As Zen Luo and Fang Ma were getting lost in their feelings, Lang Chu's servant had returned to meet the God of Destruction in the Hell Realm to report on his investigation.

The God of Destruction stood up from his seat after hearing the continued explanation from the servant Lang Chu. “This is very interesting. In this Loka, all such rules were violated by this human named Shen Long. But what he did was not directly infringed. This fellow is really cunning,” The God of Destruction has his own opinion of Shen Long in his mind.
Servant Lang Chu nodded his head as well thinking of the opinion of the God of Destruction.
“The sky world in this Loka is so weak that it lets humans like Shen Long rule over them. Even this Shen Long could freely go in and out of the Hell Realm as well as the Reincarnation Realm. What kind of rules in this Loka?” continued the God of Destruction with eyes that began to turn red.
“Then where is the God of Destruction Mo Yuan here? He should enforce the rules if the God of Light cannot deliver justice. Sky curse? It was too light for human punishment to violate so many rules of the heavens,” growled the God of Destruction thinking of Shen Long.
The God of Destruction was a very rigid person with rules in Lokanya. He could not accept if each world interfered in the affairs of the other world. That was why he became angry at his origin Loka because the skyworld god interfered in the affairs of the human world and the underworld until the life in both worlds was destroyed.
The gods of the celestial world in the original Loka fought each other and formed groups of gods, allied with humans and the inhabitants of the underworld to destroy each other.
The God of Destruction became angry because the God of Light did not interfere anymore after the creation process. So he assumed he was the judge to punish the offenders and destroy the original Loka for the Light God to return to work creating a new world in the Loka.
Now he feels in this Loka is almost similar to in his original Loka even though the conditions are different. In the view of the God of Destruction, Shen Long is the culprit of the chaos of the world rules in this Loka.
“Lang Chu, send to the demons of the Hell Realm to find where the God of Destruction Mo Yuan in this Loka or the Demon God Emperor calls them here. He should be in charge of this Loka.” orders the God of Destruction on his servant Lang Chu.
“Good Your Majesty,” said the servant Lang Chu who was about to leave.
“And also, find that human named Shen Long. Although you must turn this world around, find that person and bring him here to see me!” the God of Destruction orders with an angry face.
“Good Your Majesty,” said Lang Chu's servant back.
“The gods in this sky world are very weak. They should be taught a lesson on how to be a god.” growled God of Destruction.
The God of Destruction sat on the throne of the Demon God Emperor in the Hell Realm thinking about what he would do while waiting for news from the servant Lang Chu. According to him, this God of Destruction Loka or the Demon God Emperor should be doing work in this Loka. He will show his strict attitude to his brother.
But if the Demon God Emperor is not also found, then this Loka Destroyer God or Demon God Emperor is also a coward like the God of Light. He thought he would take his own initiative to overhaul and destroy the world in this Loka.
Even though it was a violation, but for the sake of the rule he felt he had to do it. The God of Destruction gave the servant Lang Chu time to find the Demon God Emperor so that he could teach him the decisiveness and law enforcement in this Loka.

It had already been a day in the human world yet in the dimensional realm where Shen Long practiced had already lasted for one month. Shen Long had tried many times again and kept trying to catch Libao but had not succeeded.
“Devil Emperor, how many more seals remain that have not been opened?” Shen Long asked the Demon God Emperor in his mind.
“There are still 26 more seals left,” said the Demon God Emperor to Shen Long.
Hearing that Shen Long's face became excited again, he felt that he would soon be able to reuse all of his strength. Shen Long rested by doing meditation to regulate the breath and increase the strength of his physical body.

“Hahaha... This realm was a training realm created by the Great Master. When your speed reaches the maximum, this nature will automatically adjust its gravity back and gain weight according to your speed,” said Libao
Shen Long nodded his head, he felt admiration for this Great Master's created realm. He himself could only create a simple realm for his Yinglong Dragon's living place. And also created another dimension of simple training realm, yet he could not yet manage time and also gravity like this Universe Great Master's realm.
