MARANTI (FOOD OF THE DEAD)
EPISODE 9: MR. HERMAN

After escaping from the traffic jam, Mr. Herman also told his driver to spur his box car faster so as not to be too late to get home.

"Congratulations, Jo?" ask Mr. Herman to the driver.

"No, Sir. You better take a rest! Later when I get to the warehouse, I wake up," replied Parjo.

"Thank you, Jo. I happen to not be sleepy either. I'm just thinking of the house. At home someone died, Jo," replied Mr. Herman while looking straight ahead.

"Innalillahi wainnailaihi roojiuuun ... Who died, sir?" ask Parjo in shock.

"Roads, Jo," replied Mr. Herman flatly.

"La-ra? What's the name, like a stranger, huh?" ask Parjo.

"That's my former house assistant's son. Her birth mother Panji," replied Mr. Herman softly.

"Ooooo ... Panji, Mr. Herman's adopted son and Ms. Dewi, right?" tanya parjo convinced.

"Yes, Jo. But Panji is not our adopted son anymore. The funny boy was like our own son. The barrel had no family other than us, Jo," replied Mr. Herman.

"Yes, sir," answered Parjo kalem.

In his heart, Parjo really admired the personality of one of the superiors in the company where he worked. He knew the Goddess. Both are good people. He had thought, why has God not given them the care of children even though mentally and financially, the pair of ionic husbands are visible far above him. While he whose salary is mediocre alone has been blessed with four children. He and his wife had just been married for seven years. To meet the needs of his son he was often lacking. Fortunately there was Mr. Herman who often gave him money loans.

"Truly, God rules everything. Humans must be cleverly grateful for their lives." Inner Parjo.

Along the way Mr. Herman continued to look at the highway while remembering his friendship with his wife who was very loyal and patient to accompany him. Mr. Herman also remembered the moment of his friendship with Panji. The boy was really cute and instantly captivated his heart despite only a month of living in his house. In addition, Mr. Herman also remembered Laras. Starting from Laras was a child, a teenager, to have children and sickly. It's heartless for Mr. Herman to remember that poor girl.

Somehow at first, suddenly Mr. Herman saw Laras in all white clothes and a slightly pale face was in the middle of the road and blocked the truck they were riding.

"Yahoooooooo!!!!!" shouted Mr. Herman trying to resuscitate Laras not to do that ridiculous thing.

"Sir Herman, wake up!!!" yelled Parjo while wagging the body of his boss.

Mr. Herman was confused after he woke up from his sleep. What I saw was just a dream. Laras is dead.

"Astagfirefullah!! exclaim Mr. Herman.

"What dream father just now, how come you're delirious like that?" parjo asked while looking into Mr. Herman's eyes with a look of astonishment.

Mr. Herman rubbed the sweat that flooded his forehead. Mr. Herman's body was flooded with cold sweat.

"Well, I just fell asleep. Sorry, Jo. Where have we been?" asked Mr. Herman to divert the conversation.

"We're almost at the office, sir. You want to be delivered to the house using this box car or want to ride your own motorbike?" ask Mr. Parjo.

"Just get my bike, Jo. Pity you must be a hero" replied Mr. Herman who had found his consciousness.

"It's okay, sir, if I have to take Mr. Herman home. That's my job" answered Parjo.

"No, Jo. I'd rather go home on the bike" replied Mr. Herman.

Parjo did not argue anymore. He drove the car to the office where Mr. Herman parked his favorite motorcycle.

"Thank you a lot, Jo. Uh, Mr Herman Tumben took his wife out of town?" ask the security guard with a lowered voice.

"No, lah. We just go both. Mr. Herman's wife is taking care of the baby in her house" Parjo replied seriously.

"Well, who did Mr. Herman just hit?" ask Satpam.

"Nothing. Mr. Herman just went home on a motorcycle alone," replied Parjo.

"No, Jo. There was just a piggyback behind Mr. Herman. Wong I saw for myself," argued Satpam.

"That's a sign that your eyes have gone wrong. How many days have you not slept?" answer Parjo.

"Two days anyway. It just so happened that the other guard was on a two-day leave, so I took full care of the two today. But, it's not. I saw it wrong, Jo," protested Satpam.

"What kind of dress cake is she?" ask Parjo.

"White clothes, Jo," replied the security guard.

"Kuntilanak dong!" guru Parjo's.

"Hus! Don't talk about it, Jo. Horrified ...," replied Satpam who suddenly felt his neck cold.

"You've just been slamming into this Legi Friday night" replied Parjo.

"Jo, you're with me tonight, okay?" rayu Satpam's.

"Ih ... Disgust ... Aja big body, just as it was afraid," ledek Parjo.

"It's not so, Jo. You know for yourself, right. If this Friday night in the office there is often something strange. Usually on the eve of Legi Friday, we picket together," replied the security guard.

"That's your business. I'm just gonna go to bed. I miss my wife at home" replied Parjo.

"Just sleep here, Jo! I pay fifty, " replied Satpam.

"Relieve it! Sleeping here is cold. Mending at home there is a Maemunah that I can hug" replied Parjo.

"One hundred thousand!" rayu Satpam's.

"Relieve it! Eat the spirits!" parjo answered while starting his box car.

"Ooooo watch out for you! If later you fill the goods again in the warehouse. Don't just copy you let you get bullied by the back shed dwellers!" aspat Satpam.

"Ups!"

The new security guard realized that Parjo had gone far away from the office with his box car. He only realized that he had said nothing on Friday night Legi in the office famous for its awesomeness. Warung next to the office until it does not dare to sell too late because it is often disturbed by residents of the place.

"Amit-Amiiiit!!!! Hopefully tonight no one will disturb my work" said Satpam to himself.

Just said like that, the smell of like a keepsake flower has already burst into the nose of the security guard. Cold sweat began to pour profusely from all over the body of Satpam when the sound of footsteps from the direction of the office door to Pos Satpam. Though the security guard knew for sure that there were no employees who were there other than him.
