OBSESSION OF THE HEIR
CHAPTER 10 IS BACK
"Who are they?" yuki asked in a whisper.
"Come in and sit down first" Meyrin gave the code to Lea.
Understanding the code in question, Lea went directly into the penthouse. Laras lets them in, joining Daniel and Emily.
Rico and the Goddess sat next to each other. While Yuki and Soga were sitting on the sofa to the right of the two of them. Meyrin hands the baby boy over to Yuki.
"You guys talk, soon Lea will bring you a snack. I'll go to the room first" said Meyrin.
After Meyrin died, the atmosphere became awkward. Rico looked around and gulped his saliva at how tight security was here. There were about five burly, bespectacled people standing in the corner of the living room. Two people stood in front of the elevator as they arrived.
"Hi, you're my brother's best friends, huh?" Emily opened the screwdriver.
"Huh?" Rico, Dewi, and Yuki compactly startled to make Emily laugh crisply.
"Lily, appreciate your sister! Take care of his manners," said the man with the thick bewok and fur on his hands that grew bushy.
"Yes Daddy, I'm sorry" Emily said as she lowered her head.
"You're Satoshi Soga the owner of Narita Hospital, a renowned hospital in Tokyo?" Daniel looked at Soga.
"really. Greetings to Mr. Arlington, "the greeting of Soga made the friends of Laras surprised.
It's not that they don't know the father of his best friend, it's just that they don't believe it this fast to meet the single parent of Laras or Meyrin. They stared at Daniel, admiring how powerful the man was despite being five-headed.
Emily laughed when she saw the expressions of her sisters' friends. Daniel was silent, always calm and cold. But, for anyone who did not know a Daniel Arlington, it would have been terrified, thinking the man was staring with a murderous gaze.
That's how everyone there felt except Emily and Daniel. Until Meyrin entered the living room. The few bodyguards standing there bowed respectfully as Meyrin walked past them.
Simultaneously, Lea walked into the living room with two maids and the head chef. Each waiter pushed a trolley on which presented various types of snacks.
Meyrin nodded her head at Lea. Leah then told the waiter to serve a snack on the table. When it was done, the two maids saluted and pushed the trolley outside the room. The head chef stood at the end near the entrance.
"The head chef can go back to the kitchen, thank you" Meyrin said.
"Together, Miss. Excuse me first." The head chef bowed to Meyrin, Daniel and Emily and walked out of the living room.
Meyrin walked over to those who were already waiting there. He sat on the only seat left and it was indeed special to him. Lea stood behind Meyrin's chair, as usual.
"Eat! I invited the three of you here not to become statues," Meyrin ordered looking at her three best friends.
Dewi, Rico, Yuki and Soga began to taste the snacks served. While Emily as usual, macaron strawberry special directly served in front of him. Meyrin gave a faint smile as she saw how greedy Lily was eating her macaroni.
"Previously introduce him Lea, my personal assistant and my bodyguard. I'm not the Laras who used to be so free to go out here with you guys again. That's why Leah was always next to me. Please don't worry about his presence. She's already I think of as my mother, mother and sister as well" Meyrin explained.
Meyrin looked at her personal assistant, nodding her head. Lea who obtained her permission immediately walked backwards after saluting. The woman returned to her original position, standing in front of the back door.
"Why do you need a bodyguard? Is your life threatened like in action movies?" ask the Goddess as usual without filters.
"My life is threatened whenever and wherever it is. Especially if I know that I'm Laras."
"Me—"
"Hiswa Laras is always threatened because of me" Daniel said.
"Dad don't blame yourself anymore. There's nothing wrong with us" Meyrin looked down at her father.
"Sir Meyrin's right, Dad. Stop blaming yourself. We are all sincere and looking to the future. We're there for Daddy, we're gonna be a replacement for Mommy and Beautiful Mom." Emily clasped Daniel's hand, giving his Daddy the power.
Hearing that conversation, made the four people there silent. They can already guess what really happened. The atmosphere became quiet for a while later.
Until Yuki starts first, he leaves the child to Soga. The baby boy named Ren was fast asleep. Yuki stood beside Meyrin then, "Don't tell me if your heart isn't ready. It's not easy to open old wounds, we all understand that."
The sound of crying is heard. Yes, for the first time in two years a Meyrin did not cry. Daniel, Emily and Lea looked at Meyrin so softly. The woman was so strong that she held a heavy weight on her shoulders all by herself. Saves sadness and hurt feelings only for her.
Here, those who have always been with Meyrin bear witness to how fragile the woman is. All the painful things all this time spilled in tears in the arms of his best friend. The Goddess and Rico moved from their positions. They also embrace the current Laras because of what had to change the name of even his face.
"Hey, look at me, Meyrin!" Rico sat crouched down looking at Meyrin whose eyes were already puffy.
"You are disgusted to know," said Dewi as usual.
As usual, Meyrin immediately wiped his snot and wiped it on Rico's shirt without warning. Rico gasped in shock and glared in disbelief at the woman before him
"Good Race! No Laras, no Meyrin, why do you like to sleep on my shirt anyway," Rico was upset.
The Goddess and Yuki who saw that laughed.
"It's just that she's plastic surgery, it's the same as it used to be." Yuki still laughed.
"In fact, this Conglomerate Miss likes to instantly wipe her snot and wipe it on Rico's shirt." The goddess follows Meyrin and Rico.
The atmosphere that was once full of sadness now turned cheerful. Meyrin gave her smile with her eyes still puffy and her face was already in disarray. The goddess who when talking without filters continues to babble without caring anymore about the social strata between them.
"Loe's still like it used to be. The mouth has no filter," said Meyrin and immediately invited the laughter of all who were there.
Suddenly Lea walked over to Meyrin. The woman slightly lowered her head, whispering in the master's ear. Meyrin heard it carefully then nodded her head.
"How to proceed later. It's time to enjoy dinner." Meyrin moved from her sitting position, leading all of them towards the dining room.

Lea was already waiting in the middle of the dining room door. He slightly lowered his head as the guest and his master walked into the dining room. There were three cooks, visible from his clothes.
Leah walked in so the door closed automatically. He told the chefs to explain each menu he cooked. One by one the chefs presented the menu they cooked.
On the table a lot of complete menus or so-called full course meal. First is the appetizer, an appetizer with three types of menus, namely fruit salad, cocktails, and mayo risoles. Next is the main course, the main dish with two types of menus, namely beef steak with vegetable salad and various seafood foods. Last is dessert, dessert with four types of menus, namely pudding, panna cotta, ice cream and apple pie.
All the menus are so appetizing. After finishing the task, the chefs came out of the dining room as well as Lea. Unfortunately, before exiting the door, Lea was summoned by Meyrin.
"Lea, join us" Meyrin said.
"But—"
"It's an order not a solicitation" Meyrin final without debate.
Hearing that, Lea immediately walked up to the dining table and sat down on one of the empty chairs. When it comes to commandments, Leah will be transformed into an obedient human being and submit to them.
They enjoy a sumptuous dinner menu with silence. There was no sound except the clang of the cutlery with the plate. Daniel stared at everything silently and his gaze stopped on Meyrin. There was a sense of pride and worry simultaneously encircling Daniel's chest.

A person falls down on the floor when the dining room door opens automatically.
