Chapter 53: Regretting

Regan takes Maya to her parents' house. Bram and Intan are certainly very surprised by their recognition if they have a relationship especially Regan claimed to have impregnated Maya.

As a parent, Bram was very disappointed. Sena who as a legitimate wife even never got pregnant.

"Well how?" tanya Intan, she was already very shocked.

"Don't tell him first! He must have understood this situation" Regan replied.

The wedding was simple without anyone else knowing. But their extended family still knows because they are invited to eat. While Sena knows nothing and is at home, she finds Regan checking on her students this week.

Sena who was bored at home decided to go to Bram's house. He dressed up with criwil hair.

He was riding his bike at a moderate pace and after arriving, he saw many cars and motorcycles parked in front of the terrace.

Bram who saw Sena's arrival immediately tells Regan. Regan must be panicking, he tells Maya to go into the room to hide while Regan changes into regular clothes and immediately comes out.

Sena is certainly confused, there is an event but Intan did not tell her in the slightest.

"Papa, Mama, there's a show I didn't say? I can help."

"Eh... Nana, you must be tired because you were overtime yesterday, right? Mama deliberately did not invite you so that you can rest at home," replied Intan.

Sena also felt strange even Regan's relatives looked at her. They had previously been told Intan to act if currently being family arisan.

"I didn't say that. You heard me wrong" Regan replied.

Regan ignored Sena and immediately continued to eat the food that had been delayed, even Regan did not offer Sena to eat. Intan invites Sena to eat. Sena's anxiety is only growing.

"Nana, sorry! Mama didn't mean not to invite you. Regan said yesterday you were sick. This is all food order all in the catering."

Sena nodded, she glanced at Regan who remained unconcerned. There was a sense of obstruction in his heart let alone the people there glancing at Sena.

"It's just right that Regan chose Maya. Sena and Maya how the earth and sky. Maya is so beautiful."

"Therefore, it cannot take care of itself. So what woman is that?"

Bram patted the shoulder of his son sitting down below. Regan kept crying even though her tears had wet her shirt.

"Regan, stop! It's all over. You don't have to regret it, I hope you can improve" said Bram.

"I don't deserve happiness, I've been devastated since the loss of Sena and my future son. I killed him, I'll turn myself in to the police immediately" Regan replied.

"Then how was Maya? He and his sister are shown wearing and embezzling a rental car to crash into Sena. However Maya remains your wife and you guys just got married officially this morning."

Regan shook her head, she didn't want to think about Maya just yet. Maya does deserve to be in prison for having committed a criminal act especially by being on purpose.

Bram looked at the medicine lying on the floor, it seemed like Regan was indeed in pain especially on her mental. Bram grew suspicious when he found out his son sometimes smiled to himself after his divorce from Sena. Regan is now the only family Bram has left. Although his son is very wrong, he does not want to make Regan worse.

Next day.

Bram accompanies Regan to turn himself in to the police station but Bram secretly informs him that Regan is experiencing inner pressure and taking anti-depressant drugs so that the police ease his sentence.

"Regan, you've done your best. Papa is proud of you" said Bram.

Regan nodded, he let out a long sigh. He began to undergo a process of examination and psychiatric tests. If indeed Regan is proven to be sick, especially on his mental then Regan will not be detained let alone Bram attach evidence of CCTV footage when Sena fell from the stairs. Regan is not seen pushing Sena even trying to hold it even though missed.

Sena parked her motorcycle in the parking lot and saw Bram coming out of the police station.

"Papa? Where's Regan? He really turned himself in?" ask Sena.

"Yes, he's in the process. Sena, Regan has admitted his mistake. Papa hopes you can forgive him and for Maya, he's found guilty. Papa's gonna take care of their divorce papers."

Sena shed tears, she could see Bram's sadness. He has lost his entire family even now Regan too. Sena hugs Bram whom she already considers to be her own father. Bram received his embrace.

"Sena, now live happily! You deserve happiness. I'm sorry my son hurt you."

"It's okay, Pah. I'm sorry too."

They let go of his embrace, Bram accidentally saw the ring Sena was wearing. Sena who was conscious instantly hid her hand.

"Sir Devan is good. Papa also agrees if you marry him. Oh yeah, when are you getting married?"

"We don't know yet, we haven't asked for the blessing of our parents but if there's a reason then Papa will invite me."

Bram stroked Sena's head. "Papa will support your decision. May you be happy."

Bram smiled and got into his car. Sena looked at him with a cassian. Actually he could not bear to tell his marriage to Devan even though Bram was grieving.

Papa Bram is very good, hopefully he can get happiness too.

Sena went back to the bike. He let out a long sigh, the person who hurt him already got a reply and now Sena just wants to focus on tonight. The night will be thrilling for Sena, because Devan will introduce Sena in front of her parents as a future wife and mother Kia. But before that he will visit the father first to ask for his blessing and his presence on his wedding contract later.

At the same time, Devan's car came. He just did something.

"Sin'ana?"

"Sister?"

"Wait long?"

Sena shook her head.

"If you disagree how?" devan asked a little groggy.
