landed right on my back, I turned my head reflexively.

"Have you finished yet warm tea?" said Mas Diki who was right behind me.

"Before a second, Mas" I replied with a long sigh. There's relief I feel.

"My tree is a little sugar, yes" my husband said.

"Let's not get diabetes" I replied.

"If you have diabetes, you can letoy dong" my husband added.

"Now not tired?" godaku's.

"Do you want proof?" my husband hugged me from behind.

"Stop, mom. I'm kidding. Will you see the kids?" I said while chuckling.

"These are you, always teasing me." said Mas Diki.

"After all, is Mas Diki still in his sentence?" god again.

"Sin of God, Sister. If you refuse the husband's request," threatened the handsome man.

"Salah Mas Diki himself, do you slap me all," I defended myself.

"Have you apologized, brother? Mas if the collection of the truck is not given the same as Dikinta trus Mas so khilaf, how?" threaten my husband again.

"I mean, Mas Diki wants to cheat that way, huh?" I grabbed my husband's shoulder.

"Which woman has been teasing?" I said a little angry.

"Oooo, I can. Just don't be my husband, do you want to be cut into two, Mas?" my threat.

"Oh, don't dong Dik. Sadist is very sadistic," said my husband while covering the area under his stomach as if I was going to cut it off completely. I chuckled at her frightened expression.

I continued the process of making tea until it was finished. Mas Diki Kumintai please bring a teapot containing hot tea and a few cups to take to the living room.

Some time later, Siti who had just finished performing the morning prayers came to me.

"Mbak Sinta, I want to continue my story earlier," said Siti.

"Please, Sit!" my answer.

"Last night I had a strange dream, Ma'am. In my dream I saw every time Miss Darmi went to the market, there were people coming into this house through that window," said Siti while pointing to the kitchen window that actually last day I saw with Nur, my son.

"Continue, Siti?" manya curious.

"Yes, Mother. The man went into the kitchen and then he also went into Ms. Darmi's room" Siti replied.

"What's he doing there, Siti?" I am getting more curious again.

"He changed something in Yu Darmi's room" Siti replied.

"What did he change, Siti?" I asked back.

"He changed the medicine that Ms. Darmi used to take every day," Siti replied with teeth grinding.

"What???" I'm woken.

"Yes, Mother. He's the one who made Bu Darmi's illness worse" Siti replied with emotion.

"Who is he, Siti? Why would he do such a horrible thing?" ask me to know immediately.

"He also took the necklace that belonged to Bu Darmi who happened to be left on the medicine table," Siti replied back.

"What???" I was surprised, my thoughts were on someone I had seen wearing that big family necklace.

"He also took one of Bu Darmi's leather wallets" Siti said, imagining her dream. His eyes are puffy.

"Siti, is that guy Miss Titi?" manya curious. My mouth just popped out the name of Yu Darmi's neighbor.

"If my dream is true, that person should go to jail. No matter who he is, because his actions have caused the death of Bu Darmi. It can even be said, he also contributed to make Bu Painem die of hunger." continued Siti.

"Are we going to report Ms. Titi to the police, Siti?" I asked.

"No, Ma'am. We don't have strong enough evidence to put the perpetrator in jail. Because my dream cannot be used as a valid evidence in the eyes of the law," replied the official.

"Trus, are we just going to let Ms Titi breathe a sigh of relief after she vilely committed her crime?" I said in a slightly high tone due to the bursting emotions.

"Please calm down, Ma'am. We can't be reckless about this. This guy is sneaky, Ma'am. If we are rash, he could have escaped the law," replied Siti.

"Do you have a plan?" my many.

"Yes, Mother. I have a plan, but I need Sinta's cooperation to carry it out" said Siti seriously.

"What are your plans, Siti. I must be ready to help with all my strength so that the spirit of Yu Darmi does not waver anymore" I replied.

"here, Ma'am. I whispered the plan!" said Siti while pulling my head. He brought his mouth closer to my ear, whispering his strange plan to me.

"Yes God ... Are you seriously going to do that?"
