78. Hopeless

The next day Ella woke up with a body condition not fully primed. She could only cry and cry until her tears were dry. There is no passion for eating and drinking. It was too sad and broken to just get out of bed and out of his room to suck his stomach.

No matter Ardi was already very worried about him in the other hemisphere.

Ella forced herself to go to college. It is a pity to ask for permission because today there is an important lecture from morning until noon. Ella accidentally did not bring her car and chose to take a taxi from home to campus. He knew that his body was too weak to drive.

As promised yesterday Mahes told someone to drive his car home in the afternoon. After himself drove Ella home in the afternoon after the incident at Sushi Toi.

Once at the campus Ella directly entered the lecture hall one place will receive lecture materials today. As soon as she could open her eyes and realized Ella found herself lying on her back, lying on a bed of care. He circulated the vision around, he found an infuse set mounted on his left arm. And further he found himself in an observation room that seemed to be in the IGD of a hospital.

Me why? Ella tried to remember what had happened to her. I was in college and suddenly got dizzy. Then my view was dark. How can it suddenly be here? Did I faint in class? Ella was confused herself.

"Els? Are you conscious?" A voice that was familiar and felt deeply missed by Ella sounded in a soft and worried tone. And sure enough, not long after that figure was present to approach Ella. figure who was also very much missed, Ardi. The man approached her with his official full outfit, a black suit with his stripes tie. Cooly? For sure.

"Mas Ardi?" Ella asked with a bit of confusion. How could Ardi be here? Isn't he still in Singapore and he's back tomorrow?

"It's me, baby. You rest first yes, I call dr. Maheswara for a moment." Ardi left Ella, and soon returned with Mahes in his white coat. Looks like that guy's on guard duty at this IGD.

"Where are you, El?" Mahes approached Ella, examining the girl's body deftly. "Uner's PPDS Coke fell down like this? Shame on me," said Mahes teasing Ella. Though Mahes knew very well why Ella could be like this, it must be because of yesterday's incident. It must have been yesterday all night this girl was crying, not sleeping and not eating maybe until this afternoon. "Udah. How come I'm here?"

The two of them did not speak, only looked at each other meaningfully. Let go of their longing after almost a month without seeing. Ardi rubbed Ella's head and hair gently. Her heart ached and was crushed to see Ella lying this weak. Seeing the girl sick from yesterday's incident with her mother.

Mahes had already told the heart of the conversation Ella and her mother had yesterday. Ardi himself did not believe how his mother could be that relief to the girl he loved? How could her mother be so stubborn as to reject and oppose their relationship. And how her mother could force Ella to give up on their relationship.

Ardi was determined in his heart that he would not give up, would not end their relationship. Unless Ella told him herself. Ella left him and dumped him.

How can he try if Ella herself lets go of his hand? It was also impossible for him to impose his will on the girl. Coercion that will only make him more miserable and unhappy. Of course Ardi didn't want that to happen. He just wants Ella to live happily...Only this time in his life did Ardi feel this pain. Totally helpless, hopeless.

"Wouldn't tomorrow be the return schedule, would you?" Ella asked curiously.

"Yes there's still a meet and greet today. But it is not important, Cindy and Bambang can only represent me to attend," Ardi replied.

"You're more important, El...I miss you so much."

"Gombal.." said Ella smiling weakly.

"Almost a month, El. I survived not meeting you. Eh time can finally meet instead you welcome kayak gini, lying shoots and weak at IGD hospital kayak gini. No romantic at all." Ardi was bitching Ella. Feeling furious also because Ella who usually always reminds herself to maintain health instead forgets her own health until it collapses and must be treated like a gini.

"I'm sorry..." Ella apologized.

"Why are you even apologizing...I should have apologized to you. I'm sorry, El. I'm sorry I couldn't protect you. I'm sorry I made you this big." Ardi put Ella's hand fingers that she had been holding onto her cheek. Move the fingers to wipe his own cheek. Then kiss that handcuff gently.

"Now you rest first which is important. Don't think about it anymore." Ardi ended their conversation. Ella just nodded weakly answering him.

Ardi raised Ella's blanket up to her chest, gently rubbing the girl's forehead and hair, giving her comfort. "Sleep first yes, until the infusion runs out," said Ardi as he continued to wipe Ella's head until the girl fell asleep.

A few hours later, Ella's infuse fluid has run out one flash and Ella already looks fresher. Ardi took the girl home. By borrowing Mahes's car this time. He was too rushed this morning to the airport to catch his first flight from Changi Airport Singaphore, until he forgot to ask for the keys to the car parked at Juanda Airport in Bambang.

More so when Mahes called her and told her that Ella fainted and entered the IGD. Ardi just took a taxi from the airport, to the hospital where Ella was treated. Too worried about the circumstances and safety of the girl.

Arriving at Ella's house, Ardi is greeted with astonishment by Ella's parents. Both of Ella's parents were wondering how Ardi would bring Ella home. But their astonishment is soon sidetracked by Ella's seemingly frail and apprehensive state. Without saying anything they finally let Ardi in and took Ella to her room, put her to bed.

Mama Ella just kept following and seeing what the two young people were doing. Make sure nothing happens between the two. A little afraid that her husband misunderstood and angry again with Ardi who was still close to Ella.

"Continue resting. Get Well soon." Pamit Ardi after tidying up the blanket position on Ella's body. After that, Ella's mother invited Ardi to the living room to meet her husband.
