The commotion ended with the noble man being carried by the palace guards. He was shocked because he was captured by the palace guards. Because the palace guards can only be ordered by the royal family.
Liliana, Nicholas and Daisy are also confused as to why there are palace guards there. Of course it was Max who was angry, he immediately ordered Pierre, bringing the man who bullied Liliana to be severely punished.
"Why are there palace guards here?" ask Liliana confused.

"I won't apologize and I don't regret what I did. As long as I do the right thing, I won't regret it" Liliana said in a voice.
Nicholas was at a loss for words, he didn't speak. It was just that his face showed annoyance to Liliana.
After Liliana finished shopping, she returned to the Geraldine mansion with Daisy, Nicholas and a charioteer. Arriving there, Liliana and Daisy tidy up their groceries. Adara sees Liliana cynically as usual, she is not happy because Liliana was given the same facilities by Duke Geraldine with her.
"Miss, he's getting cocky!" whispered Anya to the lady.
"True, what should I do about him? He's already got rid of some of my accomplices in this house. He teased my husband, what exactly does he want?" Adara clenched her hands furiously, she looked at Liliana who had just entered into her room.
Adara immediately went to see Nicholas, he wanted to ask how his investigation of Liliana. Adara and Nicholas meet in Arsen's study.
"Sir Nicholas, how are you?" adara asked with a gentle smile and her sweet voice.
"I'm fine, miss. Did the lady call me?" Nicholas bowed half his body in front of Liliana.
"Thank God that you're okay, sit down for a while, sir Nicholas," Adara was as friendly as possible to her subordinates.
As always, Miss Adara is kind. She is not like the j*l*ng woman who is rude and does not know the rules. Nicholas smiled gently and sat down on the chair opposite where Adara was sitting.
"Thank you Miss Adara" said Nicholas politely. She was being disrespectful to Liliana, whereas to Adara she was being gentle.
"Sir Nicholas, I want to know what you found out about that woman? I was really worried and scared, that that woman was cheating on me as my sister's friend. Do you know that I love Adaire so much? I don't want anyone to replace her" Adara spoke with teary eyes. Seeking sympathy from Nicholas.
"I understand what the lady is worried about. Miss take it easy, she is nothing more than a street beggar. I just found out that he came from a small island called Gardian, besides I don't know anything else about him,"
Damnit damnit! He said he didn't find anything else? Then what's the point of him being my subordinate? Adara gritted her teeth.
"I'm sorry, lady, I let you down. But, I've asked some people to go there and investigate about it in person" Nicholas told Adara.
"I'm not disappointed or angry with you, I'm grateful that you helped me" Adara smiled fakely, but in his heart he was very disappointed because he did not get more detailed information about Liliana from Nicholas.

That afternoon Liliana was contemplating herself while looking at the grass in the garden behind the house. He thought about the incident earlier this afternoon, he was aware of one thing that revenge was not only with beauty alone. He must be able to protect himself from Adara who will one day inevitably harm him.
"Miss, I brought you some warm tea" Daisy said as she placed the warm tea on the table.
"Daisy, I want to change clothes first! Get me a suit to practice swords!" Liliana.
"Practicing swords?" Daisy gawked at Liliana's words about practicing swordsmanship.
Finally the girl decided to practice martial arts, first she saw the Geraldine family kstaria practicing in the backyard. To take their hearts, Liliana gave her homemade food to those knights. They were very happy and touched by Liliana's attention.
"Miss, this cake is really good" one kstaria told Liliana.
"really? I'm so happy that you guys like it" Liliana said as she sat on the grass leisurely.
"This cake, why do I feel that it tastes.." a kstaria looks confused when eating a cake made by Liliana.
"Why sir? Does it taste bad?" liliana asked the kstaria.
"It feels familiar, similar to someone's making," the kstaria replied with a sad face.
"Right, I feel that way too. This cake tastes the same as that made by the late Miss Adaire!" Another kstaria said with a sad face.
They remembered Adaire who always brought cakes every time the knights finished training. Not forgetting that he greeted everyone in the mansion kindly. Liliana was moved because there were still many who remembered her in that house, even missing her. They talked about Adaire's kindness to Liliana, herself. Adaire in another form.
Afternoon into the night, he practiced martial arts by himself after learning some moves from the knights of Duke Geraldine, in the backyard of the Duke residence, his light body made him have no trouble moving around. While practicing the sword alone, Arsen who had just returned to work saw Liliana there holding a sword.
"Miss Liliana, what are you doing here?" asked Arsen who was already standing behind Liliana.
"Mr Duke, just call me Lily is enough" Liliana said as she bowed politely.

Liliana smiled bitterly, she looked at the handsome man in front of her from top to bottom. Arsen was indeed perfect, he had a handsome face and a stocky body. "I want to be able to defend myself and protect myself from danger" Liliana replied firmly.
Arsen offered to teach Liliana martial arts. Even Arsen and Liliana rode together, Adara who was out walking accidentally saw Arsen riding a horse with Liliana.
"Miss Adara, look at that count-master" Anya glanced towards Arsen and Liliana who were riding horses together. The two men laughed happily.
Adara is hurt and jealous to see Arsen with Liliana. "You are really looking to die" said Adara slowly, full of frustration and anger.
