During Raka's stay in Paris, neither Raka nor Davina ever talked about Raka's return. Or about long distance relationships. Or how they passed the distance that stretched tens of thousands of kilometers between them after this.
Without having to discuss anything, they like to agree just want to be busy with their current happiness. As if reluctant to talk about the next difficulty.
Like tonight, Davina invites Raka to walk through Berge de Seine. The place Davina's been on the run for the last two years.
In his memory, Berge de Seine was the place to forget Raka. However, after Raka returns to her life, she wants to create a new memory.
They stand on the bridge.
“Cold,” complained Raka while hugging herself. If it wasn't for Davina's sake, she would naturally prefer to crouch under the covers this time.
Davina looked at Raka. He's been quite used to the winter in Paris, but Raka must be so tormented at the moment.
“Sini, I hug.” Davina spread her hands.
Like a child longing for her mother's embrace, Raka walked around resignedly towards Davina. His teeth even shook.
“Uuu, cold huh?” Davina let out a child voice as soon as Raka got into her arms.
Raka just nodded.
“I love you, Elraka,” Davina said with a chuckle.
Okay. No matter how cold the weather is, Raka wants to go home and turn on the heating machine in the apartment, for this only she now prefers to stand on this bridge. For Davina.
Raka draped her hand on Davina's back, her lips quivering as she said, “This.. is. so... cold... I.. love... you... Davina's... Elisabeth... Mahardhika..”.
Davina smiled. It turned out that he really liked how Raka recited her full name. And this is enough. Just the hugs and expressions of love from Raka alone were enough to give Davina new memories in this place.
“Udah.” Davina took off her embrace.
“Yuk home?” Now he reached out to Raka.
“Hah? Huh huh? How to gini?” Raka did not accept. He came out and almost froze to death like this, only to stand on this foreign bridge for no more than ten minutes???
Davina chuckles. He hugged Raka's arm, “Why protest anyway? Why do you want to do it again?”
“Mau... This..” Raka lowered her head and briefly kissed Davina's lips.
Davina tuck. Raka's lips felt cold, but managed to warm her heart. His face immediately flushed.
“Rakaaa! This is a public place!” Davina hits Raka's chest.
Raka chuckles, “This... Indonezsian... Devni.”
Davina could only shake. Even when it was cold, Raka was still rancid. Rather than her doing the right thing, Davina would rather pull her towards the apartment.

Without feeling, the day Raka returned to Indonesia. Davina woke up in the morning feeling empty. He observed Raka who was still soundly asleep next to him.
In a moment, this man will be home...
Not by his side anymore.
He tried to get rid of the sudden sadness. He didn't want to look sad as long as Raka was still here.
He coiled into Raka's body.
“Hm?” Raka's awake. Her reflexes covered Davina's body.
“Morning..” greet Raka in a hoarse voice, putting her lips on Davina's forehead.
“Again,” Davina replied.
They've been in bed longer this morning. Without any talk. The two are enjoying each other's existence. Raka stroked Davina's hair many times, occasionally drowning her face in the fragrance of her hair. Davina herself just hugged Raka's waist tightly, feeling a rhythmic heartbeat.
Eventually, they had to get out of bed. In a few hours Raka will be gone. Davina relented, Raka needs to get ready.
Davina immediately cooked food for Raka. While Raka was busy putting all the clothes she brought into the backpack.
After finishing packing, he walked towards the kitchen, finding Davina sitting dreamy with a blank look. He breathed slowly. Just like Davina, she didn't want to go. But he still has two more years of college. I hope they are okay for the next two years.
He stepped up to Davina after convincing himself.
“What are you cooking today?” raka asked, deliberately shuffling Davina's hair, for the woman to notice her presence.
“Pancake,” Davina replied briefly.
Raka sat down and directly devoured her pancakes.
“Today no training?” ask Raka.
“There, ntar afternoon.”
Raka nodded. Without her realizing it, Davina accidentally came to her ballet school today even though there were no classes, so she wouldn't have to go home to an empty apartment later. Even he was already planning to stay at Yuni's apartment.
“You take a shower,” Davina said after Raka finished her meal. Davina immediately took Raka's plate and washed it. But instead of showering immediately, Raka hugged Davina from behind.
“No kangen?”
“Do not flirt with other guys yes.”
Davina chuckles, “Not back?”
Raka frowning.
“Mandi gih, later late. Papa Azel won't bring you a new ticket if you don't come home today.”
Raka tightened her embrace. He kissed Davina's shoulder long ago. Like want to keep in memory how the body smells Davina.
Both try not to falter. Both are trying to harden. Isn't distance meaningless to someone who means so much?

Airports always have a lot of stories saved. There's a father who let his son go. A wife waved to her husband. There are children who sob because his mother had to go home.
And Davina and Raka add another story at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport that day.
Raka kept holding Davina's hand.
“I hate to go,” complained Raka, finally, once they arrived in front of the boarding gate.
Davina smiled a little. Raka turned, standing facing Davina, looking deeply into the eyes of her beloved woman. They were once in this position, two years ago, at Soekarno Hatta Airport. But by then, Raka was ready to release Davina.
Now it's...
Everything has returned to its place. Davina is back to being the most dear Raka in the world.
But he still has to go.
He held Davina's hands together.
Nothing yet, Davina's tears are over. He doesn't like this! He hates farewells!
It was like being slapped so hard, being made aware that Raka would soon be completely gone. How his whole heart wanted to shout for Raka to stay here with him. However, they still have their own obligations.
“Don't cry dong!” Raka rubbed the tears of Davina who was dripping one by one.
Davina just shook her head.
“Devni, take care of your health... I love it when you train hard for a ballet championship. But do not eat late and go home kemaleman. I can't pick you up anymore, so always remember the time to go home.”
Davina nodded.
“Papa Dave's soon Mama Dee is coming. Don't be lonely. Play with your friends here. If you miss, you stay video call me.”
Davina nodded again.
“I'm going, but I'm not going anywhere. I’m all yours, Devni.”
Davina's tears fell again.
“You have nothing to say to me?” ask Raka.
“Ma-u, ta-pi.” Davina spoke faltering with tears.
Raka immediately hugged him.
“Udah, it's okay. Don't talk. I know what you want to say.” Raka patted Davina's back.
“I’ll be back in the blink of eye,” said Raka, even making Davina more choked.
Let her beloved woman cry on her chest for a while. Complete all his sadness.
Until finally, the plane was actually called through a loudspeaker.
“I have to go,” says Raka.
Davina nodded, then took off Raka.
But Raka held him back. He kissed Davina's cheek, then whispered in her ear, “A bientot, Devni.”.
See you very soon...
That's Raka's promise to Davina.
Then Raka releases Davina from her arms and walks to the boarding gate.
Davina waved at her heart lover. Although it felt like half his soul had left that afternoon, but Raka had promised to see him again in the near future. He will keep that promise.
Because he was sure, Raka wouldn't let him down twice right?
