When asked by her father-in-law about the events on the ship during Adaire's honeymoon and her. Arsen's heart was pounding, his heart was racing faster.

"Arsen, why are you quiet? Did Adaire really fall off the ship or did Adara harm her?" duke Geraldine asked as she watched the dreamy man.

Arsen swallowed the saliva, he was still with his mind. It had to be how he answered Duke Geraldine's question, her father-in-law. "Dad, Adaire actually fell down by herself while she was boarding the deck of the ship," Arsen replied without any nervousness at all.
Look, it's better if I talk about Adaire's death being caused by Adara alone. I will be threatened and my name will be taken. Better find it safe to cover it all up, hoping that my father-in-law doesn't suspect me anymore.
"Is that really so?" duke Geraldine asked still in doubt as to what Arsen had said.
"Yes dad, that's right. But, why did you suddenly ask him again?" asked Arsen in a polite voice.
"After everything that happened, especially about Adara. He's been blocking Adaire a lot, how can I not be suspicious of him who might be able to do more than that" Duke Geraldine explained honestly.

"Dad, I know Adara. Maybe Adara's attitude is a little childish and outrageous, but it seems unlikely that Adara will kill," Arsen defended his wife to secure his position as well.
"No way how? He had even poisoned Adaire during his life, trying to harm her many times. There is still a possibility for it all" said Duke Geraldine who was also upset because of the fact about Adara being evil to Adaire. Not bad anymore, but already criminal.
"I beg you, my only father's daughter is Adara. Adara is also my wife, I beg you to release Adara!" pinta Arsen bowing half in front of Duke Geraldine.
Once Adara's free, I'll get a divorce from her soon. And I won't have anything to do with him anymore.
"The palace side has interfered, I can't do much" Duke Geraldine replied confusedly.
Arsen and Duke Geraldine were astonished that the courtier side of the crown prince faction interfered in the case. They even interfered in the search for Adaire's body. "Arsen, you go find Liliana, and drive her home. He's sick, then come back here." Duke Geraldine told Arsen.
"Okay dad," replied Arsen obediently, as he walked out of the room.
Duke Geraldine sighed, she looked troubled. "Adaire, are you going to forgive me if I ease your sister's punishment? Adaire.. "

Inside the palace, Laura looks upset to see Max who managed to bring a bowl of herbal medicine. He unzipped Liliana's back. There's only Max and Laura with Liliana there.
"Sister, are you sure that you're going to apply the medicine?" laura asked her sister.
Once that woman's cruel, I'll hurt her more than she hurt you. How dare he hurt you, this must be very painful. Max's heart was looking at the wound on Liliana's back.
"I can't see my friend, of course" Laura replied. Laura looked at Liliana's bloody back, lash marks everywhere. "What kind of cruel person would do this to a good woman?" laura asked an annoyed follower to the person who gave deep wounds on the beautiful girl's back.
Max suddenly grinned. Laura was astonished to see her sister like that, "Sister, why is your face so? You're gonna kill people?" asked Laura shivering.
"Laura, you want to help Liliana right?" Mac glanced at his sister.
"What?"laura asked not to understand.
"The person who did this to her, should get her reward right?" Max smiled cynically.
"Of course,"
Max whispered to Laura, the woman nodded. "Okay, then I go first. Remember the promise of brother!"
Max nodded.
Laura smiled, then she left the room leaving Max and Liliana both there. Max sees Liliana sleeping. "It would be uncomfortable to sleep like that,"
After finishing applying the medicine to Liliana. Max pulled back the zipper of the dress Liliana was wearing slowly. "Basic wasn't alert, he didn't even realize someone was touching him. Was it when the bastard touched her, that she was unconscious like this too?"
Not sure what possessed the man, Max was tempted when he saw Liliana's beautiful neckline. Max got rid of the long red hair, now her beautiful neck is clearly visible. Max dipped his lips on Liliana's neck. Smear it gently.

"I-I," Liliana turned away confusedly.
