Husband's Regrets: Revenge Marriage
Misunderstandings Continue.

Two months passed quickly, the Xander and Stella household was still going, but there was also no progress in their relationship. Xander is still rude to Stella and still considers Stella as the woman who became the source of problems in her life.

Every day Xander often spends his time working to forget for a moment the pain of his heart. That night Xander worked until quite late, he left the office which was starting to be quiet because the employees had all gone home. But when he reached the lobby, he stopped for a moment when he saw a person he knew very well.

"Auntie? What's Aunt here for?" xander asked in surprise to see Aunt Tania there.

"Auntie wants to see you on purpose, do you have time?" said Aunt Tania with her serious face.

Xander frowned, astonished of course because he was already 10 p.m., but Aunt Tania instead met him at the office. Looking at his face, Xander felt that something important was about to be said.

Finally Xander invites Aunt Tania to speak at a nearby restaurant.

"What does Aunt want to say?" ask Xander to the point.

"Do you still love Joana?" said Aunt Tania.

"Do I need to say it, Bi?" xander said smiling wryly, which might be as easy as he forgot Joana.

"If you love her, why did you marry Stella? Did you forget that woman destroyed you both?" tukas Aunt Tania looks furious.

"I married her just for revenge, I never loved Stella" Xander said.

"Are you sure you won't love Xander?"aunt Tania asked, looking at Xander seriously.

"Yes" said Xander, never one bit in his heart will love Stella.

"Alright, I'll hold your word Xander. I'm here to tell you something too, I don't mean to vilify or anything, but you have to look at this," Aunt Tania smiled a little, and then picked up her phone, play a video and show it to Xander.

"What is Bi?" tanya Xander bent her face.

"Look at it" said Aunt Tania.

Xander looked at Aunt Tania for a moment, then saw the video playing. In the video, a woman is seen crossing the street, Xander's eyes widen when he realizes that she is his mother.

"Mama?" said Xander.

Then in the video there is a car that drove fast and hit his mother who wants to cross.

"It's a video of Mama's accident, right?" xander said he remembered this incident happened about 8 months ago.

"Well, that's your mama, and do you want to know who hit her?" said Aunt Tania.

"Who?" asked Xander impatiently, so far he could not find the person who had hit his mother because at that time the CCTV at the location had disappeared. Xander certainly will not be able to forgive the man for hurting his mother.

Xander opened the door of his Apartment very roughly, his steps were firm and his face full of emotions looked very scary.

Stella who was waiting for Xander's return was a little surprised to hear the voice. He hurriedly got up to see what was happening, but it turned out that Xander had already arrived in the living room.

"Xander, are you home? What's up?" stella asked in her soft voice.

"Stop that cipher!" xander yelled at Stella's hand violently and gripped her very firmly.

"Akhs! Especially my fault Xander?" stella grimaced in pain, not understanding why Xander was this angry with her.

"You're still asking what's your fault? Did you forget you ruined my life and made me part with the woman I love?" xander could no longer speak softly, his voice booming on that lonely night.

"I'm not wrong, nor did I ever know it would be like this" Stella said enduring the pain in her hand.

"Omong empty! You're a cunning woman who's willing to justify any means to get your wish! Oh, not only that, you're also the woman who hurt my mother!" xander said this time his emotions got out of control, he immediately pushed Stella until the woman fell to the floor.

"Wearing? Whatchu mean?" stella did not understand Xander's words.

Xander smiled sinisterly, he crouched down and gripped Stella's chin. "You still pretend to forget? 8 months ago you hit my mother and left her alone" said Xander holding back his teeth in anger.

Stella's eyes were perfectly rounded, 8 months ago? He remembered the incident, but at that time he was not the one driving the car, but Joana.

"Xander I …"

"Shut up! I don't want to hear anything from your dirty mouth! Now come with me" Xander snapped, pulling Stella's hand until she stood up.

Xander drags Stella out of her apartment unit.

"Tonight you can't sleep at home, you have to stay here" Xander said, shaking Stella's hand.

"I don't want Xander," Stella refused, afraid that if she had to sleep outside the apartment, let alone this at night, someone might act evil to her.

"You scared now? Don't try to get inside the house before I let you in, if you dare to step your foot just a little without my knowledge? I'll do more than this!" said Xander flat without feeling, even the cold eyes that pierced Stella's heart.

"Xander, don't leave me, I'm scared" said Stella, really scared, she wanted to get inside the house but Xander pushed her back.

"Remember my words, if you fight me, I can do more than this," Xander said deliberately cruel so that the woman in front of him realized that there would be no place in his heart. Moreover, Stella has also caused her parents to be injured first.

Stella bit her lip, she stared at the apartment door with a torn feeling. Especially this? Why did God give him this much of a trial? Who told Xander that he had hit his mother, that was not true at all. Stella could do nothing, explaining to Xander that it would be useless because the man's heart was already covered with anger and resentment.

That night Xander actually let Stella sleep outside, no matter how cold she was or how. For Xander the punishment was well deserved Stella.

Today is Mother Orphanage's birthday. Stella wanted to surprise the woman who had cared for her lovingly. Before leaving, Stella cooks for her husband even though he does not want to eat it.

"Hasn't Xander up at this hour?" batin Stella glanced at the clock that showed at 8am, but there was no sign of her husband waking up.

Instead of guessing, Stella finally ventured to knock on Xander's room door. He started to worry because Xander never woke up this afternoon.

"Xander.." said Stella as she knocked on the door, but there was no answer.

Until several times knocked, Stella did not get any answers. He grew more anxious and just opened the door of the man's room and went inside. This was the first time Stella had entered her husband's room after they were married, as they were separated.

Xander will only come to his room if he wants Stella, if it's done the man will return to his room.

"Xander.." call Stella again, she sees her husband still wrapped in his thick blanket.

"Xander..." Call him again no response whatsoever.

Stella tried to touch her husband's shoulder to wake him, but he was shocked to feel his body hot. To be sure once again, Stella touched Xander's forehead which was completely hot.

"Xander, are you sick?" stella said worried when feeling the temperature of Xander's body was very hot.

"Body you're hot, I'm compressing first" Stella said in a hurry to leave but suddenly Xander pulled his hand.

"Don't go." said Xander, opening his eyes slightly, his voice sounding very weak.

"I just took a compress, just a minute, yeah." said Stella let go of her husband's hand gently.

Stella moved quickly to pick up the ice cubes and a small towel. He also made porridge for Xander breakfast. Not to forget, Stella brought heat-lowering drugs to Xander.

"Xanders....Get up first" said Stella sitting her body next to the man.

Xander only flinched, only occasionally heard his molars trembling from shivering. Stella immediately knew the task, she immediately compressed Xander's forehead, hoping to reduce the heat.

Stella then remembered the porridge she made, Xander had to eat so he could take his heat-lowering medicine.

"Xander, wake up." said Stella again, this time shaking Xander's shoulder hard to make the man wake up.

"I'm sorry I woke you up, you have to eat so you can take your medicine" Stella said, fearing the moment she looked directly at Xander.

"Don't give a shit" said Xander ketus, he even threw the compress that Stella gave on his forehead.

"You're sick, so you have to eat Xander" Stella said once again persuading the man.

"Do you not know what humans say? I said don't be so cool" Xander said, turning his body to Stella's back.

Stella sighed, feeling tired if every day had to argue with her husband. Stella then put the porridge on the nightstand, he again took the towel thrown by Xander.

"Alright, if you don't want to eat it's okay. But please don't throw this away, you're sick, so I need to compress it" Stella said, putting the towel back on Xander's forehead.

"You!"

"I know you hate me. But this time please listen to me. You have to I compress to heal, later if you recover you can scold me again" Stella said immediately interjected before Xander finished his speech.

Now it's Xander's turn to look at Stella who painstakingly compresses her. I don't know why his heart always piqued when he saw Stella's eyes. But back again, when his heart wanted to melt, he remembered what happened to him.

"Aren't you tired of acting nice in front of me? Do you think that with your innocent pretentious face you can tease me?" xander said smiling cynically.

"I never thought that way. Maybe it's only in your mind" Stella said, not wanting to do her husband's scathing words. Everything he did was sincere from his heart.

Xander did not say, was too fed up with the face of plain pretentious Stella who always showed. He closed his eyes instead of looking at Stella.

Stella painstakingly compresses Xander's forehead, even sitting up for nearly two hours to make sure Xander's fever really goes down.

"Thankfully, it finally dropped also fever" said Stella relieved when checking Xander's body temperature had dropped.

Stella cleaned all her tools, she was too late to come to the Orphanage, so she had to get there. Before leaving, Stella took her time to look at Xander's peaceful sleeping face like an angel.

This was the first time Stella had seen her husband's face from such a close distance and without an outpouring of emotion. Unknowingly Stella's hand stretched out to touch Xander's cheek which felt very soft. Xander was handsome, very handsome, many women who dreamed of becoming his wife and having his heart, including Stella.

But when Xander was the lover of her brother, Stella had tried to give this man to her brother. But now, Xander is her husband, so she has the most right to him right?

"Can I replace him in your heart?" stella stared fixedly at Xander's face. Then impulsively, Stella approached herself and kissed her husband gently on the forehead.

"Curely healed..." Stella stroked Xander's cheek.

Xander opened his eyes again, but he still looked sleepy. "Thank you.." said Xander Lirih while reviewing his smile that made Stella shocked.

"I love you.... Joana.." said Xander again and closed his eyes.

Stella bit her lips and felt her heart ache when Xander called her brother's name. Though he was there to accompany her since then, but why should he mention the name of another woman?

Stella immediately came out of Xander's room, she didn't want to continue raking blue with this situation. At this time his life continues to run and he does not want to continue wallowing with circumstances that make his heart back in pain.
