Deja Vu [ Lilian Ashley ]

Deja Vu [ Lilian Ashley ]
19. Other Threats (2)

I endured the pain in my head and began to open my eyes slowly until my subconscious had returned. I saw the surrounding area in a dark-colored sky as well as an atmosphere that was so quiet and silent.

I fainted and no one helped me. After all, I did not expect anything after waking up from that unconsciousness.

With my head still in pain, I walked into my apartment room and went in and laid myself on the sofa in the living room. I held the cut hair and pulled it up to see more detail. Staring at this hair scared me and thought that the treatment of the girls was outrageous. They used to be unrelenting in threatening me about approaching Vin, and now it's happening again.

In a few seconds, I got up from the sofa and went to my bedroom. I glanced towards the study table and saw a diary book. It was like having an interest in the book, but it was not important. Anyway the book was locked and I didn't have to bother to open it which must have been empty paper and just like the last time I saw it.

I took the scissors from my desk drawer, and stood in front of the glass attached to the closet door. So, this is what I look like. Thin face and pale lips to the point of being completely unsightly for anyone to look at. The curly hair has now become short in the area of the junta on the left side of the poniku. I immediately lifted the scissors that were in my hand, then cut my hair as short as the pile earlier.

Strands by strands fell on the floor, the mirror image slowly turned into a poor bob-haired Ashley. Yes, I am so poor. This appearance, so familiar. Maybe, I've cut my hair before and hopefully I can remember something as small as that.

This is the beginning of me starting this game of death. I will avoid the death threats that once killed me to make me repeat the passage of time.

I crouched down and picked up all the hairs on the floor and threw them into the kitchen trash. After cleaning it all up, I lay down and tried to immerse myself in the bed to fall asleep quietly to forget all the things that happened.

TLING'S!

There was a notification sound from the phone that made me open it immediately in an instant.

Inbox || The Mysterious: How are you?

A message I don't need to reply to and it's not important. For this shitty day, I better end it with sleep and wake up refreshed.

That's what I thought before I started the next day.

On the morning of the day I was supposed to be on campus and crouching in class, I rushed to the clair de lune cafe, where I worked. This time my goal is not to work or apply for a job. But, today I will ask Vin for an explanation about his fans who lured me to give birth to a piece of trauma. Not only that, I will also ask about what he was talking about on the phone yesterday. The man's working hours are after-campus time, right at noon.

But, I don't want to take the risk of blatantly popping my nose in front of Vin's crazy chicks. If they find out that the purpose of my existence is here to meet their idol, it could be that my goal will fall apart and fall apart. So therefore, I came early so as not to be found by the girls.

I asked the manager of the cafe clair de lune to wait in the employee room. Even I forced myself to be allowed to use a money with the title of renting a VIP waiting area. It is not suitable to be called that at all.

"Hohoho, please wait here. Is there anything to order?" ask the manager to me.

"There, I ordered a strawberry sundae," I replied softly and tried as polite as possible. As far as I know, Mr. Manager is a slightly fierce person. This time, however, it looks more friendly.

"Sorry." The manager looked at me confused for a moment. "We don't provide that menu."

I paused for a moment before quickly answering to order some iced tea to Mr. Manager. It's weird, the sundae stoberi that was once taught by Vin, why isn't it available on this caffe?

Every time I woke up after encountering a flash of death that was exactly like my dream before experiencing all of this, the world I was treading on changed slightly. Some have similarities such as people around or places and traits. But, there was a little something that made me able to distinguish the world I was living in as now. Shit, something as small as a strawberry sundae has made me think of it this way.

I spent some time just sipping tea and ordered some meals like penne pasta and redvelvet roll cake. It turned out that my decision to come early in the morning and wait for almost four hours was a stupid thing. I should have left an hour or two before noon shift work had begun. But, how else? Already been. It's true, Regret is at the end.

Time passed until I didn't realize that the moment I had been waiting for was here. The door that was near me opened and showed a girl coming in with a deep-rooted face looking at me. That's unnatural, 'cause that chick is Sherly. The girl who was jolly and friendly, suddenly raised her chin and acted like she did not know me. After seeing his attitude, I decided to speak.

"Emm, hey Sher," I said in a familiar manner.

Sherly turned her head with cold eyes. "Have we known before?"

Sherly doesn't know me. How could? I paused for a moment before replying, "Sorry, I think it's the wrong person."

"New employee, huh? Or the new kid from the morning shift?" ask Sherly while opening the locker door.

"Only customer," I said awkwardly.

"Then? Why did it get here? Not satisfied sitting on the customer's bench?" Sherly's words were so sharp and showed me her dislike.

Before I wanted to answer, the girl had gone to the dressing room. Totally different from the Sherly I knew before. A minute after Sherly came out of the locker room and went to his work position, Vin appeared and looked at me with a slightly surprised expression.

Finally, the person I was waiting for had appeared after so many hours.

"Lho's? How come it's here?" vin asked with both eyebrows raised. "I don't usually see you at the cafe."

Where do we usually meet? I'm so curious. I stood up and threw a question. "Yesterday..."

My words were cut off with a surprised reaction Vin saw my appearance. "Gile, elo haircut? Cool too."

'It's all because of the lo' fans yeah, at least that's what I wanted to say to get back. But, the topic this time is not that which will be discussed first.

"Call? About Kurt, right?" vin said while releasing his campus alma mater and putting it on a clothes hanger. I wonder, where is he going to college at this point? I never saw him in my college. "Then, what else?"

We stood and stared for a moment at each other until I realized that someone was holding his steps in front of the door in looking at us both with tense faces.

Again I met someone I never wanted to see, Zack. The guy threw away his face and continued walking to the front of his locker. I continued my conversation with Vin before he was reprimanded by the manager for work.

"What happened to Kurt?" manya curious.

"The basis is forgetful" Vin said, massaging his forehead. "Talk about the day of the plan where you love him."

I was silent for the umpteenth time. So, me and Kurt aren't lovers? But, why would he agree to what I asked at that time? The truth is, Kurt and I just had a close relationship. I will declare my love to her according to the plan Vin talked to me about.

Unbelivable.

"The work team first, yes," said Vin kindly.

"Behold," I held Vin's wrist to prevent him from leaving this conversation. Instantly I realized that my grasp had been glared at by the pale-skinned man who was still standing in front of his locker. I can't care about that now, this time I have to straighten out an important issue. "Vin, why are your fan girls hanging out with me?"

Vin scrunched his forehead. "Infroduction? Since when? Those alay girls can bully you? They're just schoolboys."

I nodded slowly at the sign saying 'yes'.

"Geez, they're weird. It must be a mockery, right? Don't worry, yeah!" vin said lightly without thinking about my feelings.

"But ..."

Before I continued my sentence, Vin placed his index finger on my lips.

"Russia ...." Vin stepped away from me and then suddenly spoke, "Because you're here, let's make something of it."

I turned my body around and followed Vin who was walking towards the barista area. It's bad, if I'm in an open public place where customers can see, Vin's fans will see me.

"Cock quiet? Come on."

Vin pulled my hand and we stood at the barista section near the cashier. I looked in all directions to check on the situation like a prisoner who was afraid of being sought by a police officer. My mouth almost screamed as Vin stood behind me abruptly and took out a glass and placed it in front of me.

"We make a favorite menu of the cave, but it is not available here," said Vin while taking the storberri fruit in the drawer right above me. "Sundae stoberry!"

The menu I ordered.

"First of all ..."

Every word that came out of the guy's mouth suddenly sounded hollow to my ears. Vin made a strawberry sundae right behind me and worked on it as if he were teaching me how to make it. I who stood between Vin and the stovery sundae made the atmosphere strange. Like a stranger. Feels deja vu.

Right, I've experienced this before.

Just as I was a waitress on this caffe and a customer ordered a pervert on me. Instead of me making it, Vin taught me to make the strawberry sundae for that customer and just like now. Like a film that is deliberately copied in the future.

"Udah so!" vin said, breaking my subtle fantasy.

"Ah, sorry. I'll go first" I said shamelessly and walked away leaving Vin.

"Well, the strawberry sundae's the cave drinking itself, huh."

There's no point in me going to this place. So wasted time. But at least I got some important info that Kurt and I weren't dating. I opened the back door where the entrance caffe employees caffe. My foot stepped quickly and intended to go home so as to at least meet no one on the road.

"AWAS!"

DRAK!

My body fell while I was in the middle of the alley towards the outer area. I only realized that someone threw themselves at me for the reason of avoiding a flower pot that fell from the top of the building next to the cafe. I raised my head and caught a glimpse of someone who had left without me knowing his identity at all. Now I know very well that it was the man who dropped the pot on me.

"Aren't you papa?"

I looked forward and realized that the person who saved me was Kurt.
