Laura looked at Eugene's pale face when she heard his words. The man was silent with a face of shock. His mouth was stiff and didn't say anything. He also sat on the wall of the balcony of the palace of the princess.

"Eugene, why are you quiet?" Laura frowned. She was afraid that Eugene would not accept the existence of the baby.

"Daughter Laura, are you really pregnant? Our kid?" Eugene asked as he held Laura's hand.

The woman nodded as she watched Eugene's countenance. The man sighed, he could not believe what he had heard from Laura.

The youngest daughter of Istvan kingdom was pregnant with the child of a knight who came from commoners. Men who were completely inappropriate for him according to the rules of their different castes and social status were very distant.

"How can... How can you get pregnant?" Eugene held his head, rather than a happy face. The man showed a confused and shocked face.

How do I tell him this? If I hadn't expected it all this fast. Princess Laura's pregnant with my son? What would happen if she suffered, if everyone knew she was pregnant.

"It's okay? Answer!" Laura spoke out loud.

"I'm just worried about you. If everyone finds out you're pregnant out of wedlock, you'll be everyone's talk. You'll be hurt and suffer."

Yeah, it's my fault, too, because I didn't wear anything that night. I thought that everything would be safe.

"It's only if everyone knows, but if everyone doesn't. I'll be fine, especially if we get married! All problems will be solved! This kid's gonna have a dad, everybody's gonna shut up."

"Daughter, do you think everything is that easy? Doesn't His Majesty not know about our relationship? What if His Majesty disagrees?" Eugene tries to predict the possibility that will happen if the King does not agree with his relationship and Laura.

"Then...would you step back from your responsibilities after the rice has become porridge?" Laura stared intently at Eugene. Somehow Laura felt Eugene was making excuses so she wouldn't take responsibility for her pregnancy. Or Eugene wouldn't marry her.

"I will not escape responsibility, let alone have our child in your stomach. I only think about our future, I only ask if....if His Majesty is against us, what will we do?" Eugene tried to make Laura understand what his heart meant.

"My father will definitely agree because I'm pregnant with our child!" Laura said firmly. "But you don't seem happy, I'm pregnant. Don't you want me to get pregnant?" said Laura again.

To be honest I wasn't ready, but because this baby was there and it meant that I had to be a father.

Eugene clasped Laura's hand with a smile, "It's not that princess, not that she's unhappy, of course I'm glad that you're pregnant with our child. But, I was shocked by this sudden news.so that I could not control my facial features and was at a loss for words."

"really so? You're like you just now because you're surprised, not because you're unhappy with our son's presence?" Ask Laura again to make sure.

Eugene looked at Laura affectionately, "Daughter's father.I'm glad to hear this news. I'm so happy that I'm finally going to be a father" Eugene said, staring at his wife's flat stomach.

"Thank God that you're happy, I don't think you're accepting this child. Eugene, I'm sorry I cheated you before. When we got in touch, I was fertile and I didn't use contraception. I intentionally did-"

Eugene kisses Laura's lips and silences her mouth. "Enough! Don't explain anymore, don't apologize anymore. I know without you even explaining. I should be thanking you, because you've made a huge sacrifice to our relationship by taking this risk. I promise, I will never leave you. I will fight with you." Eugene said while kissing the back of Laura's hand affectionately.

Laura hugged Eugene with a happy heart. He stayed to persuade the King to bless their relationship, because he thought inevitably the King would bless his and Eugene's relationship. Because their baby is growing inside Laura's body.

Both will not give up on each other for their love. "Daughter Laura, I want to be with you longer. But I must go to the noble crown prince now." Eugene said remembering his task.

"It's okay go help brother to find my sister-in-law." Laura smiled sweetly, she did not mind if her lover had to leave.

"I'm sorry, because I had to leave you Princess Laura. I just came back and found out about our baby, but I have to leave you again." Eugene said he felt heavy. She still misses Laura and wants to stay with her longer, but the country's duty is waiting.

"It's okay, we can meet again later. I hope you can find my sister-in-law" said Laura in sincere prayer for Liliana, who currently does not know where she is.

"Alright, I must meet the noble crown prince. After that I'll meet you guys and we'll talk again,"

"you guys? Why y'all? Not just me?" Laura asked with her innocent face.

"Of course you are, because there is someone else in your body. Don't you count them too?" Eugene asked as he glanced towards Laura's stomach.

Laura raised her head, "Right now I'm not one body anymore. There's our son in it. I'm sorry, mother, yes" Laura apologized to her unborn child.

"Dad go first, son," timidly, the man said goodbye to his son who was still in Laura's stomach.

Laura smiled at Eugene's behavior. He hoped that they could soon become one happy family as he wished.

After that Eugene leaves Laura and goes to Max's room. Max was not there.

"Where did your majesty go? Didn't he ask me to meet here? Or where is it? I forgot.." muttered Eugene confusedly.

Max did ask Eugene to meet in his room. But Max goes to see his father the King in his room. "Crown prince? You're back yet?"

"Yes, I'm back." Max saluted the man who was almost that old.

"What about your duty? You came back because you're done, right?" The king asked as he moved from his seat.

"Is it all that important compared to my missing wife?" Said Max suddenly staring intently at the King.

The king walked up to Max, "Why do you ask that? Of course the crown princess is more important than all your duties. But, you don't worry, Dad has sent everyone to look for him. She must have been kidnapped by the trafficker, if those people knew her identity. They will not dare to harm the future Queen in this country" the King explained.

"Please don't pretend not to know, you know my wife wasn't kidnapped by a human sword but there was witchcraft that prevented her existence. Why is your majesty still lying to me?" Ask Max cynically.

The king fell silent, he realized that his lie was already known. The middle-aged man did not dodge. "Yes I know, so I'm looking for someone who can bring your wife back. Just focus on your job hunting down that demon. I've heard from Demian that the devil has risen up and taken out all the people of the village."

"Your highness, most likely that demon is already in the center of the city. And he kidnapped my wife" Max told his father.

"What?"

Damnit damnit! What happened to my wife? Why can't I just use teleportation and go straight to her? Why is it like someone is in the way?

His premonition was not wrong, indeed something happened to Liliana. And that something is not a good thing.

Liliana was still struggling not to be eaten or bitten by those 6 people. The girl was strangled by one of the demonic creatures.

Liliana's body was already flooded with sweat, her face was pale, she looked tired. His clothes were covered in blood coming from those demons.

"Well, you're alive? I thought you were dead or a part of them." Lucis clapped his hands while carrying the three female corpses and he lay them on the floor violently.

"Basic fucking demons! How could you hurt those innocent women? You savage!" Liliana kicked the creature away from him.

With ease, Lucis again closed the demons in confinement. Liliana took a deep breath, she gasped for breath tired of facing the creature.

"Haha.haahh.."

Lucis approached Liliana with a smile, "How come you haven't found a way to kill the creature. Although you've lived twice, but you're still not smart."

Does he even know that I live twice? Who the hell is he?

"Let me go from here! What do you really want? Why are you arresting me? You could've taken another beautiful woman to be your wife. Why should I?" Liliana stared intently at Lucis.

"Why then? Maybe it's because you're the man's wife" Lucis replied with a grin on his lips.

"You say as if you know my husband, do you know him?" Ask Liliana again.

"God!" Lucis simply smiled and did not answer the girl's question. He moved away from the iron bars, then sat down casually on the chair. "Rest first, I'll make them play with you again. Oh yeah, do you want to eat?"

Liliana turned her face away from Lucis, she really disliked him.

"Humans, if they don't eat, will die. Come eat with me" Lucis asked Liliana.

"What are you eating?"

"This.my food!" Lucis spread out his hands, his eyes glancing at the 3 lifeless women on the floor covered in blood.

"What?"

Lucis bit the flesh of the woman's arm and tore it to shreds. He ate the human flesh with gourmand. No matter his mouth was covered in blood, he still ate it.

Liliana had to endure the nausea of seeing Lucis the demon king was eating. He's trying to calm down outside, even though he's scared in there. He didn't want to look scared because it would make Lucis even happier.

Totally disgusting..

"You really don't want this?" Lucis asked as he thrust the woman's flesh onto Liliana. "It's so delicious and filling. Unfortunately I prefer the living,"

Interestingly, this woman was frightened but she could endure it and remain calm. Just like my brother.

"You are such a disgusting creature, God deserves to throw you out of heaven! God hates you so much! A dissident creature that can only damage other living creatures on earth!"

"what did you say?" liliana's words had stirred up the flames of emotion on the demon's self.

"I said you're disgusting and you're the worst creature on earth!" Liliana sarcas said with a cynical smile.

Lucis' eyes turned red, he looked at Liliana with wrath. "You misunderstood! God didn't send me away because God didn't like me or disgusted me!" Lucis strangled the woman's neck until her body was raised upwards.

"Ackkkkkkkkkk!!!! Kkeeeeukkkk...." Liliana's eyes widened, she was in a lot of pain. Not to mention Lucis' long fingernails piercing the thin skin of his neck.

"God kicked me out because God was afraid that his strength and power would be rivaled by me!" Lucis' hands trembled, he planned to kill the girl out of wrath.
