The Part 10 Djin

Djinns. One of the creatures I often hear his name, but apparently I don't understand the real concept. All this time I thought Djin was the same as demons and other subtle-creatures. It disturbs or tempts humans to follow their perverted path only. But apparently I was wrong. Because Djin is one of those beings who can manipulate the human mind and make it live in fear in his dreams, while little by little his soul was taken by them until their soul was exhausted and of course life was at stake.

That's what Djin is doing. And now I have to find out about all the fainting victims. Rio's gone, he's scared if his whereabouts are known by Djin. Since Rio's soul can be taken away as well, even if he's already a ghost. Because what Rio had right now was a soul. Well, the food of those creatures is the soul. A wandering soul or a soul that is still present in the human body.

I walked to the UKS room, where the students who passed out were being treated. With a hurried pace I passed through the school corridor. Rest hours like this will indeed be many students who are enjoying their rest time not only in the cafeteria. But many were chatting along the corridor, or even their respective classrooms. Even the school garden was crowded by them. Incidentally the park in this school is quite shady, there are several trees around us, and neatly arranged grass makes many students prefer to be in an open environment rather than a classroom, or even a library.

"Hey, where are you going?!" asked someone and immediately grabbed my hand that happened to pass through her.

"Jeez, brother, naggingetin! Sorry I'm in a hurry!" I tukasku while trying to release his hand. But Kak Rayi's hand grip just got stronger, and he kept asking for an explanation for what I'm going to do now. "Okay, eum, I .. already know the cause of my friends fainted earlier," I explained while adjusting irregular breathing.

Behind Brother Rayi, the three men began to appear to them. Well, who else if not Brother Roger, Brother Star and Kak Faza. The four of them are now beginning to flock to me like ants who are finding sugar. It's not unusual that they're now so interested in what I've been through or what I've seen. Moreover, because this case is related to them, indirectly.

"So how?" ask Rayi.

"Gini, Sister ..," I said in a whisper, and looked around. Feeling that what you were about to say was like a secret, they finally came closer.

"What's in the gym, huh?" asked Roger to whisper. I'm nodding.

"So there's a real ghost, Bil?" Bintang looked serious when asking that.

"Eum, not a ghost. It's not a ghost possession or anything like that either. The cause is Djin."

"Djin's? Meaning how?"

"This, Brother." I explained about the creature like what Rio said earlier, how the process of him taking the human soul he was after. And all the things that happened in the sports room earlier, most likely it was caused by the creature.

"How should we go?"

"The plan is I want to check into the UKS room, who looks weak conditions, or all other possibilities. Because I'm just facing this creature for the first time. And even just found out about them from Rio."

'By the way you still communicate with Rio often?"

"No, Brother. Sometimes I see him appear from afar, just passing by as usual. Just like before, but he was actually talking, maybe a warning to us. To be more careful with Djin."

'OK, we're coming, '" said Kak Rayi confidently. I nodded and continued walking to my original destination.

UKS. This place is in the corner of the school, with a fairly large room. It is just a room. And here there are several rows of mattresses covered with curtains. It looks like a hospital. Well, the hospital's a small version in my opinion.

Arriving at that place, we just checked in front of the door, seeing if there were still patients inside there. Apparently they're still in bed, and still passed out, probably. I looked at Brother Rayi, he nodded at me. I don't know if what we're thinking is the same thing or not, but Kak Rayi went inside first, and made the others do the same. Of course I followed the four men.

This room is quiet, there is only one UKS officer who stands guard while checking each patient, and two PMR children who are given picket rations every day in this room. Especially if in the UKS there are patients, then they will provide first health assistance to patients before any further action. Sepi, because the patients are still unconscious in bed. But only 5 people remain unconscious.

"What's up, huh?" ask one of the officers.

"Eum, how are they? Not conscious yet?" brother Rayi's question represents my question.

The woman turned to the patient behind her.The five people were still in the same state. They even had to be given an infusion. "The doctor said they were okay. Just a lack of fluids, maybe soon they wake up. The other 5 people had woken up after 2 hours of fainting."

"They're home?" ask the Star.

"It has. It looks like they are very limp, so it is better to just rest at home. What do you want?" tanyanya.

The five of us looked at each other, then Brother Faza cleared his throat. This is a sign that he will give the answer to the question. "Thank you, just to make sure. If friends tomorrow can go to school as usual or not. Because of that patient, our classmates are all."

"What class are you in?"

"2-4."

"They're your classmates, right?" tanya while pointing to the five students who were still unconscious there. The four of them nodded, staring one by one at the designated students. "But they're only 2-4th graders, the rest 1st graders. Those who were conscious."

"What's? So it's not just our class?"

"No. It's strange, if their stings are like infectious diseases. Because the fainted ones are close to each other. Five people who had realized earlier, 1st grade children who were taking art lessons. And you know, right, that art room is close to the gym?"

We throw confused looks at each other. Hearing the UKS officer's story made a long list of cases. And make a new fact, that Djin might be like a virus. It spreads its influence on those who are close to each other.

"Then thank you for the information, we'll excuse you."

We went out of the UKS, and walked with a lot of questions in my head. And most of all I want to know, why I have not seen what the figure of Djin is like. To be honest, I was very curious about what form Djin had spread terror in school.

"Sister, I went back to class, yes," I told them. My body that had almost completely turned around, was held back by Brother Rayi. "I'm taking!" said seriously. His face did not give a smile or a shady look as usual. Of course this makes the atmosphere a little clunky. Even his three friends also did not dare to tag him as usual.

"Yes, we go first. Careful you, Yi. Do not let the same ketangkep Djin," said Kak Bintang then embrace two friends away from before us.

"Yuk," asked Brother Rayi while holding my hand, possessive. His attitude now confused me what to react to. Because I just saw Rayi's sister for the first time like now. I could just keep quiet, and follow wherever he took me. We continued walking with the gazes of some of the people we had passed by. I am ashamed, only resigned, while bowing my head. But I saw Brother Rayi leisurely walking between them all with his chin up, as if not caring about those eyes. We continued walking until now up the stairs that would take us to the floor of my classroom.

Whispers began to sound and I was getting more uncomfortable, but as if Kak Rayi did not hear it, or did not want to hear it? We finally got to the front of the class. Zidan who was chatting with our classmates, just turned his head and returned to the chat. But now he seems to be getting closer to us.

"Aren't you horrified yet?" whisper with an ambiguous question. Me and Rayi just looked at each other and shook their heads together. "Not said anything yet, how do we know, ****!" he said annoyed, while pinching Zidan's head.

That sentence sure made me chuckle. And Zidan was getting closer, his face was really funny. Especially when spreading rumors like this. I have already memorized how his habits are. He's like the nitizen I see on artist social media. And he's also a source of information about a lot of things in school.

"Said one of the students who passed out earlier, someone died. His body is so thin and dry, gaes. Huh, horrified, right?"

"Who?" my many.

"Seno, 1-1 grade."

"So really, if the class also had a fainting victim? They didn't come home and they realized, did they?" ask Rayi.

"That's the weirdness. They're fine he said, uh just now Bu Nawang said that the school will come home early, because we visit Seno's house."

Brother Rayi pulled my hand away from Zidan, "I'm afraid the others will be the same fate, Bil. How do we stop everything before it's too late? Can't you ask Rio now?" whisper with the question I really want to do. But Rio was no longer in sight now. I don't even know where he is, and whether he's okay or not. Hm, I'm starting to worry.

______________

As per the information from Zidan earlier, after the entrance bell rang, the school was sent home early. And for students who have awareness will join the service to the house of Seno. Because it is not possible to force all students to come there. In addition not all know Seno, who know many who prefer to go home or even walk with friends. And that's what I heard from some of my classmates earlier. Coming home early was the most exciting thing for all the students, me too.

Now I'm in the parking lot, waiting for Zidan to take out his iron horse. Because we had agreed to go there as a class representative, along with some other classmates who also know Seno quite close. But suddenly Brother Rayi waved at me from a distance. I narrowed my eyes to see it more clearly. When I saw her, I also looked back, afraid that she was not talking to me. Behind me, no one was there, and I was sure I was the one he was talking to.

Maybe Brother Rayi is upset, seeing me who is just silent, like a confused person. She ran a little closer to me. " Where are you going?" suddenly tanyanya.

"Eh, to Seno's house. To mourn," I said a little awkwardly. Rayi's sister glanced at Zidan who was already preparing with a helmet on his head. "Boncengan?" ask Rayi, again. Zidan and I nodded.

"Two?" ask again. We both looked at each other, then nodded at the same time.

"Eh but the same other classmates also really," I replied who understood that the gaze of the eyes was a sign that he did not like my closeness with Zidan.

"Oh, I'm coming. But Nabila bonceng motorku aja," he cetusya while pointing his motorbike on the other side of the parking lot.

"Oh, okay, brother. If so, yes, Bill. Guys, you're on your way" point Zidan to the line of bikes just passing by. I nodded and felt uncomfortable in this situation.

After Zidan left, Rayi looked back at me warmly. Suddenly his eyes changed as usual. Not as cold as when Zidan was. "Just a minute, yeah, I'll take my bike first." Rayi's brother again ran small to a big white motor there. The vehicle is quite striking, because his friends also wear the same type of motorbike, just with different colors.

A noise was heard as the vehicle was turned on. He darted towards me and gave me a helmet that he seemed to have brought from home. A little hesitant, but I still wear it and now it starts to go up to the back seat of this bike. Again, a few pairs of eyes were staring at us.

"Nr ... Hold dong," cried Rayi to me. I looked at my hand which was holding on to the iron behind me. And did not answer anything at his request.

"Bills, handles. What if it falls? I can scold your Papa." I was still silent, hesitating. But when Kak Rayi's bike stopped, he glanced back, and looked at me while grunting.

"OK," I said, letting go of her hand, then holding her waist, hesitating. He immediately smiled. "That's dong. It's nothing, it's just that, the important thing is the grip," he said. He turned the engine back on and continued on.

"Sir ..," call me a little closer to the side of Kak Rayi's ears covered by a helmet.

"Hm?"

"Tumben's not using a car?"

"Why? You'd rather I use a car?" He glanced back a little. With a rather high voice because of the noise of the streets.

"Not that, just usually use a car."

"Let's get gini."

"How's this?"

"Yes, boncengin you and we go home with gini. Who knew I could be hugged like that" he pointed towards Kak a pair of students from our school who were hugging the man in front of him tightly.

"Oh, so we have to date first huh, then you want to like Reni?" The question made me unable to answer. "Eh, even diem." Rayi looked back again, this time even to continue to see my face right behind her. I laughed after a while. He laughed and looked back.

Some motorbikes with student students from our school are like hordes of students who are in a convoy. Our uniforms are not the same as other schools. Even some schools wear identity uniforms that make each other know each other's origin of their respective schools, if met on the street.I and Rayi's sister who do not know where the house Seno, Seno, just follow the other friends in front of us.

We were in a house with a white flag in front. Rows of light blue plastic chairs lined up in the yard of the house. A picture of someone I've seen a lot is a sign that this is Seno's house. His body was seen lying in the living room. Because it looks from the door. The body was wrapped in a white cloth and covered part of his face with a thin white cloth as well. We sat in the empty seats provided. The teachers represented and were seen chatting with the Seno family. Floods of tears visible from a distance. Nothing will be okay with loss. Let alone death, his sudden departure made everyone feel a deep sadness. I'm sure it is.

"What are our next steps?" sak Rayi asked whispered without letting go of the eyes of Seno's parents who continued to be stunned. Ms. Retno as Seno's homeroom teacher tried to calm the Seno parents. Occasionally the famous homeroom teacher throughout the school also shed tears even though he immediately wiped quickly.

"We must create data on anyone affected by Djin earlier. Because even if they're conscious of fainting, they're not completely free, brother."

"You're right, instead I feel that healing is just camouflage, to make the victim feel fine, which in the end took his life." Rayi's analysis makes sense. And I agree with him too.

"Sir Rayi still remember, the name of classmates Kak Rayi who had fainted?" my many.

"Remember. Only 5 people. I remember because I helped them all."

"Aren't any of them here?" Netraku swept a glance around, researching one by one the faces of friends in the yard of this house. I'm not so memorized with all the students, but I can still tell which students are 1st grade, 2nd grade or even 3rd grade. Brother Rayi stared around and pointed at 2 people.

"Okay, yuk," I pulled her hand.

"Eh, where to?" tanyanya did not understand, but just resigned when her hand I pulled. We got closer to the two friends Rayi had pointed at. This crowd was indeed mostly from the 2nd grade children. There are not many representatives of friends, but the atmosphere looks quite crowded. And most of them are students who wear uniforms like the ones I'm wearing.

Brother Rayi glanced at me, because his friends were looking at us strangely. I glared at Kak Rayi, as if giving a signal so that she could overcome this atmosphere. He cleared his throat, we happened to be sitting near two friends of Kak Rayi earlier. "Dito, are you okay? I was samperin to the UKS but you guys are still unconscious" said Kak Rayi.

The man named Dito took a deep breath, "Well, that's it, Yi. I also don't know why, suddenly like someone just woke up from a nightmare. I am thankful that Sandi is doing well. But ...." Dito did not continue his sentence.

"But what?" ask Rayi. The two young men looked at each other with strange eyes.

"This, it's up to you to believe it or not, but what I'm saying is that nightmares are real, and strangely our dreams are the same!" whispered Brother Dito again. Sandi's sister who was beside him nodded in agreement.

"The same dream? You two dream the same thing? Mean how? When?" ask Rayi enthusiastically.

"When we fainted, Yi. Everything in our dreams is the same. Every detail."

That explanation made Kak Rayi turn to look at me, and made me even more sure that what Rio said was true. The Djin slowly took the souls of the humans he was after. And it seems that when the human being returns to his consciousness, it does not mean that they are free from the influence of the Djin.

This will make it easier for us to find out who the next victim is, ah not really, because we do not know how the sequence of victims and who will be the next victim.

"Okay, we have to work together. As much as possible, gather the remaining 9 people, bring them here," said Kak Rayi. I, Brother Roger, Kak Bintang, Kak Faza, Zidan, Kak Sandi and Kak Dito are now gathered at Kak Rayi's house.

"Why should I come here? How do we keep bringing them here, you know, can't they be that easy to tell?" ask Kak Sandi. Brother Rayi glanced at me.

"Gini, sis, we are facing some kind of subtle-being, believing in unbelief, I'm sure you will have a turn to die like Seno. And, we're gonna try to help stop that, '" I explained.

"And the only way to do that is to gather you together, in this house. Just so we know who's gonna be next, and we're gonna try to stop that!" added Kak Bintang, seriously.

"Do you want to be helped?" asked Brother Roger, getting upset. Finally they kept quiet, and inevitably agreed to this plan. But Kak Sandi and Kak Dito will stay in this house. At least in this house there are guards. Perhaps the creature would not dare to appear. That's what was on my mind. I'll stay, while the others go pick up 7 others. Zidan also took part because he happened to know the children from the 1st grade.

"You're okay, right, at home?" ask Rayi before leaving.

"Yes, brother, I'm fine. Let me take care of them here," I said as I looked at the two men sitting on the couch playing games on their phones. Mama Kak Rayi is not home, so I will be alone in this house with the two men.

"Okay, if there's anything, call me, yeah." Rayi said it slowly, her hand grabbed my hair and tucked it behind my ear. Then smile. I just nodded in shame. And, just as she was about to leave, Brother Rayi kissed my forehead long enough. I closed my eyes, my heart rumbled. I seemed unable to resist his treatment. And I feel very comfortable being treated that way.

After they all left, Kak Sandi and Kak Dito sat in the living room. The TV was left on and featured a fairly crowded action movie. Kak Dito and I are quite enthusiastic about watching this film, especially with snacks that have been provided at the table. It makes us more involved in this story. Even Kak Dito and I also discussed some similar films that are just as good. Apparently me and Kak Dito have the same taste of film.

"Well, really, that movie I've seen Sandi, haven't I, San?" asked Kak Dito turned to his friend who was sitting on the other sofa. I also turn to the person, but strangely Kak Sandi actually looks strange. Many times Kak Dito called out his name, shaking his body but there was no reaction whatsoever.

"Is he sleeping, brother?" my many. Kak Dito stared fixedly at Kak Sandi. "Yes, anyway. He's still breathing, Bil. Not dead. But why didn't he wake up, when I woke up so hard, right?"

Also true. It's freaky. Kak Sandi should have woken up by now. But he sleeps like a dead man. I came closer, and looked at him. My feelings are not good. Now my hair bristles great. I felt like someone was watching us from outside the window. As I got a strong signal, I got up and walked to the window that was connected to the side page. "Sister, take care of Kak Sandi first" I asked. Dito's brother yelling my name, I don't mind.

As I reached the window, I peeked out from the window slit that had its curtain uncovered slightly. On the outside, there were two figures outside. Brother Sandi! I even turned back to where Kak Dito was, and there Kak Sandi's body was still on the sofa. Dito's sister was still shouting to call her friend's name, trying to wake her up.

If Kak Sandi's body is inside, then who is in the yard. And who's next to him. I hurried out of the house and chased after Kak Sandi. Shouting his name. He stopped and looked at me. Of course with the figure beside him.

"That's ... Djin?" my mummy speaks for itself.

The figure looked over and grinned. As I was about to chase after him, suddenly a cold hand prevented me. Beside me was Rio who shook his head slowly. "No, Bill. Free."

"But ... Brother Sandi!"

"He's too strong. Although he could not enter this house, but if the victim was asleep, then there would be no one to prevent him from being taken by Djin" said a tiger standing to my right.

Apparently he just couldn't help much. And it all comes back to the victims. If they fall asleep then their souls will be carried by Djin. "Is there no way to take that soul back?" my many.

"could. Of course it has to be picked up, and we take it back from him."

"So that means, we have to pick up that soul?"

"Yes, Bill. Honestly, I can't help. Because earlier, I was willing to bring one of those souls, but instead my energy was absorbed by Djin. And I have no power to fight it. If I am desperate, I will be lost. Forever."

"So you didn't show up because of that?"

Rio nodded. When I looked at her face, her lips turned blue and she looked weak. "Okay, I'm going there. Make your soul come to Kak Sandi!" I said sure.

"I'm coming!" said Brother Rayi who turned out to be behind me. He approached, and looked at me deeply. "This time I won't let you face this alone."

I just kept quiet, then turned to the guard of this house. He did not react just staring at Djin as he left.

____________

The middle room was crowded by the victims of Djin earlier. They ended up easily collected, but there were 1 person who turned out to be the same fate as Kak Sandi. Aira's. She was asleep before Rayi came to pick her up.

"Where?"

"Gue's going to go there with Nabila!" cetus Rayi's convinced.

"Sister, but you know how? It's not easy, you know" prevent me from looking into his eyes.

"I know how. Well, we'll take one of the people who can help later, "pointing it to someone I don't know at all. She's a woman with lots of necklaces and weird headbands. Hm, similar Indonesian gypsy woman.

"He who?" ask me who just realized there was someone else I had never seen before.

"My cousin. He can help us to cross over to that place, pick up the souls that are stuck there." I looked at him fixedly. Looking at his sharp eyes made me rather horrified. But at least there is a little happiness, when you know that Brother Rayi will also come with me.

The woman named Rachel, made a circle with holy chalk. Somehow he got the thing, but he said it was very useful to protect our bodies when our souls come out of the body later. Because it is said that when a person's soul is separated from his body to cross another dimension or world, there will be many demons who want to control the body. And the chalk, very useful, to ward off the entrance of the devil around our bodies later, and at the same time ensure that the back into our bodies is our souls.

"Ready?" rachel asked, staring at the two of us in turn. Brother Rayi smiled thinly and nodded while looking at me. Not only the two of us who were in that circle, but also the bodies of Kak Sandi and Aira. Because according to Rachel's experience, humans who have crossed into another world or even their souls are held by other creatures, must undergo a series of tests, to ensure that the returning soul is indeed his soul. Because many times, humans whose souls have been lost, will behave strange and unnatural. And this wasn't my first magical trip.
