57. Only He belongs to me

Lyra only briefly met with Rigel but remember it will continue until tomorrow and tomorrow again. When meeting, Rigel had really considered Lyra like a person she did not know to make Lyra's heart feel tight when facing it. But, this was a consequence for Lyra after deciding Rigel in a way to deliberately hurt her.

But strangely, Axel instead took him to go to Agni's house to the point of making Lyra bent upset when her best friend finished parking her car in front of the house of the woman who would be the wife of Rigel Callisto.

"Why did you bring me here?" Lyra asked in anger.

Axel did not answer, he was in a hurry to get off the car. And while Lyra was in the car, she folded her arms over her stomach with her face still bent in annoyance. Until making Axel to have to knock on the car window next to his best friend was sitting.

"Can it come down now?"

With her eyes straight ahead, Lyra said. "I don't want to go down, I want to go home right now."

Axel opens the car door and pulls Lyra down.

"You should see him now. And undo your intention to go to New York."

"Who should I meet, what is Agni? Why would I meet him, meeting him would only make me think of Rigel."

"Not Agni but Rigel. Next week Rigel's getting married, and you have to stop him before you're really sorry."

Lyra immediately threw Axel's hand from her arm. "I've felt regret after hurting him. What regrets happen to me deserve to be felt. Going away from her was my decision, if she married Agni it was the best thing for her."

"No Lyra." Axel raised his voice." It wasn't your decision to leave Rigel, but it was his father's decision not to approve you."

"Then, will he and I be happy when he comes back. There will be many people around us who are hurt when we are together."

"Your departure from Rigel is not a sacrifice to make you or Rigel better. But the departure of you is selfish, your decision to leave Rigel makes Agni your best friend must marry a man who is not at all loved. Then, you have also hurt Rigel as well as yourself. Axel's words can make Lyra shed her tears. He cried as he turned his face away from Axel.

"At least Jayden can go back to Rigel and at least his father won't hate Rigel. Then, at least my parents won't be hurt by Rigel's father's evil mouth."

Lyra tried to break her arm out of Axel's hand. But Axel was too strong to hold it to make Lyra unable to take it off.

"Can you let me go."

"Can't, Lyra. I don't want to keep you crying because you're parting ways with Rigel."

Then when Axel and Lyra reached the middle room of the house, Sandy and Rigel were gathering with all the members of the Agni family. It's like a family meeting that's medically discussing a wedding plan.

Everyone was surprised to see Lyra and Axel coming. But surprisingly, Agni and Rigel did not feel as surprised as those who saw. Rigel and Agni's expression looked calm like people who already knew that Lyra and Axel would come.

"Why did you come here?" Sandy asked with a confused look.

Rigel inched from his seat and walked over to Lyra. And when Rigel's steps approached, Axel then extended Lyra's hand to Rigel.

Lyra furrowed her brows. "What's this really about?"

Rigel grabbed Lyra's hand and kissed the back of her hand in front of all the family members present at Agni's house. And said to everyone. "He's the woman I love. I'll get married if that woman is Lyra."

Lyra was confused by Rigel's actions, to the point of making her wonder. What's wrong with Rigel, why he doesn't hate Lyra when she's suddenly present at a family gathering, and why did Rigel tell everyone present at Agni's house that Lyra was his woman.

If Lyra seems confused, it is the case with all the Agni and Rigel families who are increasingly surprised after witnessing Rigel's courage. Especially Agni and Rigel's parents who immediately bent upset and angry over the action of the CEO of PT Starlight.
