After a tired tour of the Greek State, down ancient buildings and enjoying the air on the coast, the day Zoya and William had to end their honeymoon finally arrived too. Exactly two weeks they had a honeymoon, their relationship was getting warm and harmonious. William became increasingly attached to his wife, and vice versa. Now, they can't live without each other.
If people knew how their love journey was from the beginning, they might never have thought that William and Zoya would end up loving each other. Moreover, they used to be both stubborn with each other's stance. William insists on remaining in love with Renata, while Zoya insists that she only wants to help William until he recovers and will leave William soon. But, apparently, destiny says something else. Now they both love each other and do not want to be separated.
William and Zoya's car enters William's yard. In the parking lot, apparently there were two other cars parked there. It seems like William and Desi's parents have come to greet William and Zoya.
“Is there a guest at home, Mas?” ask Zoya.
“Mom and Papa,” replied William. The man got out of the car and then stretched out his hand. “Come, down. They must have been waiting for us,”.
Zoya nodded then got out of the car. Not to forget William also asked the driver to take their belongings from the trunk before they set foot into the house.
“Welcome, William, Zoya,” welcome Wulan, Ryan, Leila, and Desi once William and Zoya open the door of the house.
“Wah, it was crowded,” said Zoya, then hugged Wulan, Leila, and Desi.
“The face of the bride who has just had a honeymoon apparently looks fresher and sumringah. Come on, say whatever you guys do there,” pinta Wulan enthusiast.
“Ma, they must be tired from traveling long distances. We better let them rest first while Leila and Desi prepare dinner,” scolded Ryan while shaking his head, not being out of thought with the wife.
Wulan chuckles. “Alright then you guys rest first. Later when dinner is ready, I'll call you both. You must also have not had time to shower this morning because it flew from yesterday,” said Wulan.
“Iya, Mother. We rest first,” said William then took his wife to the elevator.
“They now seem more friendly,” comments Desi. “I'm so happy to see it.”
“We are also happy, Desi,” reply Ryan.
“I'm relieved. At least I don't need to feel guilty anymore for persuading Mr. William to marry Miss Zoya,” Leila said as she chuckled.
After talking for a while, Leila and Desi went to the kitchen to prepare their dinner. Today, Wulan had them cook some menus so that they would work together to shorten the time.
After dinner, Wulan calls Zoya and William. Now they gather in the dining room. Zoya and William had taken a bath and their faces did not look too tired.
While enjoying dinner, they talked lightly. Zoya and William share their experiences in Greece. They told me about the places they visited and the food there. Although it is equally summer, the humidity levels in Greece and in Indonesia are different. So, they also tell how they have to adapt first there.
“If you guys want another honeymoon tomorrow, you should go to Tuscany. My mom and dad got married there. A very beautiful place and perfect if Zoya wants to learn to cook with the locals there,” said Wulan.
William nodded. “We will definitely go there if we have free time, Ma. Starting tomorrow Monday I decided to go back to work,” replied William.
William nodded.
“Mama hope because tomorrow you start busy working, you do not delay pregnancy,” reprimand Wulan.
William chuckles. “No, Ma. Zoya and I did not delay the pregnancy at all,” William replied as he squeezed Zoya's hand.
William's answer certainly made Wulan feel happy because the woman was impatient to pet the grandchild. After dinner and a chat, Wulan, Ryan, Desi, and Leila return home. William and Zoya deliver them to the door before entering and resting. Their bodies felt like they were crumbling from exhaustion. Looks like they need a full day's sleep to replenish their energy.
On the other hand, a woman carried a few pieces of clothing with exorbitant prices on her hands. The woman with haughty eyes walked towards the cashier and placed her groceries on the cashier table. He took out his debit card and gave it to the cashier. The woman is Renata, William's ex-girlfriend who left William after being given Wulan a large sum of money.
The cashier started counting the amount of Renata's groceries. After he finished counting, he swiped the Renata debit card into the payment machine. He frowned because the payment failed.
“Sorry, Miss, it looks like your debit card cannot be used for transactions,” said the cashier.
Renata who initially smiled widely because he was going to buy his target items now turned to look with a confused face. “Try once again,” he said.
The cashier rolled his eyeballs, but still tried to swipe Renata's debit card. As a cashier of a well-known designer brand, he has been used to find customers who reasoned his debit card could not be used even though their balance was not enough so he was not surprised by Renata's behavior.
“Stay can't, Miss,” he replied. “Or maybe there is another card I can try?” ask her with a forced smile.
“No,” replied Renata ketus then snatch his debit card and out of the boutique with an annoyed face. The woman just got into her car and tried to contact the debit card service to ask why the debit card could not be used to make transactions.
“Halo, we are from Neo Bank. Is there anything we can help you with?” ask a service officer.
“I want to ask why my debit card cannot be used,” Renata said.
The service officer inquired about Renata's account details. After learning about it he explained, “Sorry, Miss. Your debit card balance is not enough to make transactions with such a large amount,” he explained.
“What do you mean?” ask Renata.
“Please you check your balance amount in the application for more details.”
Renata turned off the phone and checked the bank application. He never checked it because the money given by Wulan was very much so he did not think that it turned out that the balance was very thin.
“What should I do now? Should I go back to Liam? But, what if his mother is angry?” muttered Renata, confused because the money was thinning. “Ah, stupid time! Didn't Liam trust me more than his parents?”
