Chapter 97: Feast and waiting for Kia

Night

Close family keeps coming, they bring various gifts for adopted children Devan and Sena. They were very curious about the beautiful face that became their child. "Try calling Alden!" sena Pinta.

"He couldn't possibly allow Kia to come here" Devan replied.

"Try it, Mum!"

Devan was forced to call but was not active. Devan is getting more upset and scared if anything happens with Kia. Sena helped try to call Winda, when he was appointed as if he did not know.

"Sir Winda, please! Tell Mr. Alden so Kia can come to our show" Sena asked.

"Why did I bother anyway? I don't want to."

Sena let out a long sigh, she could only wait for Kia's arrival alone. Sena finished eating, she told Devan to eat as well. The event was very lively and there was music playing. Everyone was enjoying dinner this time, Devan managed to liven up their atmosphere of togetherness.

Devan keeps staring at the door of his house that is wide open, he imagines if Kia comes, Devan wants to introduce Kia to Serafina and tell Kia if she will have a fair again that is still in Sena's stomach. But it does not seem that easy, until the end of the event Kia did not come. Devan considers if Kia had forgotten him just like many of his favorite foods.

"Mas, no word from Kia until now?" ask Sena.

"No one, he already hates me."

Alden didn't comment on the bule's remarks. She lifted Kia's body and was grateful Kia was still breathing.
