The Two Empresses

The Two Empresses
Siren

"Can't you guys stay for a moment to accompany this old and old lady?" ask the half-tempting woman. Saciel gave a smile and patted her wrinkled hands gently.

"We have to go to get things done. After it's all over, I'll definitely visit again" he said. The woman nodded, without even noticing a drop of tears falling. He immediately wiped away the trail of tears and flashed a big smile to make her relieved. "Thank you for the kindness."

"Go away. Hopefully what you're looking for can be found" he said softly. Saciel nodded and left the house, followed by Phillip and the 3 demi-human brothers. Their steps came to a halt when they returned to the tea fields quickly, as if they were being moved to that place. When they turned around, the house that had been seen now disappeared like it was swallowed by the earth.

"...we had tea, right?" philip asked trembling. The others nodded, frightened by the incident. Saciel grasped the key firmly and sighed.

"Let's go. Too long here will only waste time. Our goal seems pretty far away" Saciel said. Nero snatched the map quickly and his ears moved quickly.

"Oh? After this we will arrive at a very dangerous place. Hey witch, you ever heard of sirens?" ask Nero.

"Siren's? Isn't that what a mermaid looks like?" chirps Phillip.

"It's similar, but it's a lot of different. They are not as beautiful as mermaids, but their voices are a deadly weapon for sailors and fishermen. You can be hypnotized just by hearing them sing" Max said.

"How can it be deadly?" ask Saciel.

"They like to eat our flesh for the sake of human beings and other creatures" said Kezia. Saciel and Phillip fell silent, leaving Max slightly pleased with the reaction.

"Why, scared?" max Goda.

"Gapain scared? They were just easy opponents," Saciel replied resentfully. Max just pursed his lips and walked quickly, followed by the others with steps as fast as they could. They walked down the valley and came to the bleak and dirty beach filled with bones and rotten flesh. The demi-humans instantly closed their noses tightly, while the witches could only frown.

"It looks like here is their nest" Saciel chirped. He knew how tortured Kezia and his brothers were due to the foul aroma that was coming out, he could even spit out his entrails. But he refrained from adding to the already severe situation. He saw several heads appearing on the surface of the water with curious and innocent gazes.

"What is siren?" ask Saciel.

"Looks like. Sirens and mermaids have never been in a single territory. Do not be fooled by his appearance. We don't know when they show off their fangs" Nero replied. Phillip waved and pointed at a worn-out and abandoned boat behind a boulder. The size of the boat was not very large, but it was enough to accommodate them. Phillip quickly repairs the boat with magic, then hints at the others to get into the boat. After everything had gone up, Phillip pushed a bit of his boat into the boat, then knocked on the boat to make it move to the middle.

"Our next destination is Mizuki City. The place is on the bottom of the sea" said Nero.

"Basic sea? But why does the map show an island?" ask Saciel.

"Because the entrance is on an uninhabited island, so it makes it easier for us land creatures to greet our friends under the sea" said Max. "Sst, shut up."

Everything fell silent as a melodious voice softly flowed in the middle of the vast ocean. Kezia circulated his gaze and found a siren singing on the rock. Its silvery shiny tail occasionally swayed and splashed water.

"Totally," murmured Saciel softly. He flicked his fingers behind the boat and closed the hearing of all passengers.

"Nobody's talking. You're not gonna die yet, are you?" saciel said by telepathy.

"Well! this witch is smart too," Max replied.

"One more time you call me a whore, get ready to be a siren bait," Saciel replied furious. They do not realize some hands are starting to creep behind them and pull Kezia into the water.

"Come, caught!" maki Phillip catches Kezia's small and thin arms, but she is dragged into the water.

"Phillips! Kezia!"

"Undine!" call Nero. Soon the water goddess emerged from the sea and blew the siren as far away as possible. Max immediately plunged into the sea and pulled the two unconscious people. Not yet on the surface, a siren grabbed his leg and blew his sharp teeth until blood soiled his vision. Max tries to drop the siren, but he is more helpless when some of the surviving sirens attack by knocking the bone of the saw shark until its body begins to tear. With the rest of his strength he throws Phillip and Kezia into the boat and he is drawn into the depths of the sea with the sirens.

"Max!" call Nero. Saciel plunges straight into the sea and restrains Max, throwing a poisoned arrow from his hand at the siren. He immediately used teleportation magic and the two returned to the boat in soaked clothes and blood spots stuck.

"Nero! Push this boat with Undine power!" saciel's Saut. Undine immediately made waves and washed the boat until it reached the beach. Saciel immediately put the fainted and injured in the dark red-colored sand with a hint of roughness.

"Oh shit, where are we now?" maki Saciel performing healing magic. Nero threw his gaze and sighed.

"We're on an uninhabited island. Unfortunately it is not our destination island" said Nero. "Maybe don't walk into the woods or you die. In many poisonous plants and carnivorous plants."

"Eh? Toxic and carnivorous you say?" asked Saciel in surprise. He took a handful of sand and sniffed it. The strong and rancid aroma of iron made him dizzy. "Blood."

"The nutrients most plants need on this island. Many stupid creatures dare to set foot on this island without knowing anything and never come back" said Nero. "Because they are unconscious, we should make a plan to leave this place without the siren knowing."

"It's hard. Damn sirens, trouble you," Saciel maki. "Would we do teleportation?"

"I don't think that's a bad thing, it's just that the burden you carry will be heavier. Just use that ability for more pressing matters. Where's map?"

Saciel quickly spread out a dry map, as if the seawater soaking down Saciel had no effect on him.

"Our position is not far from the entrance to Mizuki City. We had to cross the sea once more to get to the island. And well. the possibility of meeting sirens is also quite high," said Nero doubtful.

"Can't Undine hold them?"

"could. He can even split the ocean," Nero replied casually.

"Huh, that's what I need. But..how about your mana?" ask Saciel.

"Quite guess. We demi-humans don't really need mana to summon summoned creatures. You can exploit us as you please" Nero said dismissively.

"We continue this after they're conscious. I want to go fishing first" Saciel said as he stood up and pulled a spear from under his shirt.

"Fishing what huh? You're crazy" maki Nero.

"Fishing siren duh. I wonder how the meat tastes," Saciel replied. Carefully remove the sandals and walk on the water. Some sirens carefully searched for the witch's weakness, but there was no gap.

"Siren, come out before I pull you out" Saciel said grimly.
