The next day Alia was sitting in front of the house with a warm glass of tea beside her. When it was still early in the morning, Alia deliberately sat on the front porch of the house to sunbathe to feel fresher.

It just so happens that today is a holiday, so all the members of Pak Aji's family are at home. Ms. Mia and Mr. Aji were sitting talking in the living room because all the homework was done, while Sita was busy watching TV in the living room.

Shortly afterwards, a man riding a large black motorcycle stopped in front of his house. The person immediately greeted Alia who was sitting on the terrace. He knows exactly who that person is.

"Assynoltom..."

"Goddessalam..."

Without further ado Alia immediately let the man into her house.

"Eh nak Azam, please come in son" said Bu Mia and immediately invited Azam to sit down.

Alia went inside and sat in the living room with Pak Aji and Azam. Meanwhile, Ms. Mia went to the kitchen to make a drink and took some snacks.

Mr. Aji and Azam looked engrossed in conversation, they were both quite familiar because they often met while Alia was still in the hospital.

Soon after, Ms. Mia came with a glass of warm tea and snacks, and sat down next to Alia.

Because everything was already in the room, without lingering again Azam tried to express his intention of arrival. Although Azam had known Alia for a long time, this was the first time he had visited Alia's house.

"So actually my arrival here intends to preach Alia." said Azam.

Suddenly everyone was silent, especially Alia. He felt very surprised when he heard the words spoken by Azam. He already knew that Azam had harbored feelings for him long enough, but Alia did not think that Azam would do that.

"She's proposing?" ask Mr. Aji.

Azam just nodded with his facial expression that looked rather nervous.

"But aren't you still in college?" keep up Ms. Mia.

"Alhamdulillah I already have my own livestock business ma'am" replied Azam.

Ms. Mia fell silent again, while the chat was resumed by Mr. Aji.

After a long discussion, Mr. Aji finally asked Azam's seriousness to bring his family to come and propose to Alia officially.

"Ta but pa... can not be that fast dong?" alia said who was objecting.

"Son... we can see the seriousness of Azam, if everything is qualified, why postpone it? after all, you are both adults, and also know each other" explained Mr. Aji.

"But I haven't finished college yet?" alia.

Mr. Aji looked at Azam as if asking him to give an answer.

"After your leave is over, you can continue the lecture, I will not ban it" said Azam.

Alia fell silent again, as if she had run out of words to change her Papa's decision.

Alia went into her room without saying a word, she felt a bit upset because all of that happened suddenly, she had not had time to pursue all her dreams if she had graduated from college. Alia could not even figure out how she felt about Azam.

"Alia... Can Mama come in, son?" said Ms. Mia who was still standing in front of the door of Alia's room.

Alia remained silent, but Mia stayed inside and sat down beside Alia.

"You know you're upset, but think about it again, we women are very vulnerable".

"What does Mama mean?" ask Alia.

"If the old man said that, we as women should not reject the proposal, pamali!" obviously Mia Ma.

"What does that mean? so if there are three people who propose, do they have to be accepted?"

Ms. Mia just nodded with a smile, it made Alia even more upset and did not understand what her Mama was talking about.

"So that means this, we can provide a condition that must be met by them, later there will only be one that survives".

"But if it's different Mah..."

"So you really like him?" ask Mia Ma.

Alia fell silent and lowered her head as she said "I don't know Mah".

Ms. Mia smiled, she tried to give understanding to Alia that she could still pursue her goals even though she was married, and about feelings, she could learn slowly.

"Also if you are just playing around and dating, what benefits do you get? and also Mama heard from Sita, if your boyfriend who used to be impregnating other people" said Bu Mia.

Alia was surprised when she found out that Ms. Mia had heard about the news, she was just downcast and speechless.

"Son, you're already big, Mama and Papa really have a big fear if you get along with the wrong people, That Azam seems to be very sincere with you, his faith is good, from a good family, and for sure he will be able to guide you for the better. Mama had always wanted to have a daughter-in-law who studied religion like her" added Bu Mia.

Alia fell silent again, she remembered that all this time had loved the wrong person so much that it made her feel hurt. He used to be so stubborn that he wouldn't listen to other people's advice.

"Yes Mah, God willing Alia will sincerely accept the proposal" said Alia while smiling at Ms. Mia.

Mom Mia was so happy that she hugged her daughter tightly.

One week passed, today Ms. Mia was busy cooking to welcome the arrival of special guests.

At about 8pm Azam came to Alia's house with all his brothers and uncles. He kept his promise to propose to Alia officially, he had also prepared a rope-patterned gold ring with some pink decorative stones stuck in the middle.

Having no parents, Azam asked his brother, who is now Abah, at his late father's boarding school to represent him and become his guardian. He also brought his Uncle, the younger brother of his late father to accompany him.

After the conversation between the parents and also the guardians was over, without lingering again Bu Mia called Alia to come out immediately. Azam asked his younger brother Husna to represent him by wearing the ring to Alia.

They were all sitting in the same room, but there was one thing that made Alia feel uncomfortable, when the older brother of Azam who kept staring at Alia with a sharp look as if he really disliked Alia.

Not everyone could see that expression, but Azam and his two sisters could clearly see that the expression of their older brother who had been full of friendly smiles instantly changed upon seeing Alia, and it greatly disturbed Azam's mind.
