The Two Empresses

The Two Empresses
Rest

A large tent was built on the clear riverbank, while a few people stood outside with suspense enveloping. It looks like Julian is fighting with Max, but Phillip is trying to mediate.

"Already, stop. When are you gonna fight, huh?" ask Phillip.

"Until he apologizes for his arrogant behavior" Max said. "Just ask me to submit."

"You're going to lose, forget?" julian asked coldly.

"Suckers! I eat you!"

"Gentlemen, can we be a little more civilized?" ask Parvati kalem. The three looked at the girl with astonished looks.

"I don't want to hear anything from a beautiful maid," Julian said as he kissed Parvati's delicate hand. "A girl quite eloquently pleads."

"Disease," scorned Max. Julian immediately entwined Max with a large tendril plant and stared intently.

"A gentleman should be kind to all women" Julian said firmly.

"Heh, a playboy like you is mending away" Max joked.

"Oh stop, you're just gonna bother Saciel and Kezia" Phillip resigned.

"Saciel let me take her home."

"Look, he's my ticket home" Max refused.

"You want him put to death on his return to Careol?" ask Phillip coldly. "We've been considered traitors, okay?"

"It makes sense, but Saciel could have survived because of the strong support of the 7 Eternal Wizards. Well, even if I admit there will be opposition given that he killed Comet" Julian said.

"He didn't kill her. Comet's got a curse."

"Even if you say it like that, I'm sure people won't believe it" Julian said, releasing Max. "Nobody would want to trust a head of the Arakawa family who acted as casually as Saciel."

"People can only see the bad side of a person, but the good is greater than the bad. I guess being a Saciel isn't easy. Being belittled, humiliated, oppressed was already a common food for him" Phillip murmured.

"I don't know what your problems are, but it turns out that the internal problems of this continent are heavier than Ceshier's" Max said. "I can see racism is very strong here."

"That's how it is" Julian said. "Parvati, can you make tea and cake? I'm hungry."

"Sure, Mr. Zografos. What if Black Pearl tea with walnut cake?" ask Parvati.

"Nyam, of course I want to" Julian said. Parvati began removing tables, chairs and elegant tea sets from her pockets and styling them. After everything was ready, he placed a vase containing yellow chrysanthemums in the center of the table. Carefully cut the walnut and serve it.

"The walnut cake with the Black Pearl is ready to be eaten, gentlemen," Parvati said. Julian immediately sat down and ate the cake with a smile on his face.

"Lucky I can enjoy this cake," Julian said happily. "If you stop working at the palace, come to my place as my servant."

"I will consider, Mr. Zografos," Parvati said with a crisp laugh. "Mr Arlestine, Mr Ackermann, would you like some tea?"

"Today I have no taste. Just give it to Saciel" Phillip said.

"I'd rather have coffee than tea" Max said.

"No problem" Max replied as he stuck his butt in the chair. Parvati skillfully began concocting coffee. The aroma of coffee mixed with vanilla wafted and awakened Saciel.

"Ngh, where is this?" lamented. He slowly sat down and looked around. "Ah, I fainted again huh?"

Carefully he lowered his legs and got up, then walked out of the tent and found the men enjoying a snack.

"A, Saciel? You okay?" phillip asked as he approached and held her. All I asked was nodding and looking at the tea cup. "You want some tea? Sit down."

Slowly Phillip led the beautiful witch to a table and let her sit down. Julian gave a smile and pinched his cheek.

"You all right, sweetie? Last I saw you almost met the god Oorun" Julian said.

"I'm fine and stop being disrespectful" Saciel said as she put Julian's hand away.

"Well, well, beautiful lady. Forgive the irreverence of your servant" Julian said. "From that, I want to tell you about the elders."

"I don't want to hear anything about old bangka," Saciel declined.

"Well, I won't talk about it anymore" Julian replied disappointedly. "Talking about the border, I don't think you're gonna get past it."

"Why?" ask Max.

"Strict guard, man. I heard they also dropped off some hippogriffs to patrol."

"It's troublesome. I think once a slash is enough, too" complained Max.

"Don't be reckless. They might set a trap that even Saciel and I don't know" Phillip said.

"Magic bomb. It's one of the most complicated things, even I myself can't destroy it" Saciel chirped.

"Only high-class witches.eh no, old witches are capable of neutralizing. Well, even so I don't know for sure," Julian said. "Eh, you come home with me, Saciel."

"No. Go there," Saciel refused.

"Don't dong. It's for your sister, okay?" persuade Julian. Saciel remained determined about his decision.

"Mr Zografos, I want to know the development of the palace at this time" Parvati said.

"The situation in the palace is a little.I messed up I guess? Some elders began to invade and take command."

"What about Steven?"

"He was arrested and exiled in another village. The problem is that the kingdom's most valuable treasure is almost captured" Julian said.

"When have they been that sad?" chirps Phillip.

"Since you left. They planned the death penalty for you, but we managed to prevent it before it was actually carried out. Saciel, I doubt Cerlina is safe from their clutches."

"I know, but I can't just leave. Kezia needs me more than Cerlina" Saciel said. "It looks like there's going to be a civil war."
