When Shen Long was stunned to see the state of the city in Loka 666, two people approached him wearing rollerblades while carrying a tool in their hands.
“Did you come by using the invitation token?” ask one of them.
“True,” said Shen Long while showing his token to the two people.

Then the two men recorded Shen Long's name and origin on a device they had brought.

Shen Long was escorted by them to the front of the inn which read ‘Hotel Praud’ in front of him. The two officers then registered Shen Long's name and gave him a room according to the strength ratings of the participants.
Hotel Praud has 1500 rooms consisting of 31 floors, and each floor has 50 rooms. In the top 31 floors there is only one room which is the largest room they call ‘Penthouse’ which is a residence that will be contested by the current selection participants.
Only the first rankers who were the winners of the selection results fighters would occupy the largest room at the highest peak. Based on the results of the strength examination that had been done, Shen Long was 32nd and was on the 30th floor at the moment.
The two men who drove him were part of the organizing committee of this inter-universe selection.

After that Shen Long got up from the bed and went to the window. Shen Long looked towards the city from a height. This was not the first time Shen Long had seen the city from a height. Shen Long used to fly across the city all his life. But this was only the first time he had seen a city filled with tall buildings like this.

Shen Long then searched for the tallest building he saw from his bedroom window. Then his eyes looked at the tall building to the right of the hotel where he was staying.
The building looks very unique with a wide disc-like shape at the top. If you look at it from a distance, the building looks like a tall mushroom.

Then Shen Long walked out of his room towards the small room at the end of the hallway and then pressed down on the descending mark that was inside. The small room then went down back to the front of the hotel which is on the 1st floor which is the reception place.
When the small room arrived on the 1st floor, Shen Long rushed out of the hotel and walked towards the mushroom tree-like building. Then Shen Long stared at the top of the building with a smile.

Shen Long then flew towards the top of the disc-shaped building. Then he landed on the roof of the disc-shaped building and began to look for a suitable place for him to meditate.
After that Shen Long began to sit cross-legged to meditate training his strength according to the instructions he had obtained from PangYu.
