"This is inside the Holy Forest, no one dared to come in here because of rumors about a curse that dared to enter it without the blessing of the Great Priest" Phillip said.
"Great Priestess? You believe in something like that?" syndicate Max.
'This jerk's behavior inexplicably reminds me of Saciel. I think they'll fit in, ' maki Phillip in heart. "Well, not everyone believes that."
"Hmph, it's funny to assume there are gods in this kind of world" he chirped.
"Nii, stop. Don't quarrel," whined Kezia. Max sighed and nodded faintly, then stroked the little girl's head. "Uhh~ I like being elated."
"Hey witch, what's your name?"
"My name is Phillip Arlestine and please stop calling me a witch" Phillip replied.
"Hmm you must be a noble. Then you know the family..What's his name? The various?"
"Arakawa," Phillip's correction. "What does this have to do with you?"
"Oh, only the past hurts for him" he said casually. Phillip snorted, but gasped and lowered his head.
"What..you are the cause of death of the head of the Arakawa family and his wife?" ask Phillip lirih.
"Oh, I think you know the story," she replied. Phillip lunged forward and pointed the dagger at Max's neck with a cruel look.
"Phillip!" jeremy Kezia.
"You're a savage!"
"On the battlefield will definitely eat casualties. They're the only ones less fortunate against me" Max said. Phillip trembled withstanding the emotions, but slowly receded and lowered his dagger. Max only smiled pompously, but occasionally grimaced and held his stomach.
"It's fortunate that this is the Holy Forest, where there can't be a single drop of blood on this land" Phillip said. "Well, except for the outside wounds."
"Heh, fuck you."

Residents hold a wide variety of farming tools to protect themselves. Jess and Carl are busy arranging for the women and children to take shelter. Saciel stood guard at the gate along with the guards, his eyes searching in the quite foggy space. He found several points leading to the village of Chasata.
"They're coming!" shouting guards. Saciel remained in his position, awaiting the arrival of the soldiers from Careol City. His eyes were fixed on a figure that was no stranger to him.
"Oh shit, why was Young Master Comet even sent here?" Saciel's murmur.
"Who's Comet?" chirps Jess.
"One of the 7 Eternal Wizards. The elders are just our controllers, not part of the 7 Eternal Wizards. And unfortunately, this person is more fixated on strength and power than on knowledge and common sense. Get the villagers to lower their weapons" Saciel said half in a panic. Jess goes downstairs and tells the residents, while Saciel puts on a guard helmet and opens the gate. Comet and the soldiers went straight through without a smile.
"Where is your village chief, a despicable human?" said Comet coldly. Instantly a cold and gripping aura enveloped the village, yet Saciel remained silent. Jess takes a step forward and gives Comet a cold look.
"How dare you call us contemptible. Do the witches really have no manners towards other races?" satir Jess.
"Worms like you don't need to be respected. Where's the werewolf?" reply Comet.
"Hm? A werewolf? Ah, the dying one? He's running away."
"Liar! How could he have run away!" send one of the soldiers.
"You can find him if you want" Carl said coldly.
"no need. I did not feel that magic aura of demi-human. But..." Comet slapped Jess until she fell down, "you shouldn't have to take care of her."
"Reason?" ask Jess while holding her swollen cheek.
"Because it's a big sin. Prepare to die."
"Don't be so happy!"
"Crazy witch!"
"Well, tardy. I have to stop him" Saciel murmured. He rushed down from the gate and stood in front of Comet.
"What'sthis? Worms like to be annoying" said Comet.
"Master, a powerful magician like you shouldn't intervene against the villagers. You're here to catch demi-humans, aren't you? Wouldn't it be better to look for him before he leaves Respher?" persuade Saciel. Comet looked at him fixedly and snorted.
"This worm turns out to be smart too. We're leaving" Comet said as she twisted her body. Before his foot stepped, someone threw a stone and hit his head. He turned and found a child clutching some stones in his hand.
'Campus! This kid how can you come out of hiding?' maki Saciel in heart.
"Don't hurt Jess, you ugly man!" shouted the child. Comet looked at him with a cruel look, making Saciel run towards the boy and roll away avoiding the blue flames that Comet was throwing.
"You've just met the devil, boy," Comet said. "Burn this place."
The soldiers quickly burned down the entire village with nothing left. Some people were killed and wounded. The smell of burnt meat filled the village. Jess and Carl get a big burn on his back. Comet smiled with satisfaction and left Chasata, followed by the soldiers.
"To...napa...you do not... protect...we?" ask Jess while squeezing Saciel's arm. "You..same with them."
"No, I'm not the same as them. I had to do this for you guys" Saciel argued.
"And make the villagers hurt?! Where's your conscience, bitch!? Don't you see that many of us are dying?!" maki Jess's.
"I know, but this is not how much. If I help you, they might come back and destroy this place."
"This place is ruined, motherfucker," Jess said tiredly.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do this. I thought one of those elders was coming. I didn't predict the presence of the members of the 7 Eternal Wizards."
"Replace.everything with your life! You savage! I'm wrong to believe you! I shouldn't have let you in!"
"Then you will only be quickly destroyed," said Saciel lightly. Jess nodded and punched her pretty face.
"You..devil! Fuck you!"
"Hey Jess, relax! You're gonna kill me?" ask Saciel.
"If it can save my people, I will gladly do it!" jeremy Jess.
"If I were you, I wouldn't do it" Saciel said.
"What...you mean? You want me to let innocent people die at the hands of********* that? You're sane aren't you?"
"Waras, really. But please look around you" said Saciel calmly. Jess looked around and was shocked.
"What are you doing?" jess asked half in disbelief. The building that had been destroyed and burned now recovered as if no fire had destroyed the place. Some of the people who died in flames passed by without any injuries. There was no smell of burning flesh, roars and cries. Only their daily grind fills the place.
"This..illusion?" ask Jess. He no longer felt pain. He turned and found Carl looking at him with a worried look.
"No, it's reality. You remember that seal you put on at some point? It was an illusion magic with great risk. If I miscalculate, you'll be completely dead" Saciel said.
"I don't understand" Jess said.
"So, I made a duplicate of this village and the entire population in another dimension. Before Comet came I immediately moved your souls into duplicates and acted as if you were suffering."
"Create..duplicate? Move souls? Can it be done?"
"I told you, it's high-risk magic. There are times when duplicates that are made that do not match the original or the duplicate cannot feel pain when injured," said Saciel.
"You... Did it that far?" ask Jess for a surprise.
"This is the best I can do, even if the risk is great. It would be better if we pretended this place was destroyed, compared to fighting Comet. I'm sure he'll come back to destroy this place if he's not satisfied" Saciel said. "Sorry, I didn't say anything about this."
"...you are crazy" Jess said with a smile. "And thank you, you saved us with your madness."
"I have to be crazy to trick people like Comet."
