Chapter 102: Actually

Sena waiting for the return of the husband, he continued to pay attention to the cloudiness that had not disappeared. The heavy rain was over and now only the rest of the dew is still stuck in the leaves. Sena glanced at Serafina who was still asleep, a normal toddler like the others should be active at this time but not for the toddler who slept all day. 

The sound of the car approaching and she could see if Devan came, Sena quickly ran to greet the husband. Up in front of the terrace he almost slipped but fortunately Devan held him. 

"Why run, baby? You're pregnant, be careful!" 

"Mas, how's Kia doing?" 

Devan embraces him and invites him to enter, Devan sits on the sofa with a long sigh. He must be very confused by this situation. Of course, everything is his fault. 

"He's blind."

Sena was so shocked, she kept shaking her head. He doesn't trust Devan's words. Devan began to cover his face as if covering his tears, as the person who had been raising Kia since infancy made him very devastated to know all those facts. 

"It's not Mas Devan's fault."

"It's my fault, if only I hadn't let him go he obviously wouldn't have been like this. Alden bravely sold Kia to a neighbor of his apartment. Kia tried to run and was chased by him but instead Kia fell down the stairs." Devan could not hold back his tears. 

Sena hugged him tightly and gave him some encouragement, Devan is not wrong for this. Who knows if Kia will happen like this. Devan looked at Sena, giving a kiss on the wife's lips. It seems like Devan has to talk about it to Sena before Sena finds out from the others. Believe it or not, Sena should know this. 

"Sena, there's something I have to tell you." 

Sena scrunched her forehead. 

"You can't trust me but I've told you the truth." 

Sena opened her ears wide for some reason she became very pounding. His heart churned as if afraid that what Devan told him was a big secret that he did not know before. 

"When I was first married to Winda, I was exposed to a scandal in the office with my secretary first. You haven't worked there and you're probably still in college. Actually I don't want to tell it but it seems like I have to tell because surely after this Winda or Alden will tell their version" said Devan. 

At that time, Devan was working late until 9 pm with his secretary. Her secretary is indeed the same age as her and even still very beautiful compared to Vinda. They worked professionally until one day the secretary named Lisa slandered her for trying to rape her. Lisa ran out and approached the security guard and complained about what had happened. Of course Devan was just confused, he did nothing to his secretary.  The news spread rapidly and even entered the newspaper. Lisa's family asked for a large compensation, Devan did not have any evidence because there was no surveillance camera in the room. Devan asked for a visa if he had raped Lisa, but unfortunately Lisa died in a car accident while going to the hospital. Devan's evidence to refuse him to do that as if buried and lost, the family did not want to do a visa and still asked for compensation. Devan paid a lot for it and caused Winda to be very disappointed with him. 

"Before that incident Winda was also naughty, he often went to the discotheque but he instead blamed me if I was the cause of him so. Therefore I also installed a hidden surveillance camera in my room that even others do not know and I change my secretary every 2 years. I'm so traumatized" Devan said with trembling hands. 

"It's just right when I'm your secretary people look at us weird, so because of that? Even until now they don't believe you're just being slandered?" 

Devan nodded, though, but when Sena became his secretary, Devan had put his heart on him and therefore rather than slander continued to appear so he married Sena, moreover, it has also been heard gossip if Sena had lived at home with him even though just to be Kia's friend. 

"But the office guy knows what happened to your secretary first?"

At the same time, there was the sound of a child crying. Sena suspected that it was Serafina. Sena runs up while Devan catches up with her. Sena shouted as Serafina was on the side of the bed and almost fell down. 

"Darling, why did you get here? Sera scared huh? Sorry, huh?" Sena hugged him tightly and kissed him. 

Devan approached him, and he dyed Seraphina's cheek with anxiety. Sena looked at Devan who currently has a lot of burden, taking care of the company, taking care of Serafina, taking care of his pregnant wife and now taking care of Kia who is dying. Devan's burden is indeed very much but the man is still calm and does not want to be rash. 

"Mas, is it better to return Serafina to the orphanage again?" sena asked very doubtfully. 

"What do you mean?" 

"Kia's situation like that plus we'll have a baby of our own" Sena replied lowered her head. 

Devan knows Sena's current feelings, but Serafina is already his son and is unlikely to be returned to the orphanage again. 

"I know for a fact you will feel the hassle to take care of them but obviously I will not make you tired, I will rent a baby sitter for our three children." 

Sena nodded, she apologized if she had thought that way. Devan hugs her tightly, Sena is his woman whom he loves very much. They were both hurt by their ex and now they are united to understand each other. Devan then made milk for Serafina after that back to the room. 

"Sena, I'm gonna take a shower?"

"Wait to the hospital again?" 

Devan stopped.  "Yes, Sena. I have to wait for Kia. He's no one to look after. Can you take care of Sera yourself?"

Sena nodded in understanding, she quickly gave milk to her son. Sena remembered Devan's confession earlier, why Devan's life that seemed very good had many unexpected problems. 10 minutes later, Devan came out using only a towel. Sena couldn't get her clothes.

"Sena, there's no call from Winda or Alden, right?' 

Sena shook her head. 

"The man is now in a craze, don't get picked up!" 

Sena understood, after Devan brought all his equipment in the bag. He said goodbye to them, including the fetus that was still in the cage of his wife. 

"Honey, Papa has to wait for Kia's sister in the hospital. Don't be naughty! Serafina don't fuss too! Later after Kak Kia healed we can play together," said Devan and now he looked at Sena. "Sena, please be patient for a moment. I'll always be with you if Kia's healed. Please take good care of our children, especially your pregnancy. If there's anything, call me right away!"
