Chapter 42: Bram & Diamond

At Bram's house, he is still on leave because his wife is sick and is now home. Intan is still often asked about Maya who he considers is pregnant with his granddaughter. Bram still does not dare to tell about Maya because the heart of the wife is weak. 

"Where's the time?" ask Intan. 

"She's at her house, she's pregnant so can't see you" Bram said. 

Bram clasped his wife's hand and then kissed her, they had been through a lot together until the loss of their two children. Bram will keep Intan until healed and they will have many grandchildren from Regan, but it seems like the only son who is left is always throwing a tantrum. 

"Where's regan?" ask Intan. 

"He's on campus" Bram said.

Intan let out a long sigh, they were too busy to forget that he only wanted to be looked at. Intan looked at the husband who was always there for her even willingly until the holidays, that's proof of Bram's love for Intan.

Bram took warm water to soak his wife's feet, I was so painstaking in taking care of Intan. After getting the water, Bram immediately sat Intan and massaged his feet in a large basin filled with warm water. Truly a caring husband is not like Regan who likes to play with women.

"Well how?" ask Intan.

Bram's reflex hands stopped, he watched Intan's face closely.

"Because she was in the hospital, she miscarried."

It seems that Intan is not surprised, for him it is clear the result of an affair is pregnancy. Intan knows the relationship between Sena and Devan even if only guessing.

"Why does Papa look sad? That's karma for the woman who plays behind her husband. It is fortunate that Regan wants to marry him," said Intan.

Bram chose to be quiet, he did not want Intan to know if his original grandson had died. Intan's heart is still weak and Bram doesn't want to take any chances.

Intan looked at the husband who was painstakingly washing his feet. She is afraid of losing a Bram who is always dear to her.

"If I die, will Papa marry again and look for a young woman?" ask Intan.

"Whatchu mean? We will continue to age until we have many grandchildren" Regan replied.

Intan did not respond, Bram looked up to see the face of his beloved wife had dashed hope. Bram hugged him, he would pray for the healing of his beloved wife.

Abhimanyu avoids marrying Maya. He felt he had never impregnated Maya even touching her after seeing the video footage. Regan gets more upset, she pulls Abhimanyu's collar and the door opens.

"What's up, Mas Abi?"

A beautiful person who looked very young came out of the house. From his face around 20 years old wearing a negligee and a protruding stomach. Maya was very surprised to see it.

"Sir, I told you not to go out!" abhimanyu.

Regan stared in wonder at the girl like she had seen her. "You're that second-year economics kid, right?" ask Regan.

The girl nodded, Regan was very surprised when the student was very clever and stopped college for no definite reason then this is the real reason.

"Regan, go! Please don't ask me anything!"abi said with a tone of voice that was reduced but did not make Regan waver for his initial purpose.

"How many students have you abused? I'm sure some of them have chosen to be silent because of your threat" Regan replied.

Maya who was not strong heard immediately getting into the car, her body trembled knowing this fact. She was also a victim but she was not like other plain students but they had time to date also secretly.

"Regan, my wife is pregnant. Please go! I don't care about Maya. My wife is only one Sukma."

Sukma also entered the house because they could not stand their chat.

"You have the heart to see pregnant women too but your husband is not responsible?" ask Regan.

"That's Mas Abi's business. I don't give a shit. After all, Ms. Maya who gave herself up and not a rape victim like me," replied Sukma.

"May be a victim of your husband."

Sukma. "He's lying." After that Sukma entered the house and closed the front door of the meeting.

Abi encourages Regan to leave, again explaining that she does not want to marry Maya because she does not feel impregnated. Regan clenched her hands tightly, she looked at Abi who entered the house and closed the door and did not forget to close all the curtains.

Regan got in the car. She was silent, sometimes Maya's words were unbelievable.

Bram feeds Intan with white pulp. His savory and delicious taste makes the wife eat with greed.

"After this there will be people I hire to take care of you for a while. I'm going to see Sena while bringing her some porridge. Kasian, he's alone."

Bram smiled a little. "He's like our son."

Intan turned his face away, he was no longer willing to consider Sena like his daughter. Bram smiled as he rubbed the corner of the wife who had porridge attached.

"Don't pout! Not beautiful anymore. I'll be home soon."

Intan pulls off Bram's hand that's about to leave. He shook his head not allowing Bram to see Sena. Bram sat down next to her and thought about telling her the truth. With a firm heart, Bram told with good language and did not make the wife surprised.

"Because it's not someone else's child but Regan's child."

"Cannot be. He clearly has a relationship with your boss."

Bram shook his head. He put together the right words to tell everything. Word by word said, sentence by sentence sounded until Intan realized that his tears were dripping. He refuses to believe but cannot be denied if he is very sad about what Sena experienced.

"So it's Regan's son?" ask Intan.

"Yes, but our grandson is gone because of his own father. Regan accidentally made Sena fall into a miscarriage" Bram replied.

Intan immediately held his heart which immediately hurt. Bram was shocked and laid him down, he called an ambulance and did not forget to call his son.

This is why Bram didn't want to tell you first but it was too late.

"Intan, hangin! Sorry, i!"

Not long after the ambulance came and brought Intan to the hospital again. Bram deeply regrets his actions which he cannot wait to tell the truth.

The phone rang, it was from Regan.

"Well, Mama's back?" ask Regan.

"Yes, Regan. You just go straight to the hospital" Bram said.

"All right, Pah."

Bram quickly entered the ambulance while holding his wife's hand. If something happens, he will never forgive himself.
