7. Ardi's House

"Doc, the pharmacy asked for help verifying the drug ER." Said one of the nurses disperse Ella's daydream. This day somehow Ella is very difficult to focus and concentrate on work.

Fortunately today although Ella gets a morning shift the number of patients in the ER is not much, there are only three people with mild complaints. FYI (For Your Information)

The documents in the hospital are many. Each patient has a personal medical record that must be filled by a doctor every time they finish taking action or therapy. Usually in the form of fillings sheets about the patient's condition and the results of supporting examinations such as lab results. This document must be returned to the medical record section every time service is completed.

In addition to medical records there is still a patient register book that contains complete details of patients treated per unit of service.
