MARANTI (FOOD OF THE DEAD)
THE FIRST EPILOGUE SEASON
This week I helped cook at Yu Painem's house. From the third night onwards, the host was no longer me, but Yu Painem's own son. On the third day of the tahlilan event at Yu Painem's house, I accidentally consumed food at Yu Painem's house. Maybe because my energy and my mind poured out to help the child Yu Painem, I forgot that I had eaten food for tahlilan there. I just remember the next day, subhanallah I just realized that last night the spirit of Yu Painem no longer bothers me even though I have eaten food for the rescue of Yu Painem. I came to my own conclusion that Yu Painem's spirit had calmed down there. His body has been found, and his son who was outside Java has come home and settled in his heritage home. Maybe all this time the spirit of Yu Painem often appeared in front of me because he wanted to convey that message.
"That means I eat the food of the dead, there is no real problem as long as the spirit of the deceased person has no problem or no death message that he wants to convey to the living person or his heir,"
"Well, you're really hungry to eat with seven days of bude Painem?" said my son, Nur.
"Yes Nur. Bude Painem is already calm there so I'm not worried about the appearance of his spirit anymore" I replied with a grin.
"Yes sich, but cook one finished basket all the same Mother? He said he wanted a diet?" nur said again.
"He he he, yes forgetfulness. It was so good empathic. Bude Painem's son-in-law was good at cooking, apparently," I said in self-defense.
"This is my mother's reason. It's basically doyan, right?" nur said again.
"He he he," I grinned the horse.
A few days later there was bad news I heard. Ms. Titi fell ill, according to a neighbor she had typhus. His body heat was very high, even he was delirious. I had a chance to visit Bu Titi at his home, at that time Bu Titi had delirious that somewhat surprised me, in his delirium he said that he had actually seen Bu Mimin sneaking around Yu Darmi's house. When Bu Mimin offered him a necklace and wallet at a low price, he suspected it was stolen. But since it was sold cheaply, he kept quiet.
Ms. Titi had not been down in the heat for a few days, her family had taken her to the doctor but she was not cured. The heat is high at certain hours, namely before Maghrib and before dawn. Finally there was a family of Bu Titi who came to the house and said he wanted to resell the necklace and wallet that had been purchased from Bu Mimin to my family. We were happy to buy it, and right after the items returned to our family, gradually the condition of Bu Titi improved. Three days later, Ms. Titi recovered from her illness. When I asked her what she felt during her illness, she told me that she had dreamed of meeting Yu Darmi. In his dream he invited Tu Darmi to take a walk in a very beautiful park. Strangely, when Bu Titi wants to go home, always detained by Yu Darmi. Bu Titi was invited again around the park to more beautiful parts, and so on. But in the end Yu Darmi thanked Bu Titi and let go of Bu Titi while leaving his two children to be advised by Bu Titi. After that Ms. Titi recovered from her pain.
