The Two Empresses

The Two Empresses
The Secret Recipe

"As for who broke it, we ignore it first. Right now the most important thing is to figure out how to cultivate that plant," Saciel said. "We don't have much time."

"But how?" chirps Phillip. Saciel thought hard, making the others wait anxiously.

"We'll meet Oorun."

"I thought the answer would be like that. You go, let me be here" Phillip said quickly. Saciel pouted hearing that.

"All right, I understand. Then I go first," Saciel said as she left the greenhouse, but Kezia caught up with her quickly. "Aah?"

"Follow!" pinta Kezia's.

"You're here, it's dangerous for you to come along" Saciel said. Kezia pouted and started sulking.

"Come on! Come along!"

"Can't."

"You're coming!" the door was crying hard. Saciel nodded and gave up.

"OK okay, come on. You know, you know, I know this is how you are," Saciel sneered. "Wear the coat, cover your tail and ears."

Kezia immediately put on his coat, not forgetting to hide his tail and ears well. Saciel turned to Istvan who was still silent.

"Go meet Ilmol now and bring him. You can leave this town" Saciel said. Istvan nodded and left quickly. "Phillip, please take care of my house?"

"Well" replied Phillip. Saciel clasped Kezia's hand and teleported with a flick. They are now standing in front of the stairs.

"Where are we?" ask Kezia.

"We're going to enter Oorun territory, but we're going to have to climb these stairs" Saciel said. Kezia looked at him.

"There are so many children" said Kezia. Saciel gave a small laugh and began to walk, but stopped when Kezia carried him. "Strong grip, nee."

"Eh? What's?" chirps Saciel. Kezia took a deep breath and immediately jumped all the way to the top. "You're so strong, aren't you?"

"Ehehe," Kezia replied in a cry. Slowly he lowered Saciel. "Until."

"Thank you," Saciel said as she gently stroked Kezia's head. "Well, it's time to meet Oorun. You're here, right?"

"Your manners are still far below normal huh?" oorun said as he walked from behind the struggling clouds in the middle of the arid garden. "Do you want to come here with that demi-human?"

"I came here to ask you how to cultivate Onyx orchids to make them medicine" Saciel said.

"Take this," Oorun said, handing over a piece of worn paper. Saciel took the paper and read the contents.

"What the fuck? The recipe is very complicated," Saciel complained after reading the contents carefully. "Mandrake is 1 year old? Mermaid blood? Forest fairy tears?"

"Please search for yourself. See you," said Oorun while disappearing behind the clouds.

"Ah, hey! Shit," maki Saciel. He teleported again and ended up at Julian's house, where Cerlina was blessing the servants. "Hey."

"Welcome, Ciel. How's it?" hello Cerlina.

"I need to see Julian. Where is he?" ask Saciel without further ado.

"I think he was in the study. Ah, hello Kezia," he replied as he greeted Kezia with a big smile. "It's so big, isn't it?"

"Cerlina nee!" sahut Kezia while running and hugging Cerlina. "Only Cerlina nee can recognize me right away."

"Of course, because I have visions in the future" Cerlina teased. A servant saluted Saciel and took her to the study.

"Kezia, are you here with Cerlina?" Saciel.

"Okay, nee," Kezia replied. Saciel immediately followed the waiter walking towards the workspace which turned out to be no one present.

"I don't think he's here anymore" Saciel said. "Show me the way to this family's secret greenhouse."

"Okay, lady" replied the waiter. They walked towards the hall. The servant stood in front of a lion statue and put his hand into the lion's mouth and pressed a button hidden in the roof of the mouth. Slowly a secret staircase appeared behind the moss-drenched main staircase. The waiter walked down the stairs, followed by Saciel who was a little scared and disgusted. The dark room made Saciel hesitate to step up a bit, but the maid immediately knocked on the staircase twice and the candle started to burn from the top.

"Excellent," praised Saciel. They continued walking down until they reached a long hallway with fireflies playing merrily and filling the darkness with their light. They crossed the hall until their steps came to a halt in front of the opaque greenhouse.

"Sir, Archduchess Arakawa wants to see you" said the waiter, knocking on the door of the greenhouse. Not long after Julian came out in a seedy shirt and filled with dirt and dust.

"Your looks are quite different than usual huh?" chirps Saciel. Julian laughed and patted some parts of his body to get rid of the dust.

"A florist certainly has to take care of his plants. Come on in, I think you need my help" replied Julian. The waiter leaned over and left them, while Saciel walked into the greenhouse carefully. He was greeted by a variety of strange plants that he had never seen above.

"It's an interesting place" Saciel said. "Oh yeah, I need to discuss that Onyx orchid plant. Where's the plant?"

"There," Julian said, pointing to a dead tree trunk affixed to the little black orchid. "Since you only brought one, inevitably I must try to cultivate or he will become completely extinct."

"Better watch than lose. So what did you want to talk about?" reply Julian. Saciel handed the recipe over with a sour face. "What's this?"

"You read it yourself" Saciel said. Julian took the paper and read it carefully.

"Hmm, to take the plants alone is already difficult, it turns out to process it is also just as difficult. If some of the material I can get here, but some have to venture far enough," Julian said. He made a copy of the recipe and gave it to Saciel. "Which I thought you should find for me."

"What's right?" lamented Saciel. "Ah, let's just tell Tania."

"You want to leave the job to a kid like him?" ask Julian in wonder.

"Rather than just being quiet. I never saw him again after the battle. He was also not present at the meeting of the heads of the families, was he?"

"The only representatives present," said Julian.

"He's okay, isn't he?" ask Saciel. Julian just shrugged his shoulders. "I have to get Phillip to see her."

"Please" said Julian.

"Is there a phone?" ask Saciel. Julian shakes.

"Not to be pretentious to use a phone, usually also use magic," said Julian. Saciel grimaces and calls Phillip by magic.

"Oh, hey. What was? How was the outcome of the meeting with Oorun?" philip Cerocos.

"Later to answer, I need your help. Go to Tania's house right now," Saciel replied quickly. Phillip tilted his head hearing it.

"Tania? Tania Schariac?"

"How many Tania are there?" asked Saciel lazily.

"Why do you want me to see the boy?" ask Phillip.

"For ever since we fought him, he never socialized with anyone else. At the meeting, only representatives were present" Saciel said. Phillip nodded in understanding.

"Oh, so? All right, after this I'll see him. Should I bring something for her?"

"Julian, do you have any ideas?" ask Saciel. Julian tilted his head and thought for a moment.

"You know the bakery near the palace? I heard Tania likes one of those cakes from there. Just bring it," Julian said. Phillip scratched his head to hear it.

"Kue what do you mean? The bakery is indeed famous for good and quality" Phillip said.

"I think you can bring all kinds of bread and cakes in there. Easy, right?" reply Julian.

"There you made me spend money just to buy her a cake. Yes, I will do it for the satisfaction of Saciel and Tania. Anything else?"

"Tell him to meet me at Julian's house" Saciel said.

"That's all? Real easy. Then I'll see you later" Phillip said, deciding on a call. Saciel returned to focus on Julian who was engrossed in cleaning the yellowing leaves.

"You got a mandrake?"

"There, but up there. The plants that are here are only special for rare and extinct only" replied Julian. "But that's exactly one year old.I don't think there is yet."

"Can't you speed up time?" ask Saciel.

"Can't, Sweetie. Accelerating the time of the plants will only damage them quickly as well. We'd better check the plants" Julian asked. They rushed out of the greenhouse and returned to the top with their bodies covered in dust and spider webs.

"Clean your place. It's really messy, dirty and dusty" Saciel complained as she cleaned up quickly. Julian just smelled a smile hearing it. "You hear me?"

"Clear and steady," Julian replied. The two walked towards one of the greenhouses with sturdy trunked vine plants located quite far from the mansion. Some broken pots decorate the corner of the greenhouse. Not only that, some weed plants also beautify the place.

"I don't think you can kill a plant?" saciel asked as he pulled out the weed beneath him. Julian just heard it. "Oh, so this is a mandrake plant?"

"Metul and I bet you know for sure that this plant can kill you with their screams. I divided this plant into three groups. At the very end there are adults, usually around 2-3 years. In the middle of adolescence 1 year and above and the one next to us is still a baby. Although babies, their screams can make you unconscious" Julian said.

"1 year and up? Does it mean that no one is 1 year old?" ask Saciel. Julian checked it by touching the tendrils surrounding the mandrake pot and kept silent for a moment.

"...there is 1 that will go 1 year, but still 3 days," said Julian.

"3 days huh? Did Lao and the mutt survive that long?" Saciel's murmur. Julian raised an eyebrow hearing it.

"Village dog? What do you mean that guy for human?" ask Julian. "He's got a name, doesn't he?"

"Come on," Saciel answered accordingly, but red fibers slowly fell on his face. Julian was a little hot looking at it, but chose silence. "So how?"

"Given that Lao had just been attacked, I'm not sure he'd last long. If it's for the sake of the human being, you should just ask his brother. He's still here, right?"
