The Pledge of the Ingkar

The Pledge of the Ingkar
IYI 10'S

Zoya has just woken up from her sleep when the hour hand has shown almost ten in the morning. Zoya doesn't seem to panic at all thinking about her store if she's late, because there are already several employees who work with her and of course there are Uci who will open the store without having to wait for her.

Zoya is grateful for what she has now, Zoya can support herself, work several employees and also no longer receive gifts from the Sandjaja family after Zoya has her own income.

However, behind it all Zoya realized that all that he managed to achieve could not be separated from the help of the Sandjaja family and of course from the God of power.

From out there, the smell of food is smelled by Zoya. Zoya smiles and rushes out of bed, cleaning herself up before finally getting out of the room.

"Good morning, Bi." With a cheerful smile on her face, Zoya greets the woman who has been with her since her parents died.

"At noon, beautiful aunt," replied the forty-year-old woman, named Desi.

Desi is a widow who has lost her son and husband in an accident. Equally losing a loved one makes Zoya and Desi's relationship very close, a genuine affection is in them for each other.

"You're not going to the store?" asked Desi while arranging the dishes on the dining table.

"A little while now, Bi. Whoa....." Zoya's eyes sparkled to see one of her favorite menus on the table, namely the jengkol gulai of cassava leaves.

"Eat, you haven't eaten since last night" said Desi always pamper Zoya, a beautiful girl whose body is so well with her.

An hour has passed, and Zoya has arrived in front of her shop, the Zoya Gallery. His favorite motorbike has been parked beautifully in front of the store, Zoya stepped into the place looking for the fortune.

“Good day, Brother Zoya” Some employees greeted him at that time.

“Thank you, good afternoon,” reply to four employees, excluding Zoya's friend Uci–sahabat.

“Why is it too late, Zo?" tanya Uci approached Zoya.

"Unfortunately," Zoya replied chuckling.

"Zo, when's the latest stuff coming in?" tanya Uci follows Zoya into Zoya's room.

"Maybe the day after tomorrow, why?"

"There are so many dm who come in asking for new goods," replied Uci who is in charge of managing finances and orders from sosmed.

"Lusa in. Oh yes, Ci. Do not forget to hold a discount for the rest of the goods that are difficult to get out, sell the important capital price out, rather than not selling," said Zoya who is understood by Uci.

Uci exits Zoya's room after finishing his business there. Leaves Zoya who remembers what happened to her when she met Liam. Zoya really doesn't want to deal anymore with a rude guy like Liam. He did not want to ruin his life by marrying a crippled man with such an extremely ugly nature. Zoya doesn't want to ruin her life by marrying Liam.

Zoya shook her head, trying to erase Liam's memories from her memories. He refocused on the report that was in front of him.

I don't know what kind of joke this is. Why does fate seem so cruel to her? After losing both his parents, he is now asked to do something that will not necessarily make him smile. Can't God give her complete happiness? Ah, naw. He meant lowering a soul mate who could at least carve a smile on his face.

"Here you go, forget all that, Zoya. Aunt Wulan could definitely understand," he murmured.

Zoya comes out of the restaurant with a few boxes of food in her hand. Zoya's steps came to a halt as someone's voice called out to her.

"Mas Damar," he said smilingly looking at Damar who was also smiling at him.

"It's good to see you again" Damar said.

"Will you go home?" she asked who Zoya was referring to.

"Let me help!" tawar Damar's.

"Thank you, I can do it myself, Mom." Zoya subtly refused.

“No problem, I'm happy to do it.” Damar snatches Zoya's luggage.

"Mas..," Zoya's great-grandson.

"I remember. Take it easy, where are your motor keys! I'll take you, " said Damar, understanding what Zoya was thinking.

“But still, you don't have to do this. That will obviously be very troublesome for you," rejected Zoya who did not want Damar to drive her on a motorcycle and how Damar came home while the Damar car parked in front of the restaurant.

“Why? I consider you my friend, my best friend. Can't I help my friend? Or do you still think I'm a stranger?” ask Damar who managed to make Zoya go awry.

“I ...”

“Please don't consider me a stranger, Zoya. It will only create a boundary between me and you. I want to get closer to you. So I beg you, let me approach you now. At least if you're not ready, then let me be your friend. Is that too much for you, Zo?” ask Damar who really hopes Zoya can give him a chance to get much closer to her.

“Alright, we're friends now. Thank you for helping me.” Zoya thinks there's no harm in giving Damar a chance. After all he was old enough to be in a close relationship with a man.

Thinking of that, Zoya again recalled about Liam and the offer Wulan gave her. For some reason, even though Zoya has tried to forget everything, she always remembers again with her unpleasant meeting with Liam as well as what Wulan said before she left.

Zoya immediately sighed and shook her head again. He shouldn't be thinking about all that anymore. Hadn't she chosen to reject all the offers Wulan had given her. Why did he think about it all again.

Zoya's strange behavior is certainly seen by Damar who has been staring at her since. Damar must be wondering what Zoya is thinking right now.

“Why, Zoya? Is there a problem?” ask Damar who wants to know what Zoya is thinking now.

“Nothing, everything's fine. Come on!" zoya answered while giving her the keys.

“Is there anything that bothers you right now?” Damar still felt very curious, and asked again.

“I'm fine, Mas. There's no problem. Now let's go back to the store! Before they buy their own food and make this pointless" Zoya said.
