The Two Empresses

The Two Empresses
Preparation and Return of the Lost Princess

1 Day before the event

Raz came back with his fancy suitcase and sewing equipment. Aunty escorts him to the study, where Saciel is taking care of the administration of his family.

"Miss, the tailor has come" said Bibi. Saciel raised his face and stood welcoming Raz with open arms.

"Welcome, Raz. I've been looking forward to it," Saciel said excitedly. Raz opened his luxury suitcase and showed off a stel of his clothes that was dominated by red and gold. Aunt and Saciel were flabbergasted to see it.

"Jeez, it's so pretty," praised Auntie. Saciel carefully lifted him up and gave a faint smile.

"Very interesting. Let me give it a try," Saciel said as he went into the dressing room. A few minutes later he came back with new clothes that stuck right to his body.

"Miss, you really resemble the Great Lord," praised Auntie happily.

"Dear I'm a girl. If I were a man, I could be similar to Papa," Saciel chuckled. Raz immediately stepped forward and began marking the parts that needed to be repaired.

"Miss, are you dieting? Why are there so many great parts?" ask Raz.

"No, my portion of the meal is still the same. Please don't be too tight, will you?"

"Of course, Miss. Don't worry," Raz said. When Saciel finished marking, she changed her clothes and gave it to Raz. After putting it in a suitcase, Raz hands Saciel a jewelry box. "It's for the Miss's outfit tomorrow."

Saciel took the jewelry box and opened it, then gave a small smile. He closed the box and looked at Raz. "I know it's sudden, but can you make her partner's dress?"

"I made it even before Miss asked for it. For Miss Cerlina Arakawa, isn't it?" balas Raz girang's. "I made it to the size of Miss, I hope it fits."

"I'm sure it will fit," said Saciel steadily. "Please bring me that shirt before 9."

"Well Miss, I'll bring it before 9. All accessories I will send today. Does Miss have any other requests?"

"Nothing, you can continue your work" Saciel said. Raz nodded and left the Arakawa residence. "Auntie, prepare the horse carriage and send my aide to pick Cerlina home."

"Well Miss," said Auntie. Saciel handed him a letter.

"Don't forget to have the seal stamp on Lao's place before. I can't put my stamp on or people will know where I am."

"Good, Miss. Then I say goodbye first," said Bibi as she walked out of the study. Saciel sat back down and focused on the administration, but his eyes were fixed on a piece of paper with writing that Saciel was very familiar with. He grabbed the paper and read it carefully.

"This..Papa's note? How can it be here?" muttered. "But wait a minute, this is new. It's impossible."

"Miss, Miss Rosemary came to visit" said the waiter, knocking on the door. Saciel groaned and stood up leaving the table, then went down to the living room where Vristhi was sitting with a heavy aura.

"Hello, Vristhi. Do you need anything?" saciel asked as he sat in front of her.

"No, I'm just here to greet you. It must have been hard to go on the move to avoid the soldiers chasing you?" vristhi Syndir. Saciel just kept quiet, then put on a thin smile that was quite creepy.

"Tell me what you want, Vristhi. I'm sure you have other intentions" Saciel said.

"Gosh, you're smart. I can't hide a secret in front of you, can I? I came here really want to visit, but at the same time convey something from Parvati."

"Parvati? What's wrong with her?"

"He met a stranger who came out of the meeting room attended by the elders only. But unfortunately he can not see his face clearly," said Vristhi.

"Is that? We'd better leave it alone, because we don't know who he is and what his purpose is" Saciel said. "There's more."

"Have you heard of Ilmol?"

"It has. I didn't expect him to replace Comet as head of the family."

"It was because of the threat from Lao. The former head of the family, Ilmol's father, could not resist. Well, even if I have to fight with Ilmol first."

"He managed to cut off my hand in just a very short time" Vristhi said.

"God, really? He was gifted to execute," Saciel replied half-deprecatingly. Vristhi chuckled softly and tilted her head gracefully.

"Indeed, and I think he's more talented than you are" Vristhi said. Saciel laughed loudly and crossed her legs.

"Good then. So I have a tough opponent in training" Saciel said. "Are you ready to attend tomorrow's event?"

"of course. This will be the most heated debate in history. You, me and Cerlina will be candidates for the rule of this land. Who do you think will be the queen?" vristhi asked with a sweet smile.

"It's definitely not you. I know very well you don't like politics" Saciel said.

"You remember the looks of it? Good though. You'd better be queen" said Vrishti. Saciel sighed and shook his head.

"No, it's very difficult for me. But I'll think about it later," break up, Saciel. "Go home, you can spread rumors if I come back."

"will not. My mouth is tightly locked for 7 Eternal Wizards."

"really? I think you're the kind of person who likes to divulge people's secrets" Saciel said. Vristhi shook her head and rose to her feet gracefully.

"I'm not a bullshit, okay? See you at the palace tomorrow" said Vrishi as he walked out followed by the butler. Saciel sighed and gazed outside, watching the carriage that was carrying Vristhi leave his mansion. He returned to the study and took the note while muttering indistinctly.

An hour passed. His car stopped at the entrance. The graceful and beautiful figure of Cerlina slowly burst out from within the carriage. A smile cannot be removed from his face.

"Welcome, Miss Cerlina," greeted Aunt with a big, happy smile. Cerlina immediately ran over and hugged the middle-aged woman.

"Auntie, I miss you" she whispered, holding back sobs. Aunty smelled a smile and stroked Cerlina's head crest with great affection.

"Aunt misses Miss too. Come on in, Miss Saciel is waiting inside" Auntie said. They immediately entered and found Saciel walking down the stairs in a masculine style.

"Welcome back, Cerlina. You look healthy" said Saciel. Cerlina gave a small laugh and waited for her twin sister to arrive and immediately rewarded her with a tight hug.

"You don't know how anxious I am to think of you who always go in the wind" Cerlina said.

"I'm more worried about you being too innocent and easily fooled by others" Saciel replied as she stroked her head. "You healthy?"

"Better than before. I didn't think the temple girl was going to poison me" Cerlina complained. "But what I know is that he's a subordinate of one of the elders."

"Have you seen him?"

"Before I tell you, can we sit down and enjoy a cup of Black Pearl tea?" ask Cerlina. Saciel nodded and asked the waiter to make some tea. They sat in the living room and chattered in all directions.

"Until where I was, oh, yes about that temple girl. I've seen him come with the Yorktown elder as a waiter. I never thought she'd be a temple girl."

"Boyer huh? How dare Yorktown poison you," Saciel murmured with anger ready to be stirred. "If you knew this was the story, I should have just killed him."

"can't. You could be fishing for civil war. From the beginning I knew I was poisoned, but I couldn't just throw tea away. They'd be suspicious if I did. All I could do was make a defense to neutralize the poison, although it turned out that the last poison given was much different from the usual. More dangerous and also deadly" Cerlina said.

"Oh, Cerlina you're a fool. They should have been hanged for poisoning you, the Great Priestess. Ahhh, it's a pity that this opportunity just passed by," Saciel lamented as she massaged her temple. "Yes, everything is broken. Now you shower, eat and rest. Tomorrow is our big day."

"B-but I don't have proper clothes."

"I'm ready, just calm down. Auntie, take Cerlina to her room and bathe her" Saciel said.

"None Miss. Miss Cerlina, let's go" Auntie said. After Cerlina left the living room, Saciel sighed and hugged the pillow as tightly as possible.

"Huf. Tomorrow is my debut, so wonder what kind of reaction they'll have when they find out I'm there."
