Oh, My...
Eliana is focusing wrongly. His eyes stared at the horror of Toni's wrist.
'He's a bandit'
'Your brother's gathered with the mob.'
'People like them usually earn money in a way that's not right.'
'He rode in a black and shiny car'
Eliana's hand trembled and her breath choked.
"Toni." he said with great difficulty, but what came out was just a whisper. It felt like there was a lump in the neck that made it hard to make a sound.
"Toni... "
Only one word could be said by Eliana, her face pias as if there was no blood flowing in her body.
"What's wrong with you, Eliana?" toni asked attentively while sticking her hand on Eliana's forehead. "Are you sick?"
'Where did you get the money?'
'Where have you been these past few days? Go early in the morning, go home at night?'
Eliana shook her head many times, unable to speak. His mouth was open, then closed again. Can't do. He couldn't ask Toni directly.
Tony poured water into a glass.
"Drink first." said Toni.
His hand rubbed Eliana's back, gently felt to the heart, slowly feeling Eliana became comfortable and his mind felt clearer. His doubts about Toni slowly disappear, turning into a belief that Toni is a good man. At least, that was what Eliana's little heart was feeling right now.
Yep. All of this must have been a misunderstanding. Toni did not say anything about resigning from the coffee shop, did not she ever do the same when dismissed from St. Paul. He had his own reasons for not talking about it, or maybe he was looking for the right time.
Then the watch that's on Toni's wrist right now? It was an expensive item, but he could get it from anywhere. Not necessarily he's a bandit or a mobster or whoever it is that people are accusing.
After all, Toni admitted that she was a stock consultant or broker or whatever the term Eliana did not really understand. But as far as Eliana knows, we can never predict the capital gains obtained by someone who plays stocks. It's a kind of high risk high return investment.
(A kind of investment with high risk of high profit.)
'I have to believe in Toni.' Eliana convinced herself.
Looking at Eliana, who looked unusual, Toni knelt before Eliana. He rotated the chair Eliana was sitting on until the woman faced him.
"What's wrong? You don't like the cake?" toni asked, her hands tidying the strands of Eliana's hair out of her lane. Then the man cupped his hands together over Eliana's hands.
Holy hooch! How can anyone think of a gentleman as a criminal? No! Eliana're sure to stand for Toni.
Eliana looked over and her mouth throbbed.
"I waited for you from then on, but you didn't come until I was hungry" he said, pura-ambek, as much as possible the woman hid the doubts that had been tucked in his heart.
Toni seems surprised, she catches a slight difference in the micro expression that Eliana shows.
"Come on. I want to eat with you, Toni." said Eliana again quickly to distract Toni. Not wanting to be caught hiding something, Eliana's hand immediately grabbed a plate containing cheese cake and put it on Toni's palm.
Toni smelled a smile, she was glad Eliana wanted to bury her. Things Eliana rarely does. "Well, did you ask to be fed all together?"

The next day, the,
As soon as Toni leaves, Eliana intends to go out to buy some necessities. Just as his feet stepped out of the unit he was in, Rebbeca's mother was already waiting at the door. The woman stood upright, with her hands folded in front of her chest, her eyes cold and heartless.
'At least this time Rebecca's mother met me alone without her horde.' Eliana muttered to herself.
"Eliana, we have to finish it today as well. I can't wait anymore" Rebecca's mother said unceremoniously.
"I. ya." - Elijah Eliana.
"I heard you don't know the identity of that man either, right? He's not your brother, is he?" accuse Rebecca's mother of fire.
Eliana.
"You're shocked? My brother works at St. Paul. He told me that you were fired from there for living with strangers! The guy who doesn't know himself, he's a fugitive. Society rubbish!"
The woman who owned the apartment paused for a moment, her eyes looking at Eliana from the tip of her foot to the tip of her hair with a look of disdain.
"Currently, it was fitting that he could not show his identity card when renting this unit. He used your identity card as collateral" he continued
"I've told you many times that Toni is not that kind of person. He's not what you guys are talking about, the residents of this apartment." Eliana tried to deny.
"I can't believe it! You can choose, the man goes or you go too. I've been generous enough to you." The woman's chest went up and down quickly due to being too emotional.
"He's using you, Eliana!" he said again, pointing his index finger at Eliana's nose.
The accusation after accusation that was thrown out felt so vile in Eliana's heart. He never accepted every time he heard people say bad things about Toni.
"Why do you all always accuse him without proof?" lamented Eliana sad.
"Without proof of how? Just look at it for yourself if you think I'm saying this without basis."
PLUGS!
The woman throws some photos into Eliana's face. The photo slumped from Eliana's face and fell to the floor.
Eliana was in her place. From where it stands clearly visible images of Toni with 'syndicates'. Elian's knees were completely limp, she slumped and sat on the apartment floor. His eyes stared blankly at the picture of Toni and her horde in front of him.
"If I were you, I'd call the police! I don't want anything bad to happen in my apartment so make sure it's her last day here." said Rebecca's mother, no longer disputing.
Eliana took a deep breath, taking one by one a photo of Toni from the floor. Then with the rest of her strength and confidence, Eliana got up and stood up.
"I get it, Rebecca's mother. Toni's gonna get out of here. Toni and I are getting out of this apartment. We're not leaving because we're kicked out of the apartment."
Eliana paused for a moment to catch her breath, she stepped closer and looked at Mother Rebecca's eyes fixedly. "I left this apartment because I believed in Toni."
