Trapped By The Devil

Trapped By The Devil
Don’t You Dare!

After calming down, Raka went back into the room. Everyone was shocked to see Raka's puffy face. No one ever thought that Raka could show her emotions like this.

“Raka...” Davina extended her hand to Raka.

“Iya.” Raka answered briefly as she immediately walked towards Davina. When Davina's hand was within her grasp, how unworthy she felt.

“Just give them some time,” said Dave, embracing Diana, taking her out of the room. Nayla and Azel caught up with them.

After everyone came out of the room, Raka sat down next to Davina.

“Why you?” ask Davina.

The man can only shake. He could still clearly remember how this hand had drooped stiffly in his arms…

He was scared to death.

“I'm fine. You don't feel guilty,” Davina said.

Raka laughed softly, a frustrated laugh she made to tease herself.

“How are you doing well, Devni?” Without him noticing, his tears welled up again. Davina. Didn't think that Raka could be this emotional.

“Head, feet, back, hands, all stitching marks. You won't be able to go back to Paris tomorrow. Plus you have to physiotherapy and miss ballet until some time in the future. What are you doing all right?” Raka's voice tone was rising. But he's not scolding Davina. He wanted to curse himself, even condemn his actions.

Raka quickly turned her face to wipe her own tears. How sad he is right now. How helpless he is. Why is everything in his life so complicated?

When it comes to himself, like Creature, he can still bear it. But he couldn't bear it if his misfortune also rubbed off on Davina.

Davina was crying with Raka. This is what he fears the most.

When he got out of Raka's car…

As the car sped towards him…

When he realized he would soon have an accident right in front of his lover…

She knew right away that Raka would blame herself.

“Raka...” call Davina.

Raka budging.

“Elraka Aditya..” Davina calls again.

“With this condition, I can not nyamperin you.. You please help me dong..”.

Raka finally turned to Davina again, looking at her lover with a look of disbelief.

“I made you kayak gini, Devni..” Raka's voice sounded so miserable.

“Now!” Davina refuses, she sounds just as emotional as Raka.

His girlfriend still did not answer. Davina's tears instantly fell, as if the memories of when Raka used to let her go flashed back in her memories.

“Raka!!! Don't you dare leave me with this kind of situation!!!”

Raka shaken. How could Davina still feel that Raka was worthy?

“Rakaaaaa.. I don't want... I don't want to.. Don’ you dare!!!!” Davina.

Raka quickly clasped Davina's hand tightly. He was no longer able to speak. He just stuck his forehead on Davina's back, then cried again there.

Can she? Worth him? Can he? A thousand questions kept on his head.

“It's not your fault, Ka! It's not your fault!” Davina blares. He could not convey clearly his entire heart at this moment. All he knows now is that he can lose anything, he can forget his whole dream for a while, as long as Raka does not leave him.

Raka herself could only hold tightly onto Davina's hand. Without knowing how to forgive yourself.

***

Raka had fallen asleep in the chair next to Davina's bed for a while. Davina was completely unwilling to take her grip off Raka even when she fell asleep like this.

“Ka..” Nayla stroked Raka's head, to wake her son up.

Raka wakes up and finds her mother holding a plate.

“Eat ya?” His mother thrust the plate at Raka.

“Can't, Ma.” Raka pointed to her right hand which was being held tightly by Davina.

“Mama is a bribe. You haven't eaten daritadi.”

“No need, Ma. Later aja. Raka's not hungry yet. Mama Dee with Papa Dave where?”

“Take a shirt home for a while. I want to get here. Come on, Ka, eat first!” Nayla started to spoon the rice and thrust it in front of Raka's face.

But Raka still looks reluctant.

“Davina had eaten when you fell asleep,” said Nayla, again.

Raka finally gave up. She opened her mouth, letting her mother take care of her again like a child.

“Take your shirt to apartment.”

Raka nodded.

“You sleep here later?” ask Nayla while feeding her some more food.

“Where to go home, Ma?” Raka pondered as she looked at Davina's hand that was tightly holding her hand.

Nayla nodded, fully understanding Raka and Davina's current condition.

“According to Mama.” Raka hung up her sentence.

Nayla waited for her son to speak patiently.

Raka looks hesitant to say his heart.

“Just tell me...” Nayla smiles.

“Raka still deserves not to be Davina's boyfriend?”

“Why say that, Ka?”

“Davina is like this because Raka.”

“Nobody's wronging you. Papa Dave and Mama Dee have never once wronged you, Ka.”

Raka fell silent.

“Ka, if you stay away from Davina because of this, because you feel guilty, it means you are selfish.”

Raka looked at Nayla.

“It's crucial times for Davina, Ka. He must be feeling really down. She could not get into ballet for a while. If you stay away, you think it can make Davina recover?”

Raka shakes.

“Davina needs your support, Ka.”

“OK, Ma.”

Nayla touched her son's cheek.

“Davina again very down, Ka. Here you must be strong.”

Raka nodded, slowly.

Although he still does not know how he can be strong to face everything…

After that, Raka no longer spoke much. Just eat in silence.

Shortly after, Davina awakens, just as Azel comes bearing clothes for Raka.

“I changed clothes for a moment huh?” Raka asks permission from Davina.

“You promised you wouldn't go anywhere, right?” Davina clasped Raka's hand tightly.

“Emang bathroom has a window of what size can make me run?” Raka tried to smile.

Seeing that there was already a bright look on her lover's face, Davina finally took off her grip from Raka.

The man went into the bathroom and changed his clothes full of Davina's blood. His head was dizzy again seeing that.

After a while, he came out of the bathroom.

“Chat a minute yuk, Ka?” Azel pointed at the exit.

Davina immediately shook her head, “Don't, Pa!”

“If Raka runs away, Papa who dragged her back here again, Dav.” Azel laughed, slowly.

Davina still can't believe it.

“I'm not going anywhere,” promise Raka.

Davina finally let them go.

Raka and Azel sat down in the hospital hallway.

Azel patted Raka on the back, “How do you feel, Son?”

Raka shaking shoulders, “Not so good.”

“This is not your fault,” says Azel, soft.

Raka had to squeeze her own hand so that her tears did not flow back.

“This is not your fault at all, Ka..”
