51. My place is Leaning

Lyra came in a state of her face that looks sad with her eyes moist, so that Axel can not let her go in that state, moreover this is almost nine o'clock at night. Seeing it also makes Axel's heart also feel sad. Axel does not know what makes his best friend sad, to make him dare to come to Axel even though Axel himself was angry with him. He was eager to ask, what is it about Lyra that came with her shoulder face. But he finds it hard to explain what makes him curious, because Axel was too awkward after a long time he stayed away and after the last time he revealed his feelings to Lyra. And Axel hasn't seen Lyra since the last time he met, where Lyra told him about her official relationship with Rigel.

As soon as Axel was away to try to forget his feelings, Lyra instead came in a state of her sad face. Until finally Axel was touched and had the heart to see the woman he loved was sad. Axel gave a glass of hot chocolate to Lyra. Because his relationship with Lyra is not like it used to be, and because Axel is angry with Lyra who can not reciprocate his feelings. Axel placed the glass containing hot chocolate in a rude and disrespectful manner.

"Rapidly spend it, I want to go home" Axel threw as he landed himself in the chair in front of Lyra sitting.

His hand shook as Lyra grabbed the glass containing Axel's hot chocolate. He sipped his drink as he let out his tears. Until Axel panicked when he saw it, he thought Lyra was crying maybe because of her cold and rude behavior.

"You crying? I'm sorry I was rude to you" Axel said as he wiped the water on Lyra's cheek.

Lyra's cry was even more broken and crying loudly while hiccuping. Axel was panicking to see it.

"What's wrong with you? Is it because of me, I'm sorry for being so disrespectful to you."

"Hiks... Rigels...Rigels." Lyra repeatedly mentioned Rigel's name while hiccupping.

Suddenly Axel shuffled quickly from his seat, then clutched tightly Lyra's body. Axel. "I think you're crying because of me, apparently because of her you're crying. You shouldn't be dating a jerk like him. Why would he make you cry like this.

"It's not because Rigel's a jerk that I'm crying."

"Then why are you crying and you say his name repeatedly."

"I want to end my relationship with him, but I can't afford to part with him."

"If you still love her, then why would you want to end your relationship. You don't have to cry and you don't have to separate if you and she still love each other."

"Our relationship has to end, if Jayden wants to come home to him. Now Jayden is sick after being separated by his grandfather from Rigel."

Lyra then told everything to Axel, telling him that he was not blessed by the father of his lover. As well as about Rigel who slumped after staying away Jayden. As long as he tells it, Lyra continues to abuse herself who still survives even though the relationship is very problematic. To make himself feel selfish for staying near Rigel, even though behind the relationship has made the relationship of a child and his father damaged.

Axel wiped the tears on Lyra's cheeks. "You don't have to self-injure, it's not your fault. All of this happened because of a feeling that can't be blamed."

Axel immediately frowned. "It'll be easy to let go, what do you mean?"

"Pretend to be my lover. Because he gets jealous when I'm close to you." Lyra was getting tighter holding Axel's hand as she pleaded. "Please help me."

Axel sighed while scratching his nape even though it didn't feel itchy. "All right, I'll help you."

When the night was getting late and when Lyra had finished her hot chocolate, Axel drove Lyra home. During her return trip, Lyra remained the same. His eyes did not stop crying, and his face continued to show his own expression. Axel tried hard to calm Lyra down, but Lyra still did not want to stop thinking about Rigel.

Lyra still loves Rigel too much, not knowing how to let go. When compared to his former lover, Rigel is unmatched. A good man who can give up anything for Lyra. Relinquishing his relationship with his father is broken, willing to maintain a relationship even though he must be separated from his favorite nephew, and willing to leave his position as CEO for Lyra. How can Lyra be as good and sincere as Rigel.

Though the relationship was not long established, especially Rigel can be trusted because his love for Lyra was long in taste. Even if he had changed partners, it does not mean he will betray Lyra. The reason Rigel changed the couple was because he couldn't get Lyra himself. And now that he was able to obtain Lyra, he could only grasp it in a short time.

Then Rigel once said, if he lost Lyra then he would be as bad as when separated from Jayden. Lyra is afraid that Rigel will be worse than left behind with Jayden. In Jayden's house, Rigel was unable to maintain his health. He could not eat regularly, and he rarely smiled or laughed. Maybe when Rigel left Jayden, there is Lyra who will remind him to eat even who will continue to pay attention to his health. But if Rigel lived in Lyra then who would remind him to eat and who would pay attention to his health. Lyra is worried that Rigel will get sick if Lyra has completely ended her relationship.

Soon enough, Axel can finally bring Lyra home. Before getting out of the car, Lyra immediately tidied herself up. Removing her tears left in her eyes and cheeks, and tidying up her hair that was indeed very messy. Lyra does not want her parents to see her condition that appears messy due to crying. It was enough that Lyra made Rigel worried, Lyra did not want to also make her parents as worried as Rigel.

"Thank you for taking me home" said Lyra, who got out of her best friend's car.

However, not yet Lyra entered the gate of his house, Axel suddenly came down from the car which he immediately pulled Lyra's body to hug him.

"I know forgetting Rigel might be hard for you. But maybe later you will quickly forget it and will get used to it without him by your side. Don't keep crying and sleep well, Lyra."

Axel's words were able to calm Lyra, but his words instead made Lyra back to shed her tears. Not because he remembered Rigel, but he cried because he was moved by the words of his best friend. It turns out that behind his slump there is a person who is able to give him spirit.

Lyra nodded. "Yes, I'll make sure I sleep well tonight. Thank you Axel."

Axel let go of his embrace, then smiled at Lyra while wiping the water on her best friend's cheeks. "Sleep well and dream beautiful."
