"I have a question" said Rendy, staring intently at Cerlina sitting at the front. The girl looked back and looked back.
"Sany."
"Why do you need Oorun's Eye?" ask Rendy. Cerlina was silent for a moment.
"Because the flugels are on the verge of extinction and they need the crystals to survive, at least for a while" Cerlina replied.
"Flugel? Ah, that race. Does god have dumped them?"
"No, he was murdered," retorted Cerlina stiffly. He was shocked to hear that statement.
"Killed, you say? A god killed? What nonsense are you saying that?" ask Rendy hesitating.
"Why would I say nonsense to you if that was the truth? Deus was killed at the hands of the only child of Oorun, ", Cerlina said, her hand squeezing the end of her skirt in annoyance.
"Vatra..can you do that?" ask Nero. Cerlina nodded.
"Well, what happened to them is none of my business. I'm just helping you in return for helping my race" Rendy said. Cerlina put on a bitter smile.
"No problem, that's more than enough. After all, we are still enemies in theory" he said. The dragon directly swooped sharply to their destination and landed smoothly. Rendy immediately jumped down and walked around the island while touching the crystals that grew as she pleased carefully.
"Say, witch. Have you ever tried to fight yourself?" asked Rendy while looking intently at the biggest crystal in the middle of the island.
"Against yourself? You okay?" ask Cerlina wonder.
"Yet, huh? All right, no problem. You'll know later" said Rendy as he mounted the horses.
"Eh? What do you want?" ask Kezia. Rendy did not reply, but swung her axe firmly and made a large crack at the bottom of the crystal. A powerful energy instantly blew and enveloped everyone.
"Aah!" cerlina Sahut.
"Good luck, witch!" sahut Rendy waved her hand. The girl was pulled into a whirlpool until it fell in the darkness.
"...where am I?" tanyanya.
"Where? This is a place very far from your world, Cerlina," said someone. Cerlina tried to squint in order to see the person talking to her, but the darkness was completely blinding.
"Who are you?" ask again. The man laughed loudly and walked over. A flash of light suddenly appeared and showed off the interlocutor which made Cerlina startled.
"Sa..ciel?"
"Hm? Nope, no. Guess what else," he said, with a faint smile. Cerlina frowned, but the next second cold sweat flowed down her temple.
"Ah, where is it possible?" said shaking. The figure laughed out loud.
"Where is it possible, you say? You always wanted to be your sister, didn't you?" insinuations.
"I-I never thought so!"
"Ck ck, you like to lie, huh? You forgot you ever tried to turn yourself into Saciel to get out of the temple for a moment?" tanyakanya. Cerlina tense. Slowly cold eyes began to radiate from him. The red-haired Cerlina figure laughed sarcastically looking at him.
"Oh, my God, you look so scary. Exactly like Saciel," he said.
"Shut up" whispered Cerlina. "I can't stand the whisper of a demon like you."
"Well, that's rude. But I guess this side is what you've always been hiding to preserve your dignity, eh?"
"...you're a bitch" said Cerlina as she pulled out her wand.
"Well, you intend to attack this?" said his other self while taking out the exact same stick as his. Cerlina frowned.
"You...how can you have it?" ask Cerlina.
"Hm? This it? Because I'm you" he said with a laugh.
"Change your hair color, I don't like to see it" Cerlina snapped.
"Oh? Is it because I look like Saciel?"
"Aren't you also the copycat of the old days?" kalem reply. Cerlina was getting upset to hear it. The girl stomped her staff and made the darkness be swallowed by the soft light, while her other self was just watching.
"Not bad, not bad," he said casually. "Which one you borrowed from God Oorun only lasted for a little while, right?"
"That happens to you too" Cerlina replied.
"You think so?" he made rows of ice knives all around them. "I am stronger than you."
"We'll see" he said, creating a shield before his knife was launched to attack him. The other man laughed.
"Gosh, that's amazing. A very strong and sturdy shield. Only one weakness," he said as he made an ice spear in his left hand. "The longer you use his mana, the faster his energy runs out. If you're on the battlefield, you'll pass out in a matter of minutes."
"...shit, you know my fatal weakness" said Cerlina upset. He threw the spear and managed to knock down Cerlina's defense in one strike.
"Bingo."
"Ughhh!"
"You're weak, unlike him who's the pride of the Arakawa family."
"..silence."
"Saciel has always been considered a defect, but you are a defect."
"Shut up!"
"You look good in the eyes of the people as the Great Priestess, but you're just a puppet controlled by the elders."
"SILENCE!!" said Cerlina while presenting hundreds of ice needles around her other self. The other himself was silent for a moment while circulating his gaze.
"Your man's drained a lot, huh? Though just calling out this way," he said as he watched Cerlina's gasping breath. "Your eyes are starting to look different than usual."
"I don't understand what you're talking about" Cerlina said.
"Ah, I mean this," he said as he made his eyes glow sky-blue. "Eyes to see and track where."
"Isn't that natural?"
"That's for you, not for another witch. Not all witches could see which path, even demi-humans could see it just a little."
"...so this is a blessing?"
"Yes, an ability that people rarely have," he replied calmly. Cerlina opened fire, but her other self managed to block the attack.
"You're inexperienced at fighting, it's only natural that the enemy underestimates you."
"We'll see" he said while making ice tendrils to wrap it around as tightly as possible. The others tried to move, but the more he moved his body was covered in ice flowers.
"Attractive, very interesting. But don't forget, I can use the same trick as you," he said, melting the tendril and doing the same to Cerlina.
"Uhh!"
"Ah, seeing you in pain turns out to be interesting as well."
"You sadistic?"
"Oh, maybe," he said. Cerlina is more convinced that she is not herself, but she still does not understand how she can use the same magic as herself.
"I won't lose to you, even if I have to sacrifice everything" Cerlina said as she crushed her tendrils with a hand that froze quickly. "No matter who my opponent is, even if you're my brother, I won't budge."
"Oh, have you started finding a purpose?"
"...my goal is only one. Protecting what's supposed to be protected" Cerlina said as she turned her wand into a bow, while the rest of her did exactly the same.
"You didn't forget this, did you?"
"No, I'm not that stupid" he said as he shot into the sky and made a giant ice dome overshadowing them. "You're done attacking?"
