Eugene looked at the crown prince of Istvan kingdom puzzled, why was Max so riled up by Adaire's name that it didn't even exist.

"We're going to Gardian Island now!"

Gardian Island? Why would the noble crown prince suddenly want to go there?

"Just do my word!" Max looked at Eugene sharply and did not want to be denied.

"Then what about the rest of our army, your majesty?" Eugene asked about a team that was still in the inn.

"Make them go to the palace first. Only you and I will go to Gardian Island. Understood?" Not wanting to talk any longer, he expressed his intentions.

"Okay, your majesty, I will tell the other troops to return to the palace first and I will also prepare the fastest ship to get there soon." Eugene said, bowing half his body, he was always on standby when he got an order from Maximillian.

Eugene immediately left the room, Max was in the room and he was preparing to go to Gardian Island. He bet in his heart that Liliana was there as the real Liliana and not Adaire. Because Adaire's figure is not in Istvan kingdom.

The man went there just to see if Liliana was really alive and well. "Lily, I promised I wouldn't come near you again. I just went there to make sure that you're really back and in good shape. After that, I'll go back to my life." He said while stroking his chest.

Actually Max's heart aches because he remembers their past, especially at the death of Liliana. It felt like just yesterday he saw Liliana's body in front of him. "Huhoo.... Maximillian, calm down.everything will be fine."

As soon as everything was ready, some of the troops returned to the palace first. Max and Eugene go to Gardian Island. Eugene doesn't know why Max went there and he asks Max I they're on the ship.

"I'm sorry, I wonder why your majesty returned to Gardian Island?" Eugene finally expressed his curiosity by asking.

Eugene simply answered yes understand and he did not ask again. Max also doesn't talk anymore even though he knows that Eugene must have felt something strange about him.

The journey from downtown Istvan to Gardian island takes two days and Max hopes to get there quickly. It was because he could not use his teleportation magic, the magic power within his body had yet to rise.

That morning as usual, Liliana prepared breakfast first for her father. Yes, although today his father did not wake up again because of gambling.

While preparing food, suddenly the door of the house made of neat wood was wide open like someone kicked. "Robert! Out you!" Shouted a man in a loud voice.

Liliana saw 3 men coming to her house. The burly man was muscular and looked like a thug. They entered the house without knocking and not yet permission on the host, what a disrespectful behavior. Liliana did not hesitate to show her displeasure when she saw the uninvited guest.

Another man saw Liliana's body that looked tempting to him. Beautiful face, bright red hair, white skin, pointed nose, thin red lips. Who wouldn't be tempted. "Don't be rude!" Liliana was angry to hear that insolent remark.

The door opened, and Robert was standing there. "Liliana, prepare a drink for me!" Said Robert half unconscious because he had drunk all night.

"Hi Robert!" A man shouted at Robert with a grin.

"Why are you here?!" Both of Robert's eyes widened when he saw the three men twice as big as him were there.

"Where are you going? Pay your debt right now! Or I'll sell your daughter to that famous brothel."

"True, it must be expensive because she's beautiful and she must be a virgin." Timpal is a man who holds Liliana's hand tightly.

"Detach-" It seemed useless Liliana thrashed, she could not fight the three burly men who held her body. "L-yes.please..."

Robert swallowed his saliva. He looks like he's thinking. He had been beaten frequently by the loan shark's thugs and he did not want to be battered again or die because of them.

"Alright, you can take him as my debt repayment. But since my daughter is precious and still holy, you're gonna have to pay me too-"

Liliana was stunned to hear the words of her father who easily handed her over to the loan shark's thugs.

"Let's go, lady, let's go!" The man smiled at Liliana and dragged her away from there.

"No want! I'm not LEAVING here. Unhand me!" Shouted Liliana frantically, she still looked at her father in hopes of being saved. But the man called father did not care about him at all.

Because of Liliana's hand that did not want to stay still, finally tied by one of the thugs with a tight rope. "Eh! Wait up!" Robert exclaimed to stop Liliana and the three thugs.

"Dad.." - Liliana.

Robert approached Liliana and took the necklace on her neck. The heart-shaped necklace is red that is out of nowhere it comes from.

That was how Liliana felt at this moment because her father did not care about her at all instead took her necklace. "Dad, give me back my necklace!!"

Although I don't know where the necklace came from, but I feel sad about it.
