Tonight after the magrib, we gathered in front of a private hospital, where Sabrina was treated. I don't even know what really happened to Sabrina, so she needs to be treated. Kak Bintang said because of stress. Is it that bad? Or just looking for attention? Why do I always think so badly of him. But he sucks!
"Where's roger?" ask Rayi to Kak Bintang. We looked for the whereabouts of the young man. Because when I came earlier, I only saw Kak Bintang riding a motorcycle alone.
"So it's behind me, but .. don't know where the kid is!"
"Eh, that!" point me to the entrance. A man with a black motor, a distinctive exhaust sound began to enter the hospital parking lot. He had just picked up a parking ticket from the machine near the doorstop. Then wave our hands at us.
Sabrina was treated on the third floor. Sis Bintang since Sabrina was treated has been back and forth coming here, so he is the guide us to Sabrina's room. In his hand there is already a bouquet of red roses, with a writing that hopefully heals quickly. Honestly, I was amazed at the attitude of Kak Bintang. He is a good, sincere, and loyal man. Maybe if I had met Kak Bintang first I could have fallen in love with him.
We arrived at the third floor, the corridor seemed to stretch, but there was still activity from the guard nurses who brought the infusion bag or took the patient back to his room. Rayi and I walked backwards, my steps were slow, looking back because I felt someone was behind us. But on the stairs we had just passed, there was not a single person there. Maybe it's just my feelings.
Kak Bintang opened the door with a Kenanga 5 inscription. We just waited for him to come in and keep tailing, but kept our distance. I just haven't gotten used to being close to Sabrina. I was also afraid that our presence would add to his pain, especially my presence. Because he doesn't like me.
But the one in front of us was Sabrina who was lying down. Oxygen was under his nose, his face was filled with some bandages, of course there was an infusion attached to his right wrist. He was either asleep, or unconscious. A middle-aged woman welcomed our arrival, hugging Kak Rayi instantly and pouring out her feelings for what happened to Sabrina. I just stayed at the end of the bed staring at Sabrina Nanar.
According to what I heard, Sabrina's face changed. Blister, and peel away. Just like when he had an accident. Sabrina was hysterical and then stressed. He even tried to slash the pulse on his left wrist. It turns out that was the cause of his left wrist also bandaged. Rayi's sister glanced at me several times, because now her hand continues to be hugged by Sabrina's mother. I just smiled and nodded. Even when I introduced myself, Sabrina's mother seemed to be unconcerned. Well, I'm fine. I'm understand. Because their situation is not okay, so let Brother Rayi comfort the Sabrina family. Roger's brother approached me and took me to sit on a sofa by Sabrina's window.
On the third floor we could see through the window with a view of the city. The lights were like hundreds of stars scattered in all directions. I sat on the sofa next to Brother Roger, occasionally looking at the window, feeling that it was far more beautiful than the view before me now.
"Have you eaten, Bill?" ask Roger while typing a message on someone. His classmate, who was somehow discussing what, because I only glanced at him at a glance.
"No, Brother. Later, not hungry yet. Why?" ask me back, while paying attention to his clever fingers on the keyboard of the square object.
"Later, out of here we eat first yuk. Nih si Rizal open a Lamongan stall so close to GOR. All sellers, let him get so excited."
I turned to the window, the dark sky as if it had just hidden a shadow that flashed there. My forehead formed a frown, feeling that there was nothing and no one there, but somehow my little heart said something else. I moved closer to the glass wall. Viewing from top, bottom, right and left. If there was a bird passing by, it would be impossible because what I felt was quite a big shadow, and what a bird of that size flew these nights. If it was a human, it would be even more impossible, since there was no footing outside to cross. This room is also on the third floor. Or ghosts? Ah, I'm thinking no-no. Maybe it's just my feelings.
We're saying we're going home. Once again, Sabrina's mother hugged Rayi's sister tightly like a soap opera on TV filled with drama. Rayi's sister also looked at me many times, and I just kept quiet there was not much reaction. After this, he's mine again. Sabrina won't be able to take it.
My hand was grabbed by Kak Rayi, we walked along the corridor by holding each other tightly. Brother Roger and Brother Star walked in front of us again. At the end of the stairs, I stopped walking again, we were at the intersection. On the right there is another hallway that leads to a different room, on the left also leads to a Kenanga room with a larger number. This floor is specifically a Kenanga room only, and includes a first-class room. I felt a shadow passing through. There was someone passing by behind my body, just invisible. I don't know, maybe the hospital resident. Because hospitals are among the most invisible residents.
"Why?" sak Rayi asked, following towards my staring eyes.
"Eum, it's okay, brother. Yuk," take me back to follow the two men in front of us earlier. They had already walked a bit away from us because I stopped my steps earlier.
"Honey, sorry, about that," said Kak Rayi as we descended the stairs one by one.
"What just now?" I pretend I don't understand.
"Yes, Mama Sabrina's attitude."
"Gosh, it's okay, brother. I-i understand. I am not jealous anymore either. Well, a little bit."
"I love you, Nabila," muttered Kak Rayi looking at me deeply.
"Yes, I know. Me too," I said.
We arrived at the parking lot, walking to where each motorbike was. The flapping of the bird wings I heard faintly, I even looked up at the sky above me. Surely not heard wrong, because the voice was heard very clearly in the middle of the silent atmosphere in the parking lot of the hospital.
"Yeah, baby." Brother Rayi's voice broke my daydream. He was already riding on his iron horse and now we started walking away from this hospital. Brother Roger's plan will be done now. My stomach is hungry now.
