Behind the Eyes of INDIGO

Behind the Eyes of INDIGO
Older brother...

Alia was still sitting still, her tears could not stop flowing, her mind was still filled with the tragic shadow of Mayra's death.

"Alisa..."

Suddenly Alia heard a soft voice that passed by her ear, she looked around the room but there was no one there and only herself.

"*Who called me? or am I hallucinating*?"

Alia looked back down and grieved, she looked towards the floor with a look of despair. He faintly began to see a white cloth dangling on the floor right in front of him.

Alia looked up and saw where the cloth came from.

Then began to look a beautiful female figure with a shining face and smile towards Alia, she stood right in front of Alia and sat down and accompanied her.

"Sister?"

Alia was so shocked, she was still not sure that the female figure was her long-dead older sister.

The woman nodded with a smile towards her, the smile was very deep and was able to calm Alia's grieving heart.

"Sister!!"

Alia wanted to hug her brother, but she realized that the one in front of her now was just a shadow she would never be able to touch.

"Sister, it's been a long time since you've come, I've missed you so much!"

Alia poured all her longing for her sister, she talked a lot and started to forget a little about Mayra, the sadness gradually began to turn into a sense of pleasure because she could talk to her brother.

"Sister, if only you were alive!"

The woman shook her head while looking at Alia as if saying that Alia should not be sad anymore.

Suddenly Alia recalled Mayra, and her feelings returned just like before.

Alia tried to tell him about the departure of her best friend that she never expected before, the way she went was very painful for anyone, and Alia felt very sorry for that.

"If that day I still took him off together as usual, maybe the accident would never happen, it's all my fault!"

Alia continued to talk and blame herself, then the woman tried to hold Alia's hand and smiled at her.

"Sister! can you hold my hand?"

Alia was shocked because her hand could come into contact with the shadow of her brother, which previously could never happen.

"don't blame yourself anymore!"

"Sister! you talk to me too?"

Only the first time Alia heard the voice of her dead brother, so she still felt surprised, she was also surprised why only now her brother wanted to talk and hold his hand.

"You why? are you sad?"

"Yes, my best friend just died this morning"

Alia spoke with her sad face, she could not hold back her tears, she initially wanted to share the sadness with her mother, but her mood was very unwilling to talk to anyone, she said, so she chose to be willing to tell her brother.

The woman began to talk a lot, she tried to win Alia by saying that life and death were governed by the power. He also said that Alia should not blame herself for the death of others, because if God had willed then no one could change it.

"Then what's the point of me seeing that sign?"

Alia spoke again of the strangeness she had seen in Mayra a few days before her death.

The woman again said that it was indeed an advantage for Alia, and very rarely people who have that advantage, really Alia is very lucky to have that advantage.

.

Alia continued to speak in a negative tone, but her brother explained everything again and tried to make Alia understand a situation.

"God knows better than anyone. He is also willing, whatever He wants He will do. He could have given you the vision to know what's going to happen tomorrow, but he can also make you do nothing\-nothing"

Alia was silent at those words, she thought and kept thinking, what made her wrong so God was so cruel for not allowing her to do anything to save her best friend.

"He's not cruel, but he's fair!"

Alia was only speechless to hear the words of her brother, nor was she surprised if her brother could answer Alia's statement which he said only in his heart.

"Alia you must be able to control yourself! practice your emotions so that you can get better, try to always think about a cause and effect, then you will really\grateful for the advantages!"

Alia was still silent and could not reply to those words, she finally thought that all this time there was no one to guide her to understand and be able to understand the advantages she had, she said, so that it mastered his mind and made it difficult to control his emotions.

"So how should I sister?"

"Be calmer, ponder about yourself, your vision, and everything that happens to you then you will know"

"*So I have to accept everything that happens by sincere*?"

Alia murmured in her heart, but without saying anything her sister would know what Alia was saying in her heart.

The woman smiled, she was happy because she could calm her sister's heart and mind.

"Alia, don't you know about destiny?"

"Yes! I know, something can be changed and something can't, but of course for the life and death of someone, humans certainly can't change it"

The woman smiled again, she was very happy because finally Alia was able to think clearly and no longer slumped in sadness.

"So you realize that?"

"Well, I'm always sober, sorry brother! I was narrow-minded and couldn't accept reality, but now I'm sober"

Alia hugged her sister tightly, she felt very happy to finally be able to hug her brother whom she had never even seen in her life, because her brother had already died 3 years before Alia was born.

"God may not bring us together in a state of life, but I'm very happy to meet and hug my brother even though our world is different"

"Sometimes we don't know God's good intentions and think they're bad. Alia you must always remember, God may allow you to see destiny, but not necessarily he allows you to change destiny. So don't blame yourself when you can't change your best friend's destiny, maybe it's for the best!"

Alia became even more aware after hearing those words. She hugged her brother tighter and tighter, but slowly the female figure began to fade and disappear.

"Sister! brother!!"

Alia kept shouting because her brother just left without speaking anymore. He opened his eyes and woke up. Alia looked around and there was no one but her in the room.

"Ah, it was just a dream! but that dream really felt so real!"

Alia continued muttering and still could not believe that it was all just a dream. Alia finally remembered that she had not visited her sister's grave for a long time, and she decided to go to her sister's grave at that time.

Once at the tomb Alia immediately recited a prayer and sprinkled red roses that she brought. She also cleaned some dried leaves that littered her brother's grave.

"Sister.I'm sorry for not visiting you for so long"

After finishing cleaning the dried leaves, he got up and walked home, while from a distance there was a female figure who stood staring at Alia's departure with a smile.

Note: God may give an edge to those who can know what will happen in the future, but God can also provide shortcomings when the person can not do anything to change what will happen in the future. Never say God is unfair! No matter how much God gives an advantage to someone and makes it great, behind that God must also give a deficiency. No human being is perfect, the words apply to all humans, including people with high advantages of course. So even great people must also have shortcomings.
