A different mood

Alia went into the room and tried to continue her activities that had been delayed, but her mind became less focused because it remembered the thing she saw earlier.

"Woy daydreams, think what?" ask Afi.

"No papa, eh today we really have no activity?"

"Emm oh yes later on our brother Ashar was asked to TPQ to see first how he learned, tomorrow we just started the activities that have been designed earlier" explained Afi.

Alia decided to get out of the house and get some fresh air by walking around to the back, she looked at the cattle in the cage and also some flower plants around it.

Because the place is still in the countryside, even though the daylight and sun are so hot, but the air is quite cool in addition to the wind that makes the air fresher.

"Eh there's a red rose!" muttered Alia.

Alia tried to approach the newly blooming red rose.

Alia carefully observed the flower, in her heart actually she really wanted to pick the flower and devour it, but she did not want anyone to see it, so she undoes her intention.

From a distance Nafisah was still observing Alia's behavior, she was still very curious about the figure of the white robe that continued to be nearby.

"Alia!" shouts Afi who suddenly approached him.

"Eh Afi, why?" ask Alia.

"In the meantime Ashar, take a bath first come on, replace each other" said Afi.

Alia just nodded and agreed to Afi's invitation. Because in that place the air is very cold, then Bu Murniati suggested that they all take a bath before Ashar time, because if it is too late in the afternoon the water there will feel very cold and maybe outsiders will not get used to it.

The two of them left together and prepared to take a bath. Afi asks to take a shower first while Alia waits in front of the bathroom door.

Alia's gaze was still fixed towards the large wood that was installed above the door, she was still wondering why, and what function the large wood was installed above the bathroom door.

Alia sensed that something was there, yet she could not see anything at all, as if she already had no ability to see any more subtle creatures.

"Do I not have that ability anymore? but it can't just disappear, right?" alia said in her heart.

Shortly after that, she came out of the bathroom. He then told Alia to go in before the others also came to queue, and sure enough shortly after Alia entered the other friends began to come in line to take a shower.

When Alia was done, she came out and happened to see Nafisah sitting on the floor staring up at the bathroom door.

"Napheesh? he also saw that big wood? my feelings will not be wrong! there must be something there, but why can't I see anything!" muttered Alia in the heart.

Nafisah realized that Alia was looking at her, so Alia immediately walked over and left the place while Nafisah continued to stare at Alia sharply.

After the completion of the congregational Ashar prayer, they all rushed to TPQ to see the children who were learning to teach, they all just watched from the outside until it was finished.

Once the teaching and learning activities have been completed, they have just been invited to enter by Bu Murniati to introduce themselves.

The first introduction began from the man who became the group leader in the KKN.

His name is Anton, he takes the study of guidance and counseling, even though he is male, but from his speech and also his attitude is very soft, mature and high-spirited leadership, he is also very sociable so can easily direct his group of friends.

The second is Rahma, he comes from the same study with Anton, then there is Afi and Latif with the department of sharia economics, Azam and Nafisah with the department of Quran and tafsir, Alia and Sandra with a major in English education, and the last Nila and Erik who came from sharia economic law program.

All the children who were sitting in the room looked friendly and received the KKN members openly, most of them still sitting in elementary school, there are also toddlers and awaited by their parents, although not so understanding but the children there have been told to learn the Qur'an from an early age.

The introductory event was completed at about half-six in the afternoon, because it was already afternoon so all the children went straight home, respectively, meanwhile, all members of the group prepare to perform the Maghrib prayer.

Afi is seen walking to the back of TPQ to look around, then Alia catches up with him.

accidentally Alia saw two centipedes walking near Afi's feet, she accidentally killed one of the centipedes who almost bit Afi's leg and dismembered his body into pieces, the other one ran away quickly.

"Why Al?" ask the surprised Afi.

While Alia was still standing by holding the small blade she used to cut off the body of the thousand-footed animal, her heart was beating so fast, she still felt guilty for killing the beast. In his heart there was regret for not allowing the animal to leave but instead killing it.

"You why? how quiet is that? why hold that blade?" ask Afi Yang who is getting shocked.

"That em.." his lips became stiff and hard to speak because it was the first time he had killed an animal he was so afraid of, previously Alia very rarely saw the animal directly, she even always ran away and let the animal like to go every time she saw it, because her mother had said "Never bother the centipede, you ever bother the centipede, because the centipede was nagging"

In Javanese, ngadang means to block, or in another sense if you disturb the centipede, if the centipede was only injured and not dead then it would deter the person who bullied him from seeking revenge.

Although her mother once said that if the centipede died, nothing would happen, but Alia's heart really felt unsettled.

"Beginning strangely, let's go in, Maghrib will soon come!" afi shouted and pulled Alia's hand and invited her into the house.

Arriving in Alia's room still daydreaming, she thought about what if until the centipede came to her and demanded revenge.

"Why you?" suddenly Nafisah approached Alia and asked her. Nafisah was astonished to see Alia was just silent as if she had seen something.

"Not really papa" Alia answered nervously.

"You didn't see anything, did you?"

Nafisah tried to ask if Alia saw the same thing she saw, but Alia just shook her head and left.
