CHAPTER 104 TWO LINES

Baras was still reluctant to accept the glass that was in William's hands. He looked at the water that looked unattractive, but if from the aroma fresh and appetizing.

"Honey water and warm ginger. Who knows after this your stomach will be fine." William thrust the glass and slightly forced Laras to accept it.

Barrels who did not want to debate, finally he drank the water. Just one gulp and he stopped drinking again. The woman wanted to feel the effects of one sip of warm honey and ginger water on her body.

"It's delicious. Can I spend it?" ask Laras.

"That's the original plan, honey. Spend it and rest. I'm going back to the dining room to let Daniel's dad know."

"No! Follow me to sleep," whined Laras.

William is completely inexhaustible with Laras today. The woman from waking up to this moment her behavior was absurd. Barrel shifted his body and patted the empty side for William to lie there.

"Come, Honey. I want to sleep. Don't you feel sorry for me?" whining with a spoiled tone Laras made William melt instantly.

William opened his pink coat and placed it on the nightstand. The man complied and lay on the left side of Laras.

"Darling, I want you to tell me what happened to Mama and Papa after I left" said Laras.

"Without me telling you, you already know the details of your people. Don't make me look stupid, honey."

"But not details. I want to know from your point of view, Will."

"Wait after you rest. Close your eyes and sleep!" William pulled a blanket up to his waist to cover his body.

Just as Laras was about to close his eyes, a knocking sound rang out. William moves on but is held by Laras.

"Otherwise, sweetie?" ask William's gaunt.

"Kiss first can go."

William rolled his eyeballs, but he still kissed Laras' lips at a glance. After that, he got out of his bed. The man took his foot to the door of the room and opened it.

"Is Barrel okay?" ask Daniel to William.

"It's better, Father," replied William and saw a doctor behind him.

"Dad brought a doctor to check the barrel. Is it okay?"

However, Daniel will still ask for permission because soon his responsibility to keep Laras has changed duties to William. Moreover, she wanted to do her best for her two daughters before anything happened to her.

"Then come in, Dad. The barrel is lying down."

William shifted his body so that Daniel, Aite, King and Doctor could enter the room. The barrel that saw their presence stood immediately sat down and smiled weakly at his father.

"Are you okay, son?" asked Daniel, who was sitting by the side of the bed near Laras.

"She looks exhausted, Dad. It's okay. I don't have to worry too much." Laras patted the back of the Father's hand, which was holding his right hand.

"Just keep Daddy worried, son. Let the doctor check on you. William gave his permission."

"alright. I don't want to make my father and husband worry."

After that Daniel moved from his position, giving room for the King family doctor to check on Laras. The doctor began to examine from Laras' pulse. Continues to his heartbeat. Grateful that the doctor was a woman, so William was not angry.

The paranoid Daniel asks King to call the female family doctor. If it is not like that, it is certain that his future daughter-in-law will be angry. Not even giving her permission.

"Mrs, when was the last time you came to the moon?" ask the doctor.

Baras gasped in surprise when he heard the question from the doctor. He was thinking about when the last month came. Both of his eyes were rounded when he realized that after his battle with Rizzo, he did not find his moon coming again. That means he hasn't had it for a month.

'Could it be that night time?' thought Laras wondering to himself.

Laras patted his eel when convinced that it was the most accurate. William looked at Laras with a look of disbelief at his conclusion.

"It seems like about a month ago, Doc," replied Laras timidly.

"I have guessed. Can I have you do the test, Madam?" The doctor handed a test pack to Laras.

Laras looked at William who was staring at him with a twinkle of happiness. Both of William's eyeballs said that the man wanted Laras to do a test pack to get accurate results.

"All right."

The barrel took the test pack and moved from its lying position to the bathroom. The barrel picks up a small bottle to hold the urine. After that he put the tip of the test pack on the bottle. 

The deg! The deg! The deg!

There is a curiosity also fear of being mixed up in the feelings of Laras. He was curious about the results shown by that flat object. But, he was also afraid if the results did not match his and William's expectations.

Who knows because of stress factors until he experienced late coming months. That could be one of the triggers. Even for nausea and vomiting earlier could be because lately the diet is not regular until the stomach acid rises. All possibilities are true.

"Well I'll go crazy if I wait like this" murmured Laras who finally came out of the bathroom.

Laras walked up to William, then handed the test pack to her husband. "Darling, you're the only one who saw it. I'm afraid I'm disappointed with the result."

Shaking hands, William took a test pack proffered by Laras. If Laras was afraid of the result, however William was also more afraid. There is disbelief but also curiosity.

William exhaled his long breath before staring at the results shown by the tool. There was a lump on William's neck up and down, a sign that the man was nervous. William rounded his eyes perfectly when the pregnancy test showed a line parallel to two pieces.

"Doctor, is this true?" William handed the test pack to the only doctor there.

"Well, congratulations to Mr and Mrs who will soon be parents." The doctor confirmed what William had in mind.

Hearing that, Laras closed his mouth in disbelief. William immediately hugged Laras and kissed his wife's face many times as well as thanks. This is good news for the man.

Aite and King who heard this glad tidings congratulated Daniel. Daniel will be a grandfather soon. Then the two Arlington generals greeted William and Laras and congratulated him.

There is happiness on the faces of the two brides who will have a wedding tomorrow. Without feeling Daniel shed tears. At least he could still see the happiness of his eldest daughter. The child who had been separated from him for decades because of his own fault.

Daniel wiped away his tears of joy. He approached William and Laras and hugged the two in one embrace. Back, the tears flowed from Daniel's cheeks which began to look wrinkled. At least this was the happy news God had given him. Even though she can't see her granddaughter growing up.

"Dad, why are you crying?" ask Laras.

"Dad's happy, son. Will, I'm sending you the happiness of Laras and Arlington's first grandchild. Don't disappoint me a second time" Daniel said.

"William promised to keep Laras even risking his life to protect my little family." William looked at Daniel so confidently without any hesitation.

"Goodoo. Congratulations to you both." Daniel patted William's shoulder firmly and stroked Daras's darling hair.

"So loved Dad more than anyone." She hugged Daniel again.

King and Aite who saw that came out of the room with the doctor. They say goodbye to William and the man thanks him again.
