CHAPTER 17 BLACK AND RED

"Hm?" Ken muttered.

Meyrin raised her head, stealing a look at the man she had already considered an older brother. Closing his eyes, inhaling air and a split second held him down then slowly wasting his long breath.

After feeling calm, the story flowed early Liu Meyrin met with a William. William Anderson Plowden was the most wanted boy in Lunar City. His Ken-like charm makes him an idol of women in Lunar.

No one knows a William. A handsome man with a million charms and certainly a sole heir to the Plowden family business empire. Meyrin told in detail the incident during his meeting with Steve and William in Indonesia.

Meyrin changed her face again. Quiet, cold and untouchable. The woman massaged the base of her nose, thinking what decision she should make.

Meyrin and Ken are currently in the office of the beautiful woman. Ken began to get busy with his laptop, running the command of Meyrin who was currently sitting in front of him.

Meyrin took out a black envelope with a red ribbon. Wrinkle confusion adorns Ken's forehead. He slightly pushed his laptop aside and focused on staring at Meyrin as well as the envelope.

Meyrin nodded her head, giving Ken permission to open and read the contents of the envelope. He took the envelope and opened it carefully.

"For Emily?" ken asked after reading the two lines of sentences written inside the envelope.

"Maybe from her fans. Emily is a public figure and a model."

"Which one has an alibi sends something like this. It's too fancy Ken. Let's see this too!" Meyrin handed me a piece of paper.

"Isn't this the letter that was in the black box in Emily's room the other day?" ken asked me more and more not understand.

A week has passed since the discussion of the mysterious man. There was no movement from Steve. His subordinate who was in the hospital was back on duty at his penthouse.

Meyrin just got out of the elevator, getting ready to go to the company. A man in an office suit approached and gave Meyrin a brown envelope. Lea looked so relaxed when she knew who the man was.

"What is this, Uncle Josh?" ask Meyrin.

"Before Mr. Daniel left for New York with Mr. Joker, he told me to give him the envelope" said Josh, Daniel Arlington's right-hand man.

"When did you go to New York?" meyrin asked as she handed the envelope to Lea.

Josh stared at his watch, "About 15 minutes ago, Miss."

Before long Meyrin's phone rang out. On the screen it says Dad is calling. Meyrin immediately shifted her green button.

"Yes, Dad?"

"Go to Italy quietly. Ken told me all about Emily. I've got a special team to look after Emily, "Daniel's voice is heard from across the street.

"Alright Dad. I take good care of myself too. Let those fathers act in case something happens" Meyrin said.

"Yes, Son. I love you and miss you, dear."

"Love and miss you too, Dad."

The call between father and son is finally over. Meyrin got into the car as did Lea. Josh was silent and saluted until his young lady's car disappeared from the basement.

"Where are we going, miss?" asked Lea who was sitting next to the steering chair.

"Company. There are some files that need to be checked first. One more thing, tell the board to get together an hour from now."

"Good, Miss."

Lea nodded her head at the driver. Afterwards the woman took her mobile phone, contacted Meyrin's secretary to prepare a meeting with the board of directors.

Meyrin herself had started to get busy with her tab, checking the incoming emails from her secretary. Suddenly his focus was on the chocolate map. Meyrin picked it up, took out the contents in the map and started reading it.
