Shen Long thought about the information he had received from the two demons about the Dark God who had been injured since his last fight.
“As long as he is injured, he will unlikely appear to this world before recovering. I still have a chance to increase my strength, Shen Long's inner”.
Right now that Shen Long had been at the peak stage Divine Redemption realm, he was just a step away from breaking through the Universe's Silence realm. However, to break through nature, it required energy that was many times that of the present.
Meanwhile Shen Long did not need to worry about the Dark God. He only thought of the powerful demon general MongFu in this underworld. But Shen Long has yet to learn that the demon general MongFu has moved into the human world today.
For that Shen Long thought it best for him to continue the absorption of the dark energy in that Dragon Claw Valley.
As Shen Long continued the absorption of dark energy, Qiongqi had found several hell realm demons on her way with MongShui and killed them all.
Their journey to find the surviving inhabitants of the underworld was a little difficult, because the underworld was so dark and relied solely on the light from Qiongqi's wings. Mongshui only relied on Qiongqi's olfactory to track down the existence of the inhabitants of the underworld.
Mongshui takes Qiongqi to various remote and hidden places to find the hidden inhabitants of the underworld.
On a hill called Skull Hill was once the residence of skull and fire demons, but now Skull Hill has become a deserted hill with the ruins of buildings that were previously the residence of the demons.
Mongshui and Qiongqi looked towards the surroundings of Skull Hill to smell the existence of the inhabitants of the underworld. Qiongqi walked towards a valley that had a ravine in it. Because it was dark, they did not know the depth of the abyss.
Qiongqi then flew towards the depths of the abyss with Mongshui sitting on his back. They went down the abyss and shone on it with the light from its wings.
The light illuminated the dark bottom of the abyss, yet the light from Qiongqi's wings was not very large, thus only illuminating a few meters around them. However Qiongqi's sharp smell could sense the existence of some of the inhabitants of the underworld in that place.
“Comeout! We are not Devils from Hell.” Shouted MongShui loudly.
“Mongshui, is that you?” suddenly a voice appeared from behind the darkness of the bottom of the abyss.
“MongHua?” Mongshui's eyes glared at the appearance of MongHua along with some of the inhabitants of the underworld.
They both looked happy and shook hands. MongShui also introduced Qiongqi to MongHua and his friends. Seeing the appearance of Qiongqi's figure in the underworld had already shocked them, but now his own friend, MongShui introduced Qiongqi to them.
The faces of those hiding underworld residents looked nervous and shuddered at the fierce and savage Qiongqi's face. “It's okay, my friend this won't act recklessly. Isn't it Qiongqi?” ask MongShui.
“True, I won't bother you guys.” Qiongqi seemed to be walking away from that fleeing group of residents.
MongHua then allowed MongShui to sit together with the other refugees. “MongShui, where are you hiding? Why suddenly appear with Qiongqi?”
MongShui then tells about his departure along with others to the human world to the refugees of the underworld. He also recounts that he is currently serving a powerful lord who will liberate the underworld from the demons.
“So Qiongqi is your master's subordinate?” MongHua seemed stunned to hear MongShui's story
All the refugees in the place were silent and looked at each other, even though they believed MongShui's words. But they were not only thinking about the demon general, but his master was the Dark God.
“MongShui, although master Shen Long can defeat the demon general. Will he be able to defeat the Dark God?” ask one of the refugees.
Mongshui's face looked stunned at the question. He pondered for a moment that. MongShui believes Shen Long's power will certainly defeat the demon general, but defeating the Dark God still seems hesitant.
Seeing the doubt on MongShui's face, the refugees were dying almost at the same time. They bow their heads in contemplation of this.
Suddenly Qiongqi came with her angry face. “You are truly the inhabitants of the underworld who have no hope.”
“A human being who is not part of the underworld, even he is from another Loka has come and intends to help free you. But you yourself just want everything solved by him without helping at all.”
Qiongqi stared at the refugees who looked down in embarrassment one by one at the bottom of the abyss.
“Do you not have the slightest passion for yourself? How embarrassing!”
“Your freedom, only you have to fight for it. But you rely only on others to help for your own benefit. I am not part of all the world. I will still help master Shen Long until my last breath.”
Qiongqi's harsh words made the faces of those refugees turn red with embarrassment. They did not dare to look at Qiongqi's burning eyes in anger.
“Think of these words. Master Shen Long will only conquer the demon general and the Dark God. The other lowly demons, you yourself are fighting for it.”
Qiongqi then left the refugees, including MongShui, whose face turned red in shame.
MongShui is given a light assignment by Shen Long to gather the refugees to unite against the demons of the hell realm. But he himself was worried about fighting.
All the inhabitants of the underworld were aware of the powers of the Dark Gods including MongShui, and he felt guilty for having doubted the struggle of Shen Long who was trying to increase his strength in order to fight the Dark God.
“MongHua, I am as cowardly as you when you think of fighting the Dark God. Qiongqi's words just dawned on me, I can't just stand idly by without helping at all.” MongShui got up from his seat about to turn away.
“You all think about whether you will hide like this or fight those demons. Freedom itself you determine it.”
MongShui went after Qiongqi who no longer bothered to listen to those selfish losers.
After MongShui's departure, the refugees became struck by the words of MongShui and Qiongqi. Some of them became eager to fight for their freedom, but some still became cowards and hid at the bottom of the abyss.
Those who were excited went with Qiongqi and MongShui to look for the other refugees.
