In the afternoon, Ella woke up to a loud noise outside the room. It took a while for Ella to realize where she was. Well this is the guest room at the Suherman residence, Roni's house in Malang. Ella peeked out of the guest room window that led to the garden. He could see the two little girls running around in the park accompanied by a veiled woman. Perhaps the woman was Zahreni, Roni's older sister, the mother of the two little girls Anisa and Aisyah.

Ella looked at the clock on the wall of the room, it was 16:00 in the afternoon. Finally Ella decided to take an afternoon shower and dress up neatly first before leaving her room. Ella turned her gaze from the fish pond towards the courtyard. Aisyah and Anisa are still playing. This time the two played a familiar doll in a gazebo.

"Do you know why my husband said that to me?" Reni continued the puzzle. Ella quickly shook her head in response. "Because I was willing to give up and throw away my profession."

"Why? Why is that, mbak?" Ella asked in shock to hear Reni once thought to throw away her profession as a doctor. Reni who clearly comes from a family of hereditary doctors to want to give up her profession and title? Wh why?
