CHAPTER 42 | Marriage in Yun Family
In the residence of the holy sword sect, they were celebrating the return of Dong Fang Yin's daughter after entering the secret realm.
Princess Dong Fang Yin told almost the entire incident that happened in the sword tower to her father Dong Fang Lei which left her dumbfounded. So did Shi Lang and elder Jiang Xu.
Shen Long did not say much, only smiling and nodding at the praise and admiration of Dong Fang Yin who told of Shen Long's journey.
“You are so lucky and talented Shen. It is not wrong for me to ask for your help” said Dong Fang Lei who made the people around him also praise Shen Long.
However unlike Xu Meng, he felt disrespected and did not receive any attention in this celebration.

After finishing the tribute, the two elders then bid farewell to leave the holy sword sect back to their respective relatives. However before leaving, elder Xie wanted to talk to Shen Long.
“Young Shen, I'm so proud of you. Will you be my son-in-law's grandson?” asked elder Xie Tie blatantly to Shen Long who made Xie Lin's face turn red embarrassed by his grandfather's words.
“Thank you for elder Xie's offer, but this useless me has married into the Yun family. I hope the elder can forgive me for rejecting him” Shen Long said as he bowed his body.
Xie Lin felt sad and disappointed to hear that Shen Long had married another girl from the Yun family.
“Hahaha.really a good man. If the Yun family doesn't want you anymore, you can look for me. I will reply to them” said elder Xie laughing then took his grandson away from the holy sword sect.
“It is a pity that you have become someone else's son-in-law” suddenly Dong Fang Lei came near Shen Long after hearing the conversation earlier.
“The sect of holy swords will be at the peak of success when talented young people like you want to join our sect. Actually I also plan to raise you to be the son-in-law and heir of this sect” continued Dong Fang Lei slowly.

“Why did you leave us so quickly?” dong Fang Yin asked slightly disappointed by Shen Long's decision.

“I heard three days ago the Yun family leader from Weiyang city had disappeared following his father who also disappeared a month ago” said one of them who made Shen Long's eyes twitch to hear it.
“True, I heard that healer Sheng from the next town also disappeared a week ago” said another.

Then Shen Long saw that the bridal party was actually walking towards the Yun Family residence. Shen Long jumped into hiding behind the roof of the Yun family home to see the incident.
As the bridegroom descended from the bridal palanquin entering the Yun family residence, the man was extremely gallant and handsome. The man's cultivation was also not low to be in the spirit king realm as well as being visible from a wealthy family.
