Empress Qin who first returned to Liu Royal Palace with General Liu was having a meeting with King Gu and all the clan Kings of the underworld led by Water Dragon King Shui Long in the Royal Palace Hall Liu.
They prepared their forces to withstand the attack from the Middle Empire according to the orders of Shen Long. This was the first time the underworld had cooperated and united under the orders of Shen Long.
“The Kings of the Underworld, we are very pleased with the help of all of you” Empress Qin and General Liu pay their respects to the Kings of the Underworld.
The strength of the Kings of the lower world clan was at the same level as the strength of the human world's Heavenly realm. So they're the ones who're going to confront the five Ghost Generals.
